Dark clouds blotted out the once blue sky that overlooked Karakura town as a fierce thunderstorm rolled in. Thunder rumbled in the distance while bolts of lightning sliced through the inky black clouds like a hot knife through butter. High above the passing storm, a rip in the heavens appeared in the form of a thin black line before it opened like a gaping mouth, nothing but darkness could be seen within this portal. It wasn't long until the blackened shadow of a woman could be seen emerging from the interdeminsional portal. A passage known to the spiritual world as a Garganta. It was a common form of transdimentional travel among high ranking arrancar like the woman who emerged. However, the garganta in question was created by her master so she could have a little fun among the humans. Her reiatsu flared, giving off the illusion that she was an Espada due to the incredible spiritual pressure she exhibited. However, she was far from such a rank. Merely a Fraccion, a loyal soldier to the Primera Espada who shared a reiatsu level that could very well rival the man she was loyal to. Her bright, golden yellow eyes glowed brightly, piercing through the darkness. She stepped from the garganta, bringing herself into full view. Her long, silver tresses swayed lightly as the wind caressed her form. Her plush, fox like tail swayed ever so slightly in anticipation. Her vulpine ears stood erect atop her head, scanning for even the faintest hint of life in the area. Knowing she wouldn't find anything at this altitude, she descended into the storm, walking down on what seemed like invisible stairs that lead into the heart of the vicious storm. Lightning cracked around her and thunder roared, the scene only bringing a slight smirk to her face. She loved this kind of weather, and only came to Earth during such storms. She soon found herself below the storm clouds, heavy rains now pouring down onto her. She soaked the scenery in like a sponge. This kind of weather excited her. It made her ache for a fight and hunger for blood. She wanted destruction. Her left hand rested on the hilt of her Zanpakuto, her eyes still scanning the area. She could smell something....someone was watching her...

Before the thunder storm reached Karakura town, a young shinigami named Tensai could be seen dealing the killing blow of a rather large squid looking hollow, which was just a simple slash to the head with a zanpakto. That was a little too easythought Tensai as the hollow started to disappear. As a member of the patrol corps, one of Tensai's duties was to kill large hollows that were dangerous to the average shinigami and even though he was an unseated member in his division, his spiritual power rivaled that of the average seated shinigami, which gave Tensai an advantage over the hollow. Tensai would then look up into the sky as he heard the sudden sound of thunder and noticed a fierce storm rolling into town. But more importantly, he felt a large spiritual pressure appearing out of nowhere that sort of felt like a combination of a hollow's and shinigami's spiritual pressure.

Am I sensing an arrancar? Either way, it's too powerful for me to handle. I should call my superiors and tell them to send someone that can handle this
thought Tensai as he took out a cell phone that alerted him when a near by hollow was around. He would then open the phone and started dialing.

Val's nose twitched. She caught the scent of a soul reaper nearby. A wide grin tugged at the corners of her lips. She took one step forward before she sonidoed to where the shinigami stood. She smelled hollow blood on his sword, making him so much easier to track. As the boy took out what looked like a phone, Val appeared directly in front of him and snagged the device. She smirked and gazed into the male's eyes as she gripped the piece of shinigami technology in her paw like hand. Tsk tsk....inviting unwelcomed guests to this little party..? I don't think that's a good idea, boy.... Her voice was cold yet sultry. She kept up her seductive feminine demeanor, even in the face of an enemy. With one quick movement of her hand, she crushed the phone in her hand. She then slowly opened her hand to reveal the shattered pieces in her palm. She turned her hand, her palm facing downward, letting the shattered device drop to the ground, landing in a puddle of water where it short circuted. Her grin widened, her fierce yellow eyes now glowing brightly as she stared down the lone shinigami. Now tell me...what is a weak little morsel like you doing in such a dangerous part of town...? You could get hurt... Her tone was mockingly sweet. Val always had a habit of toying with her prey. Nothing more than a game of cat and mouse. However, she wasn't going to kill this little mouse. Oh no. He wasn't worth the effort. That wasn't going to stop her from having a little fun though.

Then all of a sudden, a woman appeared right in front of him Tensai and grabbed his cell phone just as his finger was mere milliseconds away from pressing the send button. He would then jump back a good 10 feet in order to put some distance between him and her. Once he landed, he held his zanpakto with both hands as Val told him that inviting any uninvited guests was a bad idea shortly before destroying his cell phone. Tensai would then take a good look at her to see what he was dealing with since everything happened so fast for him and knew right away that he was dealing with an arrancar since she did have a zanpakto, pieces of a hollow mask and a hollow hole. However he did have to admit that the arrancar he was facing was very attractive causing his eyes to stare at her chest for a brief second before regaining his composure.

Even though Tensai knew for a fact that he wasn't going to last long against this arrancar, he knew that he couldn't show her any signs of weakness and to keep his guard up at all times in order to survive this encounter. Because of this, he didn't appear to be afraid at all while keeping his guard up at all times.

"First day on the job "said Tensai after the arrancar asked him why he was here.

