Val's Segunda Etapa (might as well post this now when I'm NOT lazy e.o;)

New Technique Application

-Segunda Etapa-

Name: Cólera de la Diosa Del Desierto
Appearance: In her second release, Valentina takes on the shape of a large nine tailed fox. The markings on her body glow bright yellow and occasionally arc with an electric current. She stands at almost seven feet tall in her final form. Each tail is nearly five feet long and surge with a powerful electric current. She is incapable of human speech due to her vulpine muzzle. Her entire body is covered in a statically charged pelt of silver fur that will shock anyone who comes in contact with her body.
When you learned this tech: Was previously known by Valentina, but the ability to release it was locked away within Val's body. Will retrain to unlock her Segunda once more with a partner of her choice.
Duration: Varies by her level of reiatsu at the time of release. Anywhere from 15-20 posts
Using Rights: Can be used after releasing her normal Resurreccion, but must first store up enough reiatsu to trigger her second release.
Requirements/Preparations: Must have an adequate level of reiatsu stored within her body.
Description: In her final form, Val can summon a thunderstorm out of even the clearest skies, and gains full control over electricity. She calls down the thunderbolts with specialized barks and growls, the intensity of the bolt it decided by the intensity of her cry. Her Zanpakuto fuses with her body, then manifests as her nine tails. Each tail has a beveled point that is as hard as steel and is capable of penetrating a high level arrancar's Hierro. Once a tail impale's a target, it releases nearly 20,000 volts of reiatsu infused electricity that can cause severe burns and paralysis.
Weakness: In her final state, Val loses all rational thought. She becomes no more than a mindless killer. Her major weakness is her own rage. While in this state, she leaves herself vulnerable to attacks from below due to concentrating too much on frying her target, rather than defending herself.
Preparation time: 5-10 posts of storing Reiatsu while in her first release
Duration: 15-20 posts
Cooldown: 10 posts at the least.

I am not sure if a rouge arrancar will be allowed to have a second ressurecion form. >.< let alone even the espada.. but i am not the expert on that matter. Tia/Incognita would be the best one to ask. I will leave this to her to resolve, if she does not respond fast enough for you please let her know about the topic. ^^

I wasn't sure either, but I spoke to Kenji about it last night, and since it's part of Val's history and whatnot, I figured "Why not post it now?" heh. After all, Val is an Espada level rogue and such. Couldn't hurt to give posting her segunda a try e.e

i have spoken to Kenji and Tia about this ^^ and we have decided that you do not need one as no other espada has one therefore even to try and overthrow them you don't need one. Also Tia has ruled that second resurrecion is a Ulqiuorra's signature ability.

So unfortunately that is a disapproved. Hope you understand the reasons. if you don't please feel free to talk to us.
