| The steam from the showers filled the boy's change room as the boy's showered, one by one leaving the change room. Since gym was his last class of the day, Chase had decided to do some extra laps for some extra exercise. He also hated showering with his classmates. They were too rowdy for his liking. so once he was finished, he was glad to see that the showers and change rooms were empty. Stripping down, Chase walked into the shower and washed off the sweat of his work out, rinsing the soap off his hair and skin. wrapping a towel around his waist, he made his way back out to the change room area, to his locker. While rummaging around in his locker, he heard the door open and shut, but didn't think anything of it, figuring one of the boys had just forgot something. | |

| ((OOC: purple means english and violet means japanese ^^ she kind of switches there xD also yes she got the word wrong (she said area not room xD)))
Sighing in frustration as she walked the hallway of the school Kaihime was beginning to feel hopelessly lost, she had no idea where in the school she was and she couldn’t read half the writing that was supposed to help her get around. Yeah you read right, Kaihime’s Japanese was moderate at best. She would speak it enough to survive and understand it when it was being spoken just as much, but when it came to reading or writing it she was pretty hopeless. Truth was that she was from Australia and before travelling to Japan for a concert she had not had more than a few days to try and learn the basics. People would tell her that she would pick it up fast once actually in the country but she had been in Japan for a little over 2 months now and she had hardly gotten any better. Today was her first day at Karakura High School, she had been having quite the overwhelming day. First everyone was speaking in a language she could hardly comprehend, and then there was the classes in which she felt as though she was in an entirely different world. Not to mention the stares and what she knew were comments on her looks and accent, even when she spoke Japanese her accent was there and noticeable.
Just as she started to think about sitting down in the empty corridors and curling up into a ball until someone came to help her Kaihime saw a familiar symbol written on the door in front of her. Smiling as she thought she finally might have found her way back to the female change room Kaihime looked down at the sports uniform she was wearing, she found the Japanese sports uniform to be too revealing for her liking. It showed far too much leg and she felt as though she was running around in her underwear, it was definitely something she was not used to nor did she think she would ever get used to. Opening the door and entering Kaihime was immediately overcome by the steam that had filled the room, rubbing her eyes Kaihime wasn’t watching where she was going and soon felt herself walk straight into something. Falling onto her butt on the hard floor below she truly thought the day couldn’t get any worse, it was then that she looked up to see what it was she had run into. Her eyes widened as she realised it was not a something, it was a someone…….and they weren’t female!! Struggling to think of the words to say she had no doubt in her mind that she looked like an idiot.
"ummm I am sorry, ahhh i think i have.....the area wrong"

| Turning around slowly, Chase looked down at the girl on the ground. She looked so scared and lost. Raising an eyebrow, he offered a hand to her. From her broken Japanese, he could tell that she didn't speak it very well. He himself had started studying the language when he was 15, when he found out that his real parents were Japanese. It had been tough, but he was at a working level, and was at least able to understand most people and respond without sounding retarded or anything. He didn't want to come here looking for his parents unprepared.
"I think you have the wrong room." he said to her in English, totally forgetting about speaking Japanese. This had happened a few times since he had arrived. It usually happened when something caught him off guard, he just forgot that he was supposed to speak in a different language sometimes. i'll do orange for english and yellow for japanese, but i dont think we'll need it much from now on XD

| Kaihime felt as though her cheeks were on fire as she sat on the floor with her eyes covered, after all she was in a change room and if it wasn’t the women’s one it was the male’s. She was surprised to hear the man before her speak in plain English, so surprised in fact that she uncovered her eyes and a giant smile graced her lips as she accepted the hand to her feet. “You speak English? That’s great!” She may have seemed over excited at the simple fact that he could speak English but after the day she had been having it was one of best things that could have happened. It was then as she gazed upon the orange haired man before her that she realised she had uncovered her eyes, and he was in a towel!! Blushing as red as a strawberry Kaihime immediately covered her eyes once more with her hands, “Oh my gosh I’m so sorry” Turning quickly Kaihime found herself meeting with the cold metal of a locker and stumbling back a few feet once more, realising that she would be backing into the poor guy once more Kaihime leapt forward while turning around to face him once again. This time her back met the cold metal of the locker as she leant against it with her eyes still covered, she was never good in situations like this.
(OOC: hahah she is the complete opposite of him xD she is embarassed and he is like O.o))

