The symbol on the front is the same as on the back and is his clans symbol as you can se he wears a yellow vest with blue edges, the bottom edge of the vest are the two golden globes what they are and why they sit there just know him. maybe they're just ornaments. over a white kimono. the white kimono is held back by a black belt. over this he wears a black coat which in which his clan symbol can be seen on the front and back of the picture, however, shows no jingle that hangs on the back or medallions that hang from the edge of the cloak and the end of the arms of it. even the band he used to set hair in a ponytail is covered with medallions. The black cloak or what u can call it is held together by three borsches. Looks like this ~Personality~Personality: Is a thinker and easy disappears in thoughts, often about Kidou technology and similar. It has made many to consider him as a social, even if he’s not. He prefers however to be alone in his house studying or working on some invention, even if he don’t have anything against to be out, he just forgets time when he starts working with something. Even when he is outside of his house he prefers to keep in the background. Listening and analyzing before acting. And you rarely notice him in a room unless he speaks. he also don’t likes to fight In combatThe times he actually have to fight he often have the entire situations planned out well in advance. Arakasi is a very patient combatant, taking in every detail of his opponents strategy and abilities, and is a genius at determining an opponent’s capabilities and preferred method and when it comes to form strategies and methods to better combat a particular opponent. Hes very quick at adapting if something unforeseen would happen that would ruin his plans however it rarely does. He also never shows any sign of alarm or distress and keeps calm in the harshest and toughest situations Sexuality: straight Relationship Status: Single Quirks: History: Early YearsThis take place 100 years before the serie Arakasi was born in the soul society to the name Fujisen Arakasi the second born son of a noble family, his mother died giving birth to him and his father was a harsh and strict man so Arakasi was basically raised by his older brother, Haji. Haji was born prodigy a brilliant scientist and incredible fighter he could easily rival any captain of the gotei 13. Haji teched his younger brother everything he knew and it was soon proved that arakasi was very intelligent and shared his brother’s interest for science, and haji even told him that he wouldn’t be surprised if he surpassed him one day. Even at that young age Arakasi excelled at Kido and Haji encouraged him. Haji also encouraged him to train with a blade and held those lessons himself for his younger brother. Arakasi continued his studies becoming a master with a blade and skilled with Kido far beyond his years, spending almost all day either in the dojo with his blade in the library learning more about Kido or int the laboratory with his brother. Their uncle who was a shinigami did come and visit them often and told them about the shinigamis and was very proud over their development. Due to the duties he had as the captain over 5th squad he never stayed for long. For years he trained with his brother and uncle. Sadly their father died 894 years old and haji took over as the head of the family Due to being the older brother. It was around this time arakasi decided to join the shinigami academy Academy yearsAt the academy the teachers immediately noticed what arakasi father and uncle had that he had a natural talent for kido. He also showed great skills when it come to zanjutsu he did however lack in speed. arakasi spent almost all of his spare time in the libraries in soul society reading or at the mansion with his brother training his shunpo and by the time he graduated he was among the fastest in his class and leaved with top grades in only two years time. Shinigami yearshe joined the 4th squad where he after being there for three years became a ranked officer due to his great kidou skill he had quickly learned how to use healing kidou. It was also shortly after he joined 4th squad he learned his zanpakotus name which further increased his powers. After learning it he became a seated officer shortly after. Every day every chance he got he did go to some private place to train and to communicate with his zanpakotu spirit. He was in 4th squad for over two decades during this time he mastered his shikai. After being there for so long he felt that he had emptied the possibilities that 4th could offer. He went to the captain and asked for a transfer and for a letter of recommendation. She said she had noticed that he seemed restless and that his personality wasn’t really fitting for a heale. Using that and showing his skills as a inventor he got a place in the 12th squad. He spent many years working there. While he was a part of 12th squad he helped in creating many new inventions and did even invent some for his own personal use. Despite him being a good invention it was soon evident that his true skills lay with kidou and as such he once again transferred squad this time he transferred to the 5th squad. He quickly became a seated officer based on his earlier resumes and his vast kidou skills, Most probably