A little of that [open or hanako]

Gin let go a small yawn as he sat at his desk looking out the window. For the passed hour he had doing stacks and stacks of paperwork. Ugh i wonder if Ni chan has this much to do he thought to himself. After a couple more moments of staring aimlessly into space he stood up and walked over to his coffee table. On the coffee table he had a plate of fresh persimmons from his dads tree. Smiling slightly at the wrinkled fruit he took a bite and pocketed a couple more. When the one in his hand was finished he headed for his office door and exited. In the hallway he spotted to lower ranked officer who seemed deep in conversation. Upon seeing him they bowed and entered into a near by room.

Gin made a face at that and wondered if everybody was knee deep in work today. Shutting his office door he deiced to go to the lab and see if his sister was there. After walking for a couple minutes he took and fruit from his pocket and began to eat it as he entered the lab. Normally you weren’t suppose to eat in the lab , but he was vice captain so he figured why not. Plus he wanted to see the lower seated officer annoyed reaction when they saw him eating. As he predicted two officer by the couple gave him a look and began whispering to each other." What was that?" he questioned in a mocking tone when he reached them.

Nothing Ichimaru Fukutaichou nothing the two shinigami repeated many times before shuffling across the room. " Thought so" the fox said out loud to no one in particular as walked up to the computer.

Hanako stretched slightly as she leaned back away from her desk, it seemed like she had fallen asleep while doing paper work again. Of course it had become much easier since she got a vice-captain though. Even though the man did look a lot like her father, and of course shared her name, and… Really Gin Jr. reminded her a lot of Gin. It was somewhat scary at times and of course her scar would burn when she thought about it too much, but of course she tried not to.

Moving away from her desk she got up and walked over to the table that held an apple on it. It was just an apple, it hadn’t been tested on or anything, which shocked her because she had gotten into the habit of testing on a lot of things now. Grabbing it she took a bite and walked out of the room. She really needed something to do other than paper work, or even testing on something. Of course she would end up going there sometime today since that’s what she loved to do. Moving as she ate the apple ever one seemed to be out of their offices. “Odd… Normally they all like to lock themselves in there labs…” She muttered softly continuing to walk down the hallways. Watching as two people walked past her quickly muttering something and mentioning the name Ichimaru. “You two. What did you just say?” Watching them stop and turn both began to babble oddly. Raising an eyebrow she raised her hand causing both of them to stop. This made her uncomfortable; she was never one to do that. Normally she would have allowed them to speak. But she really wasn’t in the mood for it just then. “You both may go.” She said quickly watching them bow before walking away. Shaking her head she took another bite of her apple and continued to walk. Maybe she would find out something along the way…

After a couple minutes of typing on the computer the fox stooped. Raising his head slightly he stared at the wall in silence. He then wondered why it had gotten so quiet all of a sudden. The first explanation that came to his mind amused he very much. That reason was that they ran out in fright of him. Gin laughed to himself slightly and walked over to a near by table. On the table there was a bunch of chemicals set across nearly. On each glass there was strips of paper telling the fox which chemical was which. The fox stared at them for a couple moments and then grabbed a blue liquid which he poured into a empty beaker in front of him.

Without hesitation he next grabbed a beaker of Smokey gray fluid and powered into the blue fluid. This caused the beaker in front of him to smoke a light blue color. The fox faced boy smiled at the result , because it was exactly what he wanted. But now he wanted to change the color. Looking across the table he saw no food color what’s so ever , so he just grabbed pink and murky liquid and pours it in. This immediately cause a large puff of purple smoke. Close enough he told himself before going g to a cabinet across the room where he grabbed a weird looking clay. At the counter he added a purple food color and then walked back over to the chemical table.

After forming the clay into six flowers he filled them with the Smokey liquid. In a dark room in the back lived a couple small hollows for test. Without a second thought he threw one of the flowers into the cage. Upon impact the smoke caused the hollow to catch fire. How amusing the fox thought to himself as he went to make fox shaped ones for himself. When he was finished he put the flower ones in a bag and went to find his sister. After walking down the hallway for a couple moments he spotted her and walked over to her with mischievous smile spread evilly across his lips. " Good Morning Ni Chan Taichou" he greeted in a cheerfully as he tightened his grip on the bag of flowers and hide it up in his large sleeves.

Hanako had gotten her way down into the corridors a bit more before she spotted her brother. Tilting her head to the side, she looked up to him. He had always been taller than her; he must have gotten it from their father since she was shorter she guessed that she had gotten her height from her mother. Though of course she had no idea who the woman was… Taking another bite of her apple she watched him for a moment. As she finished the bite and swallowed she spoke softly. “Must you frighten them from coming from their offices Aniki?” She asked knowing when enough that he was the one that did it most of the time. She had actually watched with a smile one day when he was scaring some of the unseated members. She had enjoyed the show; it showed her how much she missed her father though, and how much her brother looked like him.

