Description: Infuses any matter he wishes with raw energy to become un-damageable for the first two posts of this tech. Next if used on a living person, it enhances their physical and mental abilities by three. If used on inanimate matter, then it improves what it already does exponentially. Ex. If he uses this on his sword, it would be on match to the Zanpakuto of a Vice-Captain in durability and cutting power.

Weakness: He can not secretly use this, as it creates a loud hissing noise.

This tech looks good. I say up the cooldown, also add more limitations to the types of matter you can work with. Limit it to certain types and add weaknesses to each type.
