Tomix the lonely Arrancar (Open, no fighting, No Espada/Fraccion)

The garganta opened in the center of Karakura Town. Out walked Tomix, in his usual black trench coat, white shirt, and long black pants. Tomix's face was the face of loneliness, one that had plauged him ever since he'd left the Espada. Of couse, he'd never think of going back to that hell hole, but the one thing he wished for...

A thirteen year-old Tomix was sleeping lazily against a tree in his backyard. He looked quite the same, but he had no lonely expression on his face. The back door to Tomix's house opened, and out came a girl, with waist-length white hair. Not white in the way an old woman's hair is, but in a diffrent way, like snow. She crept slowely next to Tomix, and slid down next to him. Within a few minutes, she too was sleeping soundly next to him. And unbeknowest to both of them, a brown haired boy was sitting in the tree above them, quietly snapping photos with his phone.
"This is good..." Grif murmued, grinning.

Finding his way to a prak bench, he sat down, his head in his hands.
"I don't want to be an Arrancar anymore...damn it..."

*Yes, I know that, but Tomix is baseically a former Espada, so he would still know how to use a garganta, right?*

*I understand that, but Tomix origianlly was an Espada, but since he was demoted, does that mean he just magically lost the ability to use Garganta? And plus, in the anime, non-Espada level Arrancar have been seen using Garganta*