thought he would get special treatment since he was the nephew to the current 5th squad captain they was wrong as the matter of fact the captain was even harder on arkasi than on the other squad members. He meditated each day to materialize his zanpakotu spirit and succeeded in achieving bankai, giving him access to even more abilities. He was promoted to lieutenant and later captain for the 5th squad when his uncle retired. After being captain for about 3 years all changed. A shinigami approached him notifying him on that his brother had died probably murdered. His brother’s death and the aizen incident To uphold the stability and balance he was asked to take over as the leader of the fuijinsen family. It was soon evident that he really hadn’t got the proper education on how to run a noble house but as the advisors soon noticed he was a quick learner. In only 4 months time he had learn almost everything he needed to know to rule the fujinsen clan. The affairs of the clan bloomed under his ruling. He also found out who murdered his brother and the culprit was taken care of. Then information on the aizen incident reached him and he got back to more active shinigami duties, although he never officially got appointed captain again he pretty much ruled over the squad during this incident since hinamori seemed to be to upset with aizen proving to be a traitor. Hinamori became his lieutenant once again and all seemed well. He was however not participating in the winter wars fighting against aizen due to that he had been ordered to protect Soul society just in case that azien would succeed with his plans. His shinigami duties got to a abrupt halt however when a assassination attempt was made on his love and badly wounded him. Not trusting anyone he was taken care of at his manor and not in the fourth squad. The culprit was dealed with by his guards who was very upset with what had happen. dissiperance arcWhen he got better he got informed that the lieutenants and captains of the squads have disappeared. A little to his disappointment a 5th squad captain had been appointed along with the other captain positions he took the position as a lieutenant of second squad seeing a chance to improve his hakuda skills. ~Zanpakuto Information~An intressting thing about his zanpakotu is that its constantly released and that it does not posess bankai only shikai. Spirit information: Arakasi and seishou are very closely connected. In battle the two seem to be in perfect harmony, which adds to their performance in combat. They talk in Arakasi’s inner world very often, which boosts their relationship with one another. Arakasi has made the comment that, in a sense, seishou is his closest confident and most trusted companion Inner world inner world is a library. The corridors seems limitless, with several paths to take. The walls are filled with bookshelf’s making it appear as a labyrinth. Eventually, upon venturing, you will reach a staircase. Leading to a second floor. On this floor there is a desk infront of more bookshelf this is where Arakasi’s zanpakotu spirit sits and read. At the end of the second floor is a double-wide door. Upon opening it, it leads to a hall-way with lit ornaments parallel with the floor that are lit with purple flames. Upon walking forward, there are two staircases. One to the right, the other to the left. Both lead to the same place. At the top of the staircases is a giant heart-shaped portal of multi-colors, Upon walking inside, you get transferred to a forest of cherry blossoms (the background on spirits picture) this is where arakasi and his spirit train. ~Shikai Information~seishou‘s abilities revolves around kidou spiritual energy and spiritual pressure. And increase all three of those areas and gives him a variety of unique abilities. As usual with zanpakotus his zanpakotu also increase his spiritual energy supply upon release. Arakasi's zanpakotu have a very unique ability. it turns his reiryoku and reitsu into a different kind of energy psionic one meaning that absorbing things and negating things that effect those two areas will have no effect on him. His zans abilities are psionic. abilities which are emanated from the mind, but manifested physically, and mostly only capable of interacting with the mental and astral (spiritual) realms of existence. This may include the generation of psionic objects) which, upon coming into contact with the brains of living creatures, are capable of inducing severe mental disorientation, damage and pain (and even physical damage). Release Phrase: its constantly released Released appearance: A very complicated tattoo patter that Covers his back and wraps around his shoulders and arms seemingly to merge with the other tattoo on his arms, as well as his thighs. It also wraps itself to his sides and just barely onto his abdomen, it continues down to his knees. ~Shikai Techniques/Abilities~ Name: Psionic hole Description: generation of a psionic hoop which can act as a nexus between any two adjacent locations, it can serve as a portable portal to another planet, dimension or realm; the hoop can even be used to widen a current hole, doorway or portal like garganta and senkamon, he can use it to redirect an opponents attack but that cost him as much energy as it did for the enemy to create the attack