Some questioned why Hanako called Gin Jr. aniki. Usually that was what an older brother would be called, though Hanako was sure Gin was the older of the two of them even if it was my seconds, or minutes. “What have you been working on? I’ve yet to come and see you in your office… Are you adjusting okay?” It had been maybe a day since Hanako had see Gin since she had been in her office for most of the time, that and falling asleep in there gave her a reason not to have to leave at all. Though she knew Mina wouldn’t be to impressed with her doing that, since she was watched over Hana like a mother.

Gin continued to smile happily as his sister took another bite from her apple. A short moment his sister asked if he must scare the other squad members. The silver haired shinigami laughed slightly to himself at the shorter girl's question. The answer was obviously yes , because it was one of his favorite pass times. Plus he really couldn’t help it anyway at times , because he even did it without realizing it. " Aw yuh know I cant help it Ni Chan. Yah have ta admit it its fun. " The fox replied with a playful smile as hissing sound came from his sword. The hisses were coming from serpin his zanpaktou sprit which like to join Gin's conversations from time to time,

Gin's smile widen slightly when he was asked what he had been working on. This was the prefect chance for him to reveal fire flowers. Sliding them out of his sleeve he held out the bag in his hand to her. " I’m glad yuh asked Ni Chan... here yuh are?" he said happily because he was proud of his new invention. Make sure she doesn’t squeeze them too hard. Serpin hissed the to his master in his head. Yuh worry too much Serpin Ni Chan isn’t that stupid. The fox replied back with his free hand gently rested on the hilt of his sword. Whatever... but if she burns up and dies i get to eat her The snake continued in an angry hiss. You’ll do no such thing the fox replied in his thoughts to the white snake.

Hanako looked down to the bag the her brother was handing to her. He seemed some what excited, and of course it wasn't like she would just shut her brother down without taking a look at it. Of course when ever he got excited about something she kinda felt the same way. Which surprised her a little bit sometimes.

Looking at the apple core in her hand she bite into the end of it eating it quickly, before finishing the other half. It was to weird to eat the hole entire apple, core and all, was it? Wiping her hands a on the inside of her long selves before pushing them up. Taking a hold of the bag gently she put her hand inside, not really worrying if it was something that would bite. Because she knew Gin Jr. would have told her if it would. Or would he have?

Pulling out the flower looking item she couldn't help but smile. She loved flowers, mostly everyone knew that since she always had a differently on in her hair. Though of course she knew that she wouldn't be able to put this one in her hair. Moving it gently in her hands she knew that if agitated it could cause some damage to the person who was holding it.

"It blows up? Maybe has some fire to it?"

Gin continued to smile at his sister as she looked down at the bag he was holding. He eyes then looked up from the bag to see his sister eat the core of her apple. His eyebrow raised slightly at this and he hope she wouldn’t choke. He didn’t really know the Heimlich so, he would probably have Serpin do it. The white snake was certainly good at that , but he would also have to make sure he didn’t go to far. Serpin was good at knowing when he went over board. So, the silver haired boy always had to keep an eye on the mischievous snake. As he thought about that his sister finally took the bad from his hands.

As soon as the bag left his hands his hands return back in his sleeves. Where they were kept nice and warm and protect from the broken heating system. Blow up blow up the snake chanted inside the fox's head. Gin ignored the rude snake and watched his sister take one of the flower shaped bombs out of the bag. As he saw the white haired girl rub her hands across it he took a step forward. So, in case she accidentally agitated he could knock it from her a hand and use Serpin to protect them from the deadly explosion. "Hai it blows up hollows in a instant" he said sounding very proud of himself after his sister had asked him if it blew up.

"What level of Hallow did you test it on?"

She asked placing it back into the bag, it was interesting. When something usually came from Gin she didn't really need to test it. But this time she really wanted to. Just for the fun of it. Looking back down to the bag she held it delecatly, knowing that Gin wouldn't just lie to her. She knew she wouldn't lie to him, not only because they where blood related. But because she had a horrible time lying. It just wasn't part of her to do it.

"Can we test it on something... Bigger?"

Hanako had resently found out that Mayuri had been keeping a Shrieker Hallow hidden in one of his older labs. Of course it wasn't at its strongest, it had been there for a while, and it was in what seemed like a maximum cell so she really hadn't really thought about it. Smiling as she looked back up at him she spoke softly.

"I do have something in mind that we can test on...."

" Level 2 i believe" he replied with a smile when his sister asked him what level hollow the gadget was tested on. To be honest he wasn’t quiet sure in fact he had just chose on at random. From what he could remember the hollow had monkey type bull mask on its face. As he thought it the white haired captain examined the bag a little more. " I thought yuh never asked Ni chan" he replied with a larger smirk in response to his Sister suggest of testing it on a larger hollow. So she isn’t going to blow up? Serpin said in a fake sad to tone in his masters head. No fair The snake continued to complain. Don’t you worry Serpin this will better the fox assured his snake in his mind. " Good lets go annoy it now shall we" he said happily to his sister as he turned in the direction the lab and waited for his captain to lead the way because it was her idea.