Val's grin grew wider as the male put distance between himself and her. She chuckled and dusted off her hands while her eyes followed his every move. She couldn't help but laugh when he gripped his blade. She shook her head and walked towards him. Such a brave little mouse....looking so tough in the eyes of the fox....but I can smell it, dear boy...I can smell your fear.... She stopped, now only three feet from the male. She placed her hands on her hips, not even bothering to touch her Zanpakuto. Her fox-like ears twitched as she caught the five little words that left the male's mouth. Her grin turned to a wicked smirk. It's your first day...and you get to cross paths with me...such a lucky boy, you are... She then raised her right hand, her index finger pointing directly at the boy. Soon, sparks arced from the digit while an orb of irridescent yellow light formed on the tip of her three inch long claw that tipped her finger. The orb surged with an electrical current as it grew larger and larger. As it grew, a silvery corona began to form around the orb. Do you know what this is, little mouse..? This is my own special creation...it's called an Anni Cero...It's quite special....only I can use it...it surges with an electrical current...so you better be careful...even if you try to block it with that puny blade of yours...well..you know what happens when electricity meets metal... While she spoke, the cero charged to full strength. She grinned and fired the cero, the beam aiming straight for the male on a direct collision course, but not with him. She was aiming for his Zanpakuto. A perfect lightning rod. The cero crackled and hissed as it howled towards the sword at an impressive speed. With him being only three feet away, he'd have to move fast to get out of the way.

"Well being brave and fearless are two completely different things" said Tensai as she slowly walked towards him. Val would then raise her right hand with her index finger pointing at him before an orb of irridescent yellow light formed on the tip of her index finger. She would then start to explain to the young shinigami that this was a cero technique that she could only use. As she continued explaining it, Tensai would use flash step to appear behind Val and swung his zanpakto at the back of her neck hoping that the blow would finish her off. After all, this wasn't some kind of lame anime where the hero or villain explained what technique he or she was going to use and as a member of the 2nd Division, he was expected to take advantage of any situation that would allow him to kill his target quickly.

The admins moved this topic, for it messes up with the plot of the site. The arrancar/Espadas are supposedly dead and thus no one has knowledge of their existences. So all events that happen within this topic does not count to character knowledge.

Her right ear twitched. She heard his shunpo, then followed his scent as it appeared behind her. She grinned and didn't move a muscle. You really don't know anything about arrancar....do you, boy? She let his blade collide with her neck, only to glance off of her hierro. She laughed and swung her right hand backwards, backhanding the boy to the ground. She turned to face him, crushing her cero in her hand as she stared the shinigami down. That little blade won't cut my hierro, little mouse....You better come up with a new plan if you even think you're going to hurt me... Her grin widened, her tail wagging in amusement. Her excitement was growing.

This isn't good[i] thought Tensai as his eyes widened in surprise that his zanpakto glanced of her neck. He knew that the blade made contact with her skin since he felt the blade hit her dead on, it just that the blade didn't pierce her skin. Val would then back hand Tensai sending him to the ground and when she turned around to face him, he couldn't help but notice of her tail was wagging while her grin widened.

"You really are enjoying this, aren't you?" said Tensai as he slowly got up with his zanpatko held out in front of him. He knew that his blade couldn't cut her, but he figured that he could still probably use his zanpakto like a blunt object in order to hurt her. After all, a baseball bat could still kill a person if he was hit by it numerous times.

Val placed her hands on her hips and watched as the boy got back to his feet. She chuckled as her held his Zanpakuto out in front of him, acting as if he could actually hurt her with it. She couldn't help but laugh at his words. She definately was enjoying this. It was always fun to find a new toy. Put that oversized toothpick away before you hurt yourself, sweetheart.... She suddenly vanished in a static blur, quickly reappearing within inches of the boy, her hand pushing his blade to the side. Her golden yellow orbs stared down into the boy's, a wicked grin appearing on her face. She pressed her body against his while her hand gripped his blade tighter. You know that I could easily bend this little toy, right...? But maybe I like it when you hit me like that... She smirked and sonidoed back, reappearing a couple feet from the boy. She crouched down, resting on her haunches, waiting to see what this little mouse would do next.

When Val appeared right in front of him, Tensai took a deep breath as he looked her right in the eyes that appeared to have little to no fear at all. He was determined not to give her any satisfaction by giving into his fear as she pushed his blade aside. She would then press her body against his while she gripped the blade tighter which caused Tensai's face to turn red a little since he has never been this close to a woman before. After telling him that she might actually like being hit she sonidoed back a few feet putting some distance between the two, Tensai would then decided to take out the big guns as he brought his hand in front of him to use his strongest hado.

"Ye lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws. Hado Number 33: Sōkatsu!"
shouted the young shinigami as a massive blue burst of spirit energy at Val. Since Tensai knew that she was fast enough to dodge the hado, he would use flash step to appear behind her and threw a wild barrage of slashes if [b]she dodged.

Val's grin only widened as the boy launched a Kido spell at her, and a weak one at that. Her nose followed his scent as he appeared behind her. In one hand, she charged a normal cero. The orb was a deep purple in color. She fired the cero once the boy's Kido came within mere inches of her, the collision of the two conflicting spiritual energies creating a mild explosion. She then felt a barrage of weak slashes at her back. The boy's sword shredded her top, yet left no mark of her flawless body. She growled and swatted the boy with her tail, the appendage hitting him with a decent amount of force. It was like being hit with a club. The impact knocked him to the ground while she put more distance between them. Her shredded top fell from her body, drifting like leaves to the ground. Luckily, a decent amount of her hair fell over her shoulders to cover her now exposed bosom. Val huffed and crossed her arms over her chest, her tail twitching in annoyance. It's not nice to get a lady out of her clothes without her permission, boy....
