SHINKO Ranks:

I plan to recruit special humans into a special sector of COVS, called SHIKO or Special Humans Incharge of Keeping Order. We keep the human world from falling apart into anarchy dealing with human issues. Very rarely will we take notice to any spiritual activity, unless it directly invovles human society. We also keep any world war from happening and stop most forms of terrorism. We do not exist to the public eye, and most members of SHIKO will be requested to give up their public lives for civilian safety. This will be requested, but not demanded.

Commander:
Dymitry Turncov.

Right Hand:
One of the two people in Shiko who will almost always accompany Dymitry on a job. They have some authority over the other groups, but have the same amount of control the head of that Group would. Dymitry's most trusted men.
Ryoku Sozu.

Left Hand:
One of the two people in Shiko who will almost always accompany Dymitry on a job. They have some authority over the other groups, but hav the same amount of control the head of that Group would. Dymitry's most trusted men.
Vacant.

Secretary:
Dymitry's personal secretary. Organizes meetings. Should not leave the headquarters. May be exceptions in times of crisis.

Medical Team Head:
Miyu.

Medical Team Members:
The Healers who either come in with the Clean up group or wait back for the Soldiers to return. They obviously are incharge of healing and recouparation of the soldiers. They also have a nack for Biological warfare, and poisons. Making them great for killing silently around larger areas.

Battle Front Head:
Maka Zimmer.

Battle Front Members:
The Front lines of the organization. They take the brunt of the force for violent objectives. When in battle they wear the Uniforms of various countries souldiers. Often sent out when a large opponent needs to be taken down, with no exceptions.

Espionage Group Head:


Espionage Group Members:
They obtain the information for the organization as a 24 hour job. Reporting all they have seen to Dymitry, or his hands. Their second job is assasination, where an single opponent needs to be taken out quickly, quietly and without a trace back to us.

The Janitor (Clean Up Group Head):
Vacant.

Clean Up Group Members:
In charge of keeping the Public eye unknown to the activities of SHIKO. Cleaning up after a battle, and often in charge of debriefing. They are also employed when a objective needs to wiped out completely without a trace. When on a mission required to wear a plain grey Ji.