Preparation time: instant Duration: instant Cooldown: 2 post cooldown in combat outside combat he can use it how much he want Name: Psionic offense Description: He is able to focus psionic energy and fire them in one of these forms. • Psionic Shock. discharge of psionic energy, channeled through touch or just through the skin, to simulate an effect similar to electrocution or a power surge. This attack his basically held back usually In hands until touching opponent releasing it. and upon touch and release it will just like a electric shock cause painful muscle contractions making it difficult for the enemy to move. The effect would vary depending on the enemy, a stronger opponent would not feel it much while a weaker enemy might find it harder to move. this have a 2 post cooldown • Psionic Wave, also called Psi Wave- exudation of an expanding ripple or wave of powerful psionic energy that, vibrate at ultra-high frequencies, loosening the molecular bonds between any spirit matter it cuts this make it very difficult to block with something spirit matter based and the high speed and wide arc makes it hard to block with a sword but is not impossible. the size of the arc varies depending on how muhc reiryoku Arakasi force into it and Is all based on the strength of the opponent and the strength that Arakasi puts into this. Preparation time: instant Duration: until released Cooldown: 3 post Name: Psionic spheres Description: Psionic Spheres generation of spheres of intense psionic energy, which are thrown like projectiles (he kan make these spheres detonate like time bombs). Each sphere have the strenght of a cero, He can divide each one of thoose spheres into 10 smaller onces each with 1/10th of the original spheres power this allows for a wider radius of attack but also make the spheres more vunrable for damage. the spheres also moves at the speed of a normal cero, making it little hard but not impossible to avoid them. He is also able to control them with a kind of telekinesis just like byakuya control his senbonsakura. Preparation time: 1 for 3 spheres, Duration: lingers for 4 posts Cooldown: 3 posts Name: Psionic Rain Description: launch of long bolts or rays of psionic energy, which disperse into smaller segments and fall on any subjects below as a dangerous rain of intense psionic energy. He first what looks like four psionic staffs this will set the area for this attack the bigger the area the more energy it cost of course the rays of psionic energy are as fast as lightning making them nearly impossible to dodge with speed of course kidou and such of a high level can block them atleast partially it depends on the enemies strength, and skill in kidou. the strenght of the bolt can be compared to the 88 hadou. Preparation time: 1 post Duration: The rain last one post Cooldown: 1 time in combat use Name: psionic shield Description: he simply create a barrier around his body to protect himself from physical and reiryoku/reitsu based attacks. When this is up however he cannot attack he gives his offensive capabilities up for a nearly perfect defense. It can also be expanded so it cover comrades but that will weaken it slightly. And his comrades cant attack either when inside. Kidou attacks cant be used either while inside barrier Preparation time: instant Duration: can be uphold till its destroyed or he run out of reiryoku. Name: Zanjutsu (Sword[/size]smanship) Level: Intermediate Description: Is the most used form of combat among Shinigami. As the name suggests, it involves using a Zanpakuto to attack an opponent This is probally Arakasi’s worst area he prefers to use kidou in combat but he is still very skilled with a blade. Arakasi is Able to stand his ground against most swordsmen usually by combining his swordsmanship with kidou.
Name: Hohō (Fast Movement) Level: Advanced Description: Is an important skill for most Shinigami. The agility and speed of Hohō can be enhanced and improved through mastery of it, concentration, and training. (Flash steps) is the most commonly used Hohō technique. However, there are variations even within Shunpo and other Hohō techniques that only master Hohō practitioner can use.
Hohō Techniques Name: Shunpo (Flash steps) Level: Advanced Description: A movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. The focal point that determines the bases of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skills are what determines how fast a user of Shunpo can move; those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower, which requires the use of more steps to move the same distance and become winded far easier in a shorter amount of time. When using his shunpo to it's maximum it almost seems as if he has simply vanished and then reappeared elsewhere. He can easily even keep up with a vizard with his mask on. He is probably one of the fastest captains in soul society
Shunpo techniques Name: Senka (Flash Blossom) Level: Advanced Description: A special Shunpo technique where one moves to their opponents back. Directly attacking and sealing one's "Saketsu (Chain Binding)" and "Hakusui (Soul Sleep)" in one strike. The movement is so fast that an opponent may not be able to tell whether he was attacked from the front or the back and even an outside observer may find it impossible to tell what the movements are.