| Chase gave the girl a smirk as he hoisted her up, letting out a small, almost inaudible laugh at her over excitement of his knowledge of English. She must have been having a pretty rough day if she was attending school here and didn't speak Japanese very well. "Yeah, I see you do too." he raised an eyebrow as she covered her eyes again..."Don't worry about it..." he said, trying not to laugh as she stumbled around, colliding with the locker, and almost with himself again. Man, she was clumsy. It was kind of cute, actually. Making sure she was covering her eyes properly, he quickly grabbed his underwear and pants, sliding on his underwear, slipping off the towel, and stepping into his pants. "You can look now." He said, taking out his green shirt, sliding it over his head.

| Kaihime thought that the coast would be completely clear as he told her that she could look now, but when she opened her eyes and saw that he was still sliding his shirt over his head she immediately looked down to the ground. “Yeah, I suppose it’s pretty obvious by my accent that I’m not from Japan.” Kaihime then paused for a moment before looking up to his eye level again, “Well I suppose the fact I got the wrong room kind of made that even more obvious” Kaihime knew that some time soon she would laugh at what had happened, but for now it was very embarrassing. As she looked at the clothes he was wearing she suddenly realised she was still in her sport’s uniform while he was in casual clothing. Suddenly feeling even more self conscious Kaihime wanted to hide behind a locker or something, anything that would hide the fact she was practically wearing underwear in public. Why the guys got to wear pants and the girls had to wear what they did Kaihime didn’t truly understand, she knew that she didn’t like it very much though.
“Ummmm, do you know where the girl’s change room is? I was looking for it before I..”

| Chase packed some things from the locker into his backpack as she rambled on. He couldn't help but smile, shaking his head slightly as he picked up the towel on the ground, hanging it in his locker. Girls always talked so much. He never really understood why. They just always had something to say about something, and continuously rambled on about nothing. He didn't really care that much, though, he wasn't much of a talker, so his life would be pretty quiet if it wasn't for the chatty girls.
Zipping up his bag, he swung it over his shoulder "Before you wandered in here and walked into me?" he said with a small laugh, closing the locker door. Putting his hand on her back, he lead her out of the change room, hoping that the gym teacher didn't catch him leaving the change room with a girl. "It's right over there." He pointed to the adjacent doorway as the boy's door swung closed behind them. "Need me to stick around to show you out?" he said with a teasing tone and a small smirk.

| Kaihime felt like a little kid as she was led from the change room by a hand on the back, at least she knew she wouldn’t get lost again on the way to the change room. As they stood in the hall Kaihime noticed him seemingly looking around to see if anyone was in the halls, after all it wouldn’t look good for a girl to be coming from the male’s change room and with a male at that. As he pointed to the doorway across from them both Kaihime’s face and shoulders sunk, she had been so close and yet so far away. “So close and yet so far away…” She turned around and took a look at the symbol on the male change room once more being sure to try and memorise the writing on it, she had to try and learn what meant what after all. Kaihime smiled sarcastically at the statement about her needed help to find her way out, but the truth was …..she really did.
Her sarcastic smile soon turned into one of sincerity as she spoke. “Actually, I kind of do. I have no idea where I am anymore.” Kaihime smiled before disappearing into the female changing room, she was gone for only a moment before she reappeared popping her head out of the door. “I’ll be right back” Once again she disappeared from sight, running over to her locker which she had only remembered where it was by leaving a pink ribbon hanging from it she quickly opened it and hurriedly got dressed. Luckily for her the dressing room was completely empty, although it did get her wondering at how long she had been wandering the school hallways for. If everyone was gone then it was probably quite a while.
She was hurrying so that she didn’t keep him waiting for long, after all he was doing her a favour. It would not be nice to keep him waiting for longer then absolutely necessary. Stuffing her sports uniform into her bag hurriedly Kaihime almost forgot to change her shoes before leaving. Almost falling over in the process of trying to do so at warp speed she was no doubt creating a bit of noise. After having made sure she was dressed fully Kaihime exited the changing room with speed, she was pretty proud of her record breaking time. Smiling at him she realised as she spoke that she didn’t know his name yet. “O.k ready, let’s go…ahhh” - dress:

