Mission: Bug In The System (Taken=Izuru Kira, Kemiko, Alaster)

Kira can start the mission as he is in charge.

Kira let go a small sigh as he awoke that morning in his room. After staring at the ceiling for a couple moments he stood up and threw on his captain's haori. The blond captain had a mission today he was leading today along with the first and 11th division vice captain's. Apparently the jigokuchou monitoring system had been acting up so, they had to go see what was causing it. Looking at the clock he realized he better head to gate now. On his way out he grabbed wabisuke and stuffed it in its usual spot tucked in his obi attached to his hamaka.

After walking for a while he arrived at the gate where the three of them were suppose to meet. Yesterday he had sent out a letter to each of them reminding them of the mission. Not he could only hope that received it so, they would know to show up. Already at the gate were the usual two guards who bowed and greeted him upon his arrival. Izuru looked to them briefly and put his hand on the hilt of his zanpaktou as he waited for his mission mates to arrive so they could start the mission.

Alaster had been up since the crack of dawn, it was routine for him as he often awoke before the rest of the division and began his training. Today was different for the vice captain of the eleventh division however, instead of training, Alaster would be participating in a mission. As Alaster got ready for the day he picked up the letter he had received from the third division captain and looked at it for a bit. Finally Alaster left the squad barracks and made his way to the meeting point.

In order to not be late Alaster had flash stepped a majority of the way, finally stopping when he could see the gate and Izuru Kira, the captain of the third division. After only a few seconds, Alaster was face to face with the captain and took a polite bow “good morning captain.” he said.

(Kemiko is the one going, lighting just made a typo in the titlexD, if you read this and don`t believe me, go look at the mission board)

Mere moments passed before the female from the first division arrived, to be more precis, the vice captain commander Kuchiki Kemiko. Her knee long dark red hair was pulled slightly back on her head with a Kuchiki hair ornament, a few long bangs having been left loose to frame her face. She was wearing her usual attire of a two-piece uniform, the lower part being held up by a narrow obi tied at the front, and the upper part having a small V cut in it. Her first holster was located at her lower back, the tip of her zanpaktou poking out from her left hip. The second holster was strapped accros her back, the tip of her second zanpaktou poking slightly up from her right shoulder. A red cord ran accros her chest, connecting the two holsters. Her soft face didn`t show much emotion, and the vice captain armband for the first division was tied to her left arm. Being a Kuchiki she already held high status, but by being the vice captain commander, she was the highest ranking power below captains. Her status as a double wielder also made her quite unique, since Ukitake and Shunsui had been only double wielders to appear so far in the history of the gotei 13.

The two guards bowed deep and briefly to Kemiko, whom had stopped to look at them for a moment. "Good morning, Kuchiki Fuko-taicho, we wish you good luck on the mission!". Kemiko "awarded" this greeting with a brief little smile, revealing she did know how to show emotions. She walked up to Kira, making a light bow at him. "I`m Kuchiki Kemiko, vice captain of the first division, and vice captain commander". Through she was using proper formatilities, and spoke in a respectful tone, she didn`t seem so "tight", as Bakuya had been. With her height of 5.9, she was fairly tall compared to most shinigami females. He and Alaster was taller than her through. Kemiko turned briefly towards the other vice captain, not bowing to him for some reason. "Its been awhile, Alaster..", she said while letting her hands hang loosely down her sides, turning to Izuru.

"We are ready to leave when you are, Kira taicho".

Kira let go a small sigh as he waited for the mission mates to arrive. A slight wind had just arrived in the area and it swept some leaves across his feet. After watching a couple leaves he stared up at the sky for a while. Only a moment later he felt approaching spiritual pressures so, he looked forward again. The vice captain of the 11th division then arrived and bowed to him before saying good morning to him. Kira nodded to him slightly and then looked out in the distance. Now they only had to wait for the vice captain of the first division to arrive at the gate. Behind him one of the guards let go a large sneeze but , quickly straighten up. Probably thinking he was going to get yelled at for being disrespectful.