Name: Hakuda (Hand-to-Hand Combat) Level: basic Description: Is the general term for close-combat techniques that make use of one's own body as a weapon. High-speed Taijutsu (Body Skill) attacks are used to overwhelm the opponent. Physical strength and skill is determined by this class. It also seems to be a combination of several martial arts. Arakasi is quite agile and flexible. In battle, he is tremendously agile and is able to attack from various angles with great dexterity. He is able to combine his hand to hand combat attacks with a kidou in a very scary way. He wont stand much of a chance against a trained hakuda fighter however.
Name: Kidō (Demon Way) Description: Is one of the four basic Shinigami combat forms. Kido is the technique that Shinigami use to focus their Spiritual Energy into magic spells of various powers. These spells serve a wide variety of uses such as healing, defense, or combat. Kidou is Arakasis strongest area with his kidō powers being the strongest out of all shinigami in the entire gotei. Arakasi vast knowledge of Kidō is so great that he can perform them without calling out a name, while retaining its great potential power, where most users require a name to do so, if not a full incantation. He is also able to produce immensely powerful barriers to protect him from all but the strongest of dangers. Arakasi can fluidly combine different kidō moves to enhance their powers. He is able to cast several in quick succession with almost no effort layering them on each other. His kidō is noticeably more stable than most Shinigami with kidō abilities, and therefore it doesn't breakdown at all and is not easily deflected. Arakasi has also shown the knowledge of how to break barriers set up by the spiritually superior beings that even captains are incapable of naturally breaking. He is also able to effortlessly launch his opponent several yards away with a seemingly small blast from his finger similarly to the Kidō spell Shō. He is also shown himself capable of making high-level seals undetected until the trap is sprung Level: The types of kidou and his mastery in them There are three main types of Kidō: binding spells, destruction spells, and healing spells.
Bakudō (縛道, lit. "Way of Binding"): These are a broad category of defensive spells which block/repel attacks or freezes enemies in place. This class of spells include Lido barriers & seals. Advanced
Hadō (破道, lit. "Way of Destruction"): These are offensive spells which harm an enemy or cause damage to objects. Advanced Healing spells These do not have known names, numbers, or incantations to cast, and simply heal the target. As the user holds his/her hands above the patient's wounds, his/her palms glow with green spiritual energy to facilitate healing. The mechanics of this healing technique involves the replenishment of the patient's Reiatsu first, before the body's Reiatsu works with the healer's Reiatsu in order to heal the patient's body. Shodō - "the way of writing" The Art of Calligraphy: This is a exlusive technique that so far only arakasi can use they say that the pen is mightier than the sword well with this special spell technique Arakasi have developed he have pretty much proved that the saying is right. This art involves the writing of Kanjis and script to create an effect, usually to seal away, dampen, block or ward against a specified target, be it an object, element, material, Reitsu or person. Other effects are possible of course, but each effect requires is own specific script acting as an incantation, and the central Kanji to specify the target or final effect. For example, writing upon a scroll the script to “seal away” an item and placing the kanji for the item intended to be sealed in the center of the script. Shodo involves not only writing the proper kanjies and incantations, but also requires one to know how to right them, each Kanji having a specific method to writing them, a specific stroke, each line coming in order and sequence. Then by forming a hand sign and focusing his Reitsu he can activate the seal. (Advanced)
Kidō Techniques Name: Eishōhaki (Incantation Abandonment) Level: Advanced Description: A technique that releases Kidō without a spirit chant. While it decreases the time needed to release the Kidō, it drastically weakens the spell. While anyone well versed in Kidō can use this technique, it is most effective when done by a skilled practitioner, otherwise the spell could utterly fail. The most skilled experts are capable of using this technique to amazing effect.
Name: Kōjutsu Eishō (Later Mention Incantation) Level: Advanced Description: Is where the incantation is recited after initiating the spell to power it up. It is another method of circumventing the necessity of uttering an incantation for a Kidō.
Name: Nijū Eishō (二重詠唱, lit. "Double Incantation"), which involves mixing the incantations of two or more Kidō spells together to save time and confuse ones' opponent level: Advanced Description: involves mixing the incantations of two or more Kidō spells together to save time and confuse ones' opponent.
