Name: Hanabirahou (Japanese for "Petal Cannon")
Category: Hadou.
Number: 34.
Incantation: "Blooming in my hand, tiny flower spire. Blooming on my foot, wilted flower rotting... Play out silently to the end."
Effect: After the eventual incantation is said, a ball of pink energy will form in the chosen palm of the user. A beam of pink energy surrounded by reishi-like composture shaped like flower-petals will then shoot out towards the victim. The size of this beam will depend on the reiryoku of the user.

Preparation time: None required.
Duration: Instant.
Cooldown: 3 posts.

Name: Sabakuhou (Japanese for "Desert Cannon")
Category: Hadou.
Number: 36.
Incantation: "Ye mother! Run around, chase your own destiny! Spin the wheel of life and fail!"
Effect: Similar to Okasen, the user will have to touch the blade, which is held vertically, in order to fire off the blast. But instead of a energyblast, it will fire a cloud of dust on the size of a small cottage in order to blind the victim. The user can also conjure it into a twister by moving their fingers in a puppeteer-like fashion, while manipulating their reiatsu in order to form it. This twister is primarily used to trap the victim, as all the sand prevents use of speed-techniques (Hoho, Shunpo etc.). It is easy to destroy this sand-twister with even Hadou (essentially stronger than this one). It isn't a very powerful Hadou, but demands much control. The storm of dust will eventually explode at the 3rd post, unless destroyed at beforehand.

Name: Shougekihou (Japanese for "Shock Cannon")
Category: Hadou.
Number: 39.
Incantation: "Silent clang of the castle, purgatory devouring the meek animal. Humanity, forsaken. Death, granted. Ye Hound of the Pure Hearted! Bark at Hades' door!"
Effect: Shougekihou is fired from the user's palm and is quite wide compared to other middle-level Hadou. If this technique impacts a victim, he/she will sustain medium shock-damages and eventual paralysis (depending on the level of the victim and user).

Preparation time: 1 post.
Duration: Instant.
Cooldown: 4 posts.

I just today edited the kido rules so that a maximum of 1 kido per month can be learned but since you posted this before that change this will allowed ^^. Now the only thing i am unsure about is the Dust one.... I dont understand how it would turn into a twister a little more info would be good. Also how large is the dust cloud/burst that it fires?