After the man sneeze the second vice captain arrived at the scene. As soon as she arrived the guard greeted her and wished her good luck. The red headed girl then introduced her self then greeted the 11th fukutaichou. Kira watched them quietly as the girl turned to him next and told him that they were ready to start when he was. Not saying anything he looked to the gate which the guards took as the signal to open them up. As soon as the gates were fully opened he stepped inside expecting the two vice captains to follow him. " Alright.. our job is to basically check why the jigokuchou monitoring system is acting up." he reminded them in a calm tone.

Alaster had sat penitently and quietly, as both himself and the third division captain awaited the arrival of one other. Within moments, the third and final member of their team arrived, the vice captain of the first division. As she arrived Alaster smiled *so we got Kemiko….this should be interesting* Alaster’s attention stayed on his fellow vice captain.

A smug smile appeared on Alaster’s face as he bowed to Kemiko “madam Kuchiki” he said, the smile never fading. Alaster straightened out and remained quiet after that, just listening for Kira’s orders. Finally the three began to head out, and Alaster stayed close behind the captain and walked stride for stride with Kemiko, often glancing at her out of the corner of his eyes.

"The jigokuchou monitoring system?", the Kuchiki repeated in a small mumble, following the blond captain by walking next to the other vice captain. "We have been getting reports in lately about it, Hiyro taicho made a wise choice acting so fast about it". Due to her words, and tone of respect, it became clear that she respected her captain, and probably would let herself get killed before she let him get hurt. Kemiko`s history in the gotei 13, was quite unique. Despite having been a member of the Kuchiki clan since her academy days, she had spend over 30 years as a seated officer in the eleventh division under Zaraki Kenpachi. This had let to her nature in battle being surpringly murderous and offensive, meaning her enemies rarely escaped with their lifes. She had sort of a split personality. She had a soft, clever and mature side that was the first division vice captain, and the other was the fierce fighter whom stopped at nothing before her enemy was killed.

Kemiko knew that Alaster was looking at her out of his eye, but she kept her gaze on the captain. Through she had, had little interaction with any of the former captains outside of work, she was aware of how the relationships between the former vice captains and captains were. The only real relationship she had, had with any of the dissapeared would be Kenpachi and Byakuya. The red haired vice captain allowed herself to let out a little sigh, adjusting her holster on the shoulder to sit right. It had been a couple of weeks since she had last trained, so this would work as keeping her skills in check.

Kira heard the girl talk her self slightly at the his words about the mission. Not saying a word he turned away from them as the doors shut. So far it was very quiet in the dark tunnel. So much that looked like nothing was going on out of the ordinary. Still not speaking the blue eyed boy began walking forward into the darkness. After walking for a little bit figuring the vice captain were following he spotted a hell butterfly. From the looks of is wing patterns it seemed very distressed by something. Kira raised his eye brow at slightly because he didn’t see anything that could be bothering it.

Upon seeing him the butterfly flew behind him a stated there. As it did so he felt a large spiritual pressure in the distance. " Do you feel that?" he asked out loud to the vice captains hoping they were still following him. As another upset looking butterfly appeared his hand went to the hilt of his sword. The blond could feel the spiritual pressure getting stronger. Was it a menos he suggested to him self. He soon erased that possibility from his mind because they would have been told that ahead of time. Whatever it was it was making the ground beneath them shake slightly as it came closer.

As the small group of three made their way deeper and deeper into the dark tunnel, Alaster returned his gaze to the path in front of himself so, he wouldn’t walk into the captain or trip. A little ways into the tunnel, a hell butterfly appeared, Alaster wasn’t to familiar with them but, by the way this one was acting, something wasn’t right. Alaster’s eyes narrowed as an unknown spiritual pressure began to fill the area, it was big, *just would could be the cause of such a power?* the vice captain thought to himself as his right hand slowly found it’s way to the hilt of his sword.

Alaster almost forgot to respond, just nodding his head at first before speaking “what is that? It doesn’t feel to hollow like.”