Reiryoku and Reiatsu explanation The difference between spiritual pressure and spiritual energy is simple: Reiryoku(spiritual power) is the amount of energy a being has stored within their body or soul, where as Reiatsu(spiritual pressure) is the pressure that a person’s Reiryoku exerts. The difference is much like energy and power. Power being the amount of energy exerted per unit of time. Reiryoku is potential while Reiatsu is energy in use. In general, those with high levels of Reiryoku will often have the highest levels of Reiatsu also. A skilled warrior can overcome a person possessing greater Spirit Energy by possessing greater Spiritual Pressure.
Name: Reiryoku (Spiritual Power) Level: Vast Description: Is a power aligned with the spiritual sensitivity and willpower of the user. It is used by Shinigami to provide power for their various feats such as Kido casting, Hoho, physical strength/power, and to effectively channel the powers of their Zanpakuto. Reiryoku usually requires a certain level of concentration, and tends to tire the person after some time, or after performing some of them in quick succession. It is also known, that after excessive usage of Reiryoku a Shinigami will need food to replenish their strength, while on the other hand, they do not need to eat anything to sustain themselves during everyday activities. Reiryoku can even be coalesced into a physical form and thrown or shot as a projectile. Another basic ability that beings with high levels of Reiryoku possess is the ability to sense other spiritual beings without relying on their five basic senses. This is possible because every spiritual being emits a unique pattern to his/her own Reiryoku. One can recognize the pattern of his friends and acquaintances after some time, being able to sense their presence and their physical and mental state from relatively great distances. Different types of spiritual beings have greatly different patterns, the Reiryoku pattern of hollows for example is easily distinguishable from that of Pluses or a Shinigami. The Visored are a special case, because when their Hollow mask is donned, their pattern of Reiryoku resembles that of a Hollow, rather than that of a Shinigami.
The aforementioned emission of Spiritual Energy is a common and natural phenomenon, but a spiritual being can also control the degree of this emission, this usually requires a certain amount of skill and training. By completely blocking his/her Reiryoku "pouring out", one can completely hide his/her presence from other spiritual beings and spiritually aware humans. On the other hand, amplifying this emission is known as Spiritual Pressure, and is considered a show of force, or even an attack in itself, and it can indeed paralyze opponents, and cause direct damage to the surrounding individuals and inanimate objects alike Arakasi know how to hide his reiryoku and pattern thus making it impossible to find him by looking for it.
Name: Reiatsu (Spiritual Pressure) Color: Purple Shape: His reiatsu takes the shape of a owl whith spread out wings Type: Standard type Level: Vast Description: Is the physical force/pressure that a person’s Reiryoku creates when released. Reiatsu at its most basic level can cause fear in others when it is very high, in comparison to the one feeling it. High level of Reiatsu can cause those of lower power to be stunned by simply being in the presence of a high level spiritual being. It is not uncommon for Humans and souls alike to get the wind knocked out of them by simply being near a spiritual being with a high level of spiritual pressure. When a Spiritual being of high reiatsu chooses to, they can paralyze an opponent just by focusing pressure through their stare. High level of spiritual pressure can make an opponent feel as though they are being attacked though nothing is physically happening to them. Different spirits have different colors of reiatsu, and it does not depend on the character's race or power; instead, the color is determined by the owner’s personality. Arakasi possesses a exceedingly powerful Reiatsu even by captain-level standards, he has tremendous amount of spiritual energy this is probably cause he is a kidou user. His spritiual power is quite overwhelming, capable of making average captain level shinigami sweat in fear. Even paralyzing lieutenants with a look. His reiatsu has shown the ability to nullify weaker attacks and weaken stronger-level attacks. Due to his high control over his spiritual energy and spiritual pressure he can release the full extent of it and it seems to not affect anything in the surrounding unless he wants it to. He is also very skilled at hiding it.
Use of reiatsu
Offensive use Damage: Lieutenant Rejni Abarai and Captain Toshiro Hitsugaya released their limiters, unleashing a huge amount of spiritual pressure. Both Shawlong Kufang and Ylfordt Granz were slightly frozen and burned respectively. During the fight with Szayel Aporro Granz, Renji once again used spiritual pressure transferred through his blade in order to injure the Espada. His reiatsu was able to cut his face since he was holding Zabimaru so close. Also, Captain Kenpachi Zaraki has consistently been shown to be able to focus his reiatsu through his sword to create powerful shockwaves, usually damaging the surrounding environment as he does so. This use only occurs when the user is releasing a large amount of energy at once or in an emotional state. Arakasi upon release either when he release his reitsu to the fullest when for example removing his limiter is able to crush an opponent with the sheer reitsu pressure or atleast knock them back and stun them depending on their strength.
