you can have kenpachi ^^ although like kenji said he is one of the missing, so when he returns to the soul society he will have no memory of what happened and he wont have his rank due to the central 46 not trusting those that have returned since they don't know why they went missing etc Of course those loyal to him will trust him but those in power will be suspicious of the fact he went missing.
