General Overview Of Rules

Before you make your characters and begin to role-play, here are the rules and important site information that you will need to know.

Site Rules:
Registering
When you register your username should be the same as your character's name. After you register you can head over to the character creation area and create your character. You must wait until an admin or mod approves your character before you begin to RP. You may however use the c-box an private messages.

Code of Conduct:
This site is designed to be friendly to all, we do not tolerate bullying or harassment in any form IC or OOC. Any sexism, racism or any kind of discrimination will not be tolerated. We do allow swearing however members are encouraged to keep it to a minimum as we all know it can offend some, if asked to not swear in the c-box by someone as it is offending them then you must stop. Members are to be kind and courteous to each other, after all the community makes or breaks a site. We do not tolerate any posts that are sexual in nature, this kind of discussion is to take place in Private Messages where others can not read it. There is no exceptions to that rule. Characters hugging and kissing is permissible however anything of an adult nature is classed as being sexual and must be sent via messages. Blatant plagiarism will not be tolerated, if it is found to be so the content will be removed. If it is in a character application the application will be unapproved.

C-Box Rules:
The C-box is a privilege not a right, any abuse of it will result in a temporary ban or in severe cases a permanent one. Excessive swearing, bullying, harassing, any sexist, or discriminative behaviour will not be tolerated. Sexual content is not allowed in the C-Box either, anyone found posting such content in the c-box will be dealt with strictly. If showing images in the c-box please place them in spoilers, this is to avoid disrupting the c-box for everyone and to ensure the c-box doesn’t become slow due to an overload of information. Also please refrain from advertising in the c-box, we have an advertising section for that.

Avatar’s and Signatures:
Every member can have their own unique avatar and signature, these can be edited via your profile options. There are however a few rules that must be followed:
1. Your avatar must not be too large if it is you will asked to remove it and make it smaller.
2. Your avatar and signature must not contain sexually explicit material or anything offensive. Generally a small picture of your character’s appearance is preferred however you may choose not to use that if you wish.
3. Your signature can contain theme songs, however we ask that you contain them to spoilers as the you tube windows take up far too much room. This goes for any other pictures you wish to include in your signature other than the main signature.
4. Your feature image that makes up your signature must not be too large if it is you will be asked to shrink it or contain it to a spoiler.

Posting Rules:
Obviously everyone is here to post, so there are a few rules that you need to know in order to ensure everything runs smoothly. You must not use txt or internet lingo in IC (in character) posts, in OOC (out of character) threads/topics you may however it is not encouraged. Spelling mistakes happen to everybody, therefore we don’t mind those however do try your best to spell correctly. This ensures that people can understand your messages as simply as possible, this also counts for grammar. Try not to double post unless it is a solo-topic or is absolutely necessary. There is no set minimum or maximum for posts however we do encourage that you post a minimum of a medium to large paragraph. The higher IC rank you possess the more you will be expected to write on average. If there is a posting order in a thread you must stick to it unless there is a reason the person has not posted.


Canon Characters
Canon characters are allowed on this site, they can be requested as long as they are not already taken. But you MUST keep in character, No Kenpachi skipping down the road and picking flowers. You are allowed a maximum of 4 canon characters, and you must RP with each of them at least once in two weeks unless you posted that you're going to be absent.

Godmodding:
No, no, and NO!!! Have I said no?! This is NOT allowed. While in battle you must give the other character a chance to respond and possibly dodge your attack. For example: Byakuya swung his sword toward Renji, attempting to stab him. NOT: Byakuya stabbed Renji.


Admin & Moderators:
Please respect and listen to all admin and moderators. If you think they're doing something unfair, post it in the help area. Also, do not argue with the admin and moderators - their final decision is final. If you have a problem with their decision then PM another admin.

Relating Self to Characters:
Do not make a custom character that is just like one of the canon characters. Make them an individual. However, if you want your custom character to be related to a canon character, you have to ask the person playing that character if this is okay.