High Intellect: Arakasi possesses a large amount of intelligence. He is well-versed in the Soul Society's History. He is capable of coming up with very complex, organized plans and strategies to defeat opponents. Arakasi retains seriousness and will analyze his opponent's skills and abilities in order to devise a winning strategy; he has even gone as far as letting an opponent injure him so that he may analyze the strength of their swing and counteract. He has innate knowledge on sensitive topics, including that of the Hōgyoku and the Ōin, and has knowledge of using said devices. He also uses his intelligence to find weak points in his opponents.
Researcher: As stated above Arakasi is very intelligent and since he is an inventor he also does alots of research most of his research however revolves around souls, reishi (including reiryoku and reitsu) and nano technology. Many of the things he research is the base for his inventions. He is also a scienticst testing out some of the theories he comes up with while researching
Master Inventor: Arakasi is a masterful inventor and Proving that he is always well equip and ready for any situation, Arakasi has and still does invent numerous devices which only he himself can use in combat or even out of combat to tip the scales in his favor.
Advanced Growth Rate: Something really scary is his ability to learn things. Arakasi is able to grasp most techniques quite quickly (this mean non zanpakotu/ resurrection techniques)
Physical Prowess and Abilities
Speed: Arakasi is probally one of the fastest shinigamis in soul society this is because he really put much effort into this area as a mean to back up his kidou skills
Agility and Dexterity: Arakasi has developed a high level of agility, dexterity and flexibility, allowing him to perform great acrobatic feats, as well makes sharp turns and spins without disturbing his sense of balance. His balance sense is amazing, as his medical knowledge permits him to understand how the organ of balance works, allowing him not to drop his stance or get dizzy often. he’s also ambidextrous meaning he’s as good with his left hand as with his right
Strength: Along with endurance/durability this is probally one of his weakest area due to having focused so much into speed and kidou.
Endurance/durabilitiy: His endurance/durability is higher than a norma humans since being a shinigami but among shinigami its nothing special. he can take some punishment due to having casting barriers that activates on attack however
reitsu & Reiryoku Capacity: In terms of reitsu/ Reiryoku Capacity, Arakasi was originally considered a genius for his age, demonstrating greater supply of Reitsu than normal. And, thanks to his meditation techniques and training exercises, Arakasi has come to increase his reitsu reserve significantly, doubling his original capacity. This grants him significantly more capacity and puts him significantly above average,
Control: Reitsu/ Reiryoku control is where Arakasi truly excels, he is considered a prodigy. He can precisely control his inner reitsu flow, increasing or decreasing the rate of flow at will. He can force his reitsu to flow in desired methods and sense when it’s flow is abnormal. This allows him to not waist a bit of reitsu whatsoever in his techniques.

Name of invention: Map cards Looks: Description: This is a much more advanced version of Bakudo Number 58: Kakushitsuijaku (Summoning of the Tracking Sparrows). It creates a 3 dimensional minimap when activated of the surrounding area this is viewed from a bird perspective but the user can change the angle and zoom in and out. Gaining more detail this however cost more reitsu.
It can track several people and not just one. There still take some time to find them however but the time span is much shorter than with bakudo 58 however if Arakasi have collected their reitsu before with Reitsu Collection. The person can instantly be tracked and it will make it impossible to hide. It shows the latitude and the longitude as well as a little dot of the target on the map
For friends: he can use this in conjunction with his fuuin technique Shodo Bond to not only get their latitude and longitude but also the effect that shodo technique have. For example, if a technique from either Zanpakutō, kidō, etc, is meant to change his body temperature, alter his blood flow, introduce toxins to his blood stream, change his molecular make up, or even catch him in an illusionary world via messing with his brains signals, the pill's medical properties will negate them, allowing him to stay perceptive and unharmed by such trickery. Name of invention: Kyūtai (球体, Globe) Description: A small, spherical, sealing device made by Arakasi to seal away a elemental attack. Once he has done this, he can plant the small sphere as a mine and release the element inside in a gigantic explosion of course some elements are better suited for this than others. Date of Creation: during his time as a seated officer in the 12th squad Creator’s Name: Arakasi Availability: (Is usable by others; Shinigami, Espada, Humans,ect)[/b] Drawbacks to the invention: it can only seal a specific element. And if the enemy got their hand on it they can probally use it to if they figure it wich is not so hard. All they have to do is focus their reitsu into the right kanji on the sphere. Preparation time: takes one post to prepare due to that he need to activate the right kanjis for it to work for a specific element. Duration: until used Any other information on the item: it dissipears when it explodes.
