When you learned this tech: Ready Duration: Until death do us apart / sealed Using Rights: Full moon only Requirements/Preparations: Hyogoku/ requires Segunda etapa form Description: Along the Hyogoku it gives Ulquiorra the ability to copy his segunda etapa ability to other arrancar`s, however as Ulquiorra is relucant to give away this ability for free not just to anyone, it is because of 2 reasons, one not everyone can handle such a massive change, the least those of lower level that bear the form and strength of at least a Vasto Lorde, (as in hollow form) meaning there are quite a few requirement`s, besides needing acess to the hyogoku, and two those who might be a risk that they would turn against the espada`s themself`s, Ulquiorra would question their motive and their sanity... it is also possible to "reverse" or seal away the segunda etapa with this technique if the subject would seem unfit for the ability...
