Name: Heaven’s shining star
Category: Bakudou
Incantation: “The blackened hearts of my foes, seek to put an end to me. Show them the light that I live by and blind their tainted eyes.”
Effect: The user of this technique puts his hands over the face and generates a powerful flash of light using their reiryoku that temporarily blinds anyone whose eyes come in contact with it.(this Kido was generally created to help lower level shinigami get out of a sticky situation)(When this Kido is used on an opponent of equal or greater strength, their vison will become blurry. If this Kido is used on someone of lesser strength, they will be blinded by the light.)

Duration: 1-2 posts of blindness or blurred vision
Cooldown: 4
