Ryu is normally a cool guy, and is respectful to everybody. Yet, he doesn’t hesitate to get aggressive with people when need be. When people challenge his pride and/or his dignity, he wont have a problem with putting somebody in their place. Though, it bugs him when he has to get aggressive with people. He’d much rather get along with everybody and avoid people that seem to tick him off.

Ryu may seem like a passive guy, but he is far from passive. Ryu enjoys to brawl with people. He enjoys the adrenaline rush. In a way, Ryu could be considered an adrenaline junkee. He enjoys fast paced things like speeding in a fast car, or jumping out of an airplane with just a parachute on your back and falling at over a hundred miles per hour.

History:
Ryu was born and raised in Karakura town. When he was a boy, he was happy, energetic, and always willing to make friend. His parents loved him, and always tried their best to give him what he wanted, despite the poverty that they went through. His father worked at a meat butching company, and his mother stayed at home to take care of Ryu. Ryu’s father was forced to work long hours to pay rent, electricity, entertainment, and many other bills that was necessary for his family to live.

When Ryu started school, he was nervous at first, but once the first day was over with he had made a bunch of friends and couldn’t wait to go back. He was a good student, getting solid B’s on his assignments. Though, As Ryu got older, and started hanging out with the strong crowd of people, he became a fighter. At the age of 13, Ryu got into a fight at school with some bully, and ended up winning but spent the next 4 nights in juvenile hall. After that day, Somebody always had something insulting to say. This only caused Ryu to become aggressive with people. When he entered high school, he didn’t want the same middle school shit to happen. During his lunch on his first day, Ryu walked up to the guy that was known as the toughest person in the school and started a fight with him. Ryu ended up getting his ass whipped, but he took it like a man. This gave him a lot of respect, and nobody ever crossed the line with him unless the were really looking for a fight.

With the respect from the other students, Ryu was able to focus on his school work. This allowed him to do his thing and his parents still be proud of him. Ryu kept at his school work, keeping a solid A. Ryu is on his finally year of school, and since he had completed the most of the courses required, his last year has seemed to be a breeze.

~Special Ability~
Fullbring is a special ability which certain Humans are born with, in which they can manipulate the "soul" of matter for a variety of effects, such as using a drink's soul to have it help them drink it, or, if they have a particular affinity to an object , then Fullbring can be used to alter the objects form. Every Human user of Fullbring has a parent who was attacked by a Hollow before they were born. Traces of the Hollows' powers remained in their mothers' bodies, which were passed on to them when they were born. Thus the powers are closer to those of Hollows than they are to those of Shinigami.

Ryu's Necklace around his neck has a silver cross with many different decorations on it. It's the source of his full bring. His mother had given it to him years ago, and he holds it most dear to his heart. When Ryu activates his full bring, the cross around his neck turned into a sword with similar decorations to the necklace.

some more info on the sword is needed, so is it just a normal sword? or can it handle a hit from a zan etc
