~Personality~

[b]Personality:Washington has a secluded personality. Since he was in a shadowy organization when he was alive, he rarely spoke to anyone, and does not allow anyone to get close to him, in case he is attacked through that way. Even before his death, he had no friends. He is completly commited to his work. (tell us about your character's personality try to get at least a couple of paragraphs)

History:Washington was born in America, named for the town his parents were born in. Ever since Washington started school,he was shown to be smarter and more calculating then other children. When he entered High School, he already had the intelligence of a year 12, and soon left school in his 9th Year. However, in the same year, his parents both died from a disease, which sent Washington into a deep madness. Washingto left his hometown, and wandered the country two years. But soon after, he was found by a mysterious group.
He was employed by them, and was given the codename Recovery One. Washington enjoyed his work, which consisted of guarding top secret items, several kills, and other work. However, on the day of his seventeenth birthday, his wok caught up with him. A rival group had tracked down the HQ of the team, and Washington was killed.

The Second Chance
Washington awoke in a strange place. It was almost as if the land around him was dead...it was black. Washington stood, and looked around. He had no idea where he was, so he began to walk. Eventually he found a town, and one of the residents told him it was the 7th District of Rukongai, of Soul Society. Washington asked what Soul Society was, and then the truth was revealed:
Washington was dead. He was in a spirit world...but, he would make the most of it. He walked on for what seemed to be a very long time, until he reached the first district. He had heard of the Shinigami, and he had resolved to join thm.

Washington, the student.
Soon after arriving in the 1st District, Washington was enrolled in the Shinigami Academy. Washington realised this was harder then anything he'd done before. He was skilled in sword fighting, but he never understood what they meant by "Learning the name of his sword."
Washington spent many years in the Academy, progressing at a moderate rate. He met other students, but he was made fun of quite a lot of the time. He speant most of his time training, alone, and he rarely spoke to anyone, which contributed to his closed up personality. He had nicknames, such as "The Washer boy" or "Washington the Window Washer", but most of the time he just ignored it. At last, after many, many years at the Academy, Washington was added as a unranked member to the 10th Squad.

The Name
Washington intially struglled in his early days of the 10th Squad, but he soon got into the rythem of it. But the biggest change happened that helped him incredibly. Washington was relaxing his room, since he didn't have a mission at the moment. He had sat on his bed, but suddenly, everything went black, and he felt himself hit the ground. He opened his eyes. He seemed to be in a sealed room, with computers on every wall. Standing in the middle of the room, was a man. Washington couldn't see his face, as it was hooded. All he could see was it's two eyes, bright blue. It began to speak:
"Washington...You want to get stronger, don't you? I can give you that...all you have to do...is know me. Know my name. The name you once had."
And with a jolt, Washington was back in his room. He sat straight up, and looked at his sword. It was the same, blood red with it's blood lines. And then the words came to him...his Zanpaktuo's name:
"Call in, Recovery One"

There was a blinding flash, and with amazment, he saw the sword was fused to his arm. There was an attachment to it know, which he concentrated on, which then launched a laser, scarring his wall.
"I did it...I know my Zanpaktuo now."

Promotion
It seemed so long ago he had understood his Zanpaktuo. He know knew so much, he had created specially designed guns, and a suit of armour. He waked up, and he remembered what today was. It was his first day of being the 3rd Seat of the 10th Division. He smiled, possibley for the first time in years. He stood up, grabbed his suit, and left his room, looking forward to the first day of being the 5rd Seat.

~Zanpakuto Information~

Blade Name: Recovery One
Sealed Blade appearance: His sword take a normal katana appeareance, with a pitch black hilt and blade. (what does the balde look like in its sealed state)
Zanpaktou spirit: Recovery One's spirit takes the form of a shortish, hooded, cloaked man. Nothing can be seen of his face, except for two bright blue eyes, that appear electronic-looking. It has mettalic like arms. (tell us a little about your zanpaktou's spirit)
Inner world: A sealed room about twenty metres big. Computers surround the room, and Recovery One always sits in the middle. (tell us about your characters inner world)

~Shikai Information~

Release Phrase:Call in, Recovery One!
Released blade appearance: His sword fuses to his arm, much like a bayonet. His arm is covered in a black substance that comes with the release. The sword stays dark black, but blue pulses seem to travel up and down it.


~Shikai Techniques/Abilities~ (seated officers can have 1-2 shikai abilities depending on the strength of those abilities, Lieutenants can have 2 of considerable strength, and Captains can have 3 powerful ones. )

Name of abilty/technique:Domed Shield
Description: Washington creates a domed shield that surrounds him, that can take hits from most attacks. It is bright gold. The power of it is linked to washington's mental state. The worse his mind deterioates, the weaker the shield becomes. It would take several strikes from a vice-captains shikai, and one strike from a Captain's shikai.
Duration: Two posts at most.
Cool Down: Five posts.

Name of abilty/technique: Laser Sword
Description:Once Washington relases his sword, a bright blue laser like attacks surges from his sword, giving it an effective ranged attack. The laser is much akin to a slash,giving it an equal amount of power to the Zanpaktuo.

Clothing: Wash ussualy wears a black suit, even somtimes on missions.

Battle Armour: Washingotn has a suit of mechanised armour that he wears into battle. He can activate it by saying "Armour Lock". The armour is sturdy enough to be comparable to an Arrancar's Hierro. It forms a defense for Washington, but can be destroyed by powerful attacks. It only needs one turn to activate, and it has no cooldown.

Guns: Washington, during his spare time at the Shinigami Academy, he designed three guns that are designed to combat spirit beings, such as Shinigami and Arrancar. They have limitless ammo, but can be destroyed. They could cause average damage to a 3rd seat. He cannot use his sword while he uses one of his guns.

Washington's eyes opened. Ten years had passed. Ten long years of being the 3rd seat of Squad Ten. And he had enjoyed every minute of it. He liked patrolling, he liked training. He liked speaking to his fellow team-mates as they worked together on particular jobs. He pulled on his black suit, attatched his Zanpaktuo to his hip, and left the room.

Washington whistled as he walked on patrol. Birds chirpped on fences, somtimes watching the odd stranger walk on by.
"Strange creatures" Washington murmured. His patrol was taking him through the 3rd section of Rugonkai, and he noticed a begger sitting outisde a house. Stopping, Washington knelt down and handed him some money.
"May the gods watch over you." The man beamed at him. Washington walked on. ~

When you say most attacks i'm thinking we need more information, those above him would be able to destroy it with shikai (few ranks higher) etc i imagine, those alot above him might be able to destroy it with less. Also what level kido can it take? Just some more info to give me a base line on it's power would be good.

What level arrancar? also does this armour have a cooldown or duration?

When you say extremely deadly i dont know how powerful you mean, a little more information would be good.

If you want guns they will be limited severely, i make sure to give guns a maximum nuber of fires per post plus cooldowns. i do think however giving him all these things is kind of getting a bit much, he is 3rd seat and it kind of ffels like by getting the grenades and guns and armour you are trying to compensate for the limits i put on the abilities....

Also could you add some more to personality and the rp sample. The current rp sample is too short really.

Edited. Removed Spirit Grenades. Also, the blade can slash, but can also fire a blue laser.

the laser part of the blade would be classed as a projectile type attack i imagine and would need a cooldown otherwise you could continually use it and spam attack xD Also what is the strength of the laser?

The dome's strength with vary depending on the vice captain etc as long as you know that then it should be o.k.

The armour...you still did not tell me what level arrancar you are referring to.

And the guns need a maximum number of shots that can be fired per post, and it has to reload right? if so that would the cooldown. and what is average damage to a 3rd seat?