| He looked down at her with a smirk, shaking his head a little at her. She looked so helpless, how could he not help her. "Kay, i'll wait here." he told her as she popped her head back out of the locker room and went back in. Figuring she would take a while, since thats what most girls did, he took his back back off his shoulder and placed it on the ground next to his feet, leaning his back against the wall. If he was going to be waiting, he would be comfy while doing it.
After a few loud noises, which Chase pictured to be her falling over as she got dressed, she came out of the change room in a cute dress, and in record time. Impressed, Chase picked up his bag, replacing the one strap on his shoulder. "It's Chase." he told her as he started down the hallway, anticipating her next question. "And I guess it would be rude if i didn't ask your name." he said with a small smirk.

| "My name is Kaihime, it's a strangely japanese name for someone from Australia" Kaihime joked about her name as she followed after Chase down the hallway, in truth she never knew why she was named something so foreign to the country she was born in. But she had gotten used to it and here it was a name that fit in so that she had no quarrel with. Deciding to try and start conversation Kaihime chose a random topic, "Soooo, how is it that you can speak English so well Chase?" Of course she knew that people learnt English but she suspected that there was something else to his story, he spoke it so comfortabley almost like he had been speaking it often for a long time. She hoped that she wasn't being nosey or anything but she disliked silences, they had a tendency to turn awkward at times. "I mean that is if it isn't to personal to talk about or anything" | |

| He was surprised when she said her name. She was so obviously not Japanese, how in the hell did she end up with such a Japanese name? "I was gunna say, you don't look like a Kaihime." So she was from Australia? pretty interesting, he had never been before. He knew that she wasn't from North America, but had always been bad at telling the difference between some European accent and an Australian one. Trying to hide a laugh, he smirked a little. The girls back home were so much more upfront. Kaihime was a lot like the other girls here, very shy and reserved. He actually liked it, it was refreshing. Chase found those other girls annoying after a while. "No, it's okay, you don't have to be so formal, yanno." he told her, sliding his hand into his pocket. "From what I know, I was born here, In Japan, but got put up for adoption in America. Thats where I grew up." He figured the explanation of growing up in the U.S. would answer her question as to how he knew how to speak English. "So what bring you here? It's obviously not the love of the language." he asked teasingly with a smile.

| Kaihime smiled and chuckles slightly at his comment regarding her name, it was true that you wouldn’t expect that name to be hers just by looking at her or listening to her for that matter. Turning her head to face him as they walked she blushed slightly as he told her she needn’t be so formal with him, in truth it was a bad habit of hers…well not necessarily a bad habit but a habit none the less. “O.K I will try, it’s a pretty drummed in habit though” She listened to what Chase had to say about his family and his adoption in America, she thought it was sad that he hadn’t had the chance to meet his parents properly and get to know them but she also understood that sometimes adoption was the best thing for the child at that current moment. He hadn’t said that he was in Japan searching for his parents but it was just something that Kaihime assumed from his words, after all why would he return to the country he was born if not to seek them out? True that might have been a bit narrow minded of her, maybe his adopted family had moved to Japan and he came with them. But assumed was what her mind had done without realising it, she hated to do so but in this instance she had jumped to conclusions on a subject.
Then Chase asked a question that she really should have been prepared for, but she wasn’t so even in the slightest. Chuckling at the joke he made about the love of language not being her reason for coming to Japan Kaihime thought on how to phrase her words, she didn’t want to say that she was famous or anything after all a few cd’s doesn’t make you famous it is the amount of people that have heard of you that determined that. Here in Japan she was a relative nobody, but if her manager had his way that would change…no matter what she had to do to make it so. “Well…I was scouted into the music industry back in Australia. My old manager sold my contract off to a Japanese company for reasons I don’t know the truth behind and my new manager insisted that I come to Japan.” She felt like banging her head against a wall as she realised how confusing and vague her words had seemed, all that talk about managers and what not must have sounded weird to Chase.