Name of invention: Cero gun Description: a silver Revolver capable of releasing bullets with the power of an average Cero, the bullets are made out of spiritual particles which when shot expands and shoots out, (just as cero this have a 1 post cooldown) it can be loaded with 6 seki stone bullets able to pierce through almost everything Hierro bakudos and so one. Rp sample aha a perfect night for hunting at this late hour it was usually only homeless people that was out. Sure normal humans hadent much power he could take but sometimes they could suprise there was suprisingly many that had slumbering powers, and then of course it was the hollows this town seemed to be filled to the brim with them one of the reasons why he had opened up his store here by feeding on hollows he had manage to keep his existance a secret so far snd he intented to do so still. A howl was heard not so far from where he had made his apperance a hollow right on time and judging by the spiritual power a little more powerful one tol Looking around to make sure no one did see him he opened a hole in the ground and dissipeard. To reappear just a few meters from the hollow. oh it wasent one hollow it was several allthough most of them was just low life. purple spheres appeard around him and flied towards the weaker hollows incinirating them. That got the stronger hollows attention. and it howled at kirei who just stood there calmly As it charged towards kirei it seemed like he dissipeard just to reapear on the hollows back and said calmly "you seems to be a strong one but you aint very smart are you" he stabbed his cane through its neck beginning to absorb its power. when the hollow was gone he simply landed on the ground looking around again to make sure no one had seen him before continuing to stroll through the park just like a normal human would do

It can withstand kidō spells up to level 96 without seeming damaged and it could possibly handle high level energy blasts from a Zanpakutō's Bankai with only mild cracks and damage. The sheet can also be keept in the palm and used offensively In combat Preparation time: 1 post Duration: instant if tossed 5 posts if keept in hand and the chance increase that he accidently cuts himself with it Cooldown: Name: kaze kaminari uzu (風と雷の渦): Vortex of Wind and Lightning Category: Hadou Incantation: Elements of the Earth converge, through the force of will I command thee, soul of wind, soul of lightning, wrap together and force my enemy to flee Effect: The user pushes their Reiatsu into their hand, then pushes it outward and condenses into their palm. The energy swirls and takes the form of a ball. In order to finish the spell, the user must then create an electrical current and charge the swirling ball of energy. As the charge enters into the forming ball of energy it glows a bright blue color, finally formed. The user is then able to manipulate the energy ball's size and energy output by pushing more power into it or pull from it. The energy ball grinds and electrocutes anything it touches and vanishes when the energy the use puts into it is used up. An expert practitioner is able to constantly feed more energy into the blast and continue to keep the attack up until they feel they must end it. It involves painting/sketching/carving or etching out a particular sealing diagram upon a floor. Ink, chalk, or any other way of creating this design pattern will do. Upon completion of the Design. The seal itself remains mundane until a Reitsu source ( IE a person) walks onto it. From that point the seal will glow in a silvery blue light to indicate it has been activated as the victims own Reitsu activates and sustains it. Until said Reitsu source steps onto it, the design remains completely mundane, as if any other writing or drawing, leaving no sign or its actual nature, nor giving off anything that might allow to detect it for what it is. The seal’s effect is simple, any one walking onto it (and into it) will activate the seal, trapping themselves within the second outer ring. They will not be able to step out past them, an invisible barrier keeping them trapped within. Any attempts to mold Reitsu will result in said Reitsu being absorbed into the seal thus fortifying it further. From within there is no way to undo the seal short of dying, as once the victim’s Reitsu flow stops completely, so does the fueling of the seal. The only way to step in and out of the seal without worry requires that one knows the secret command known only to the caster of this. Beside this however no person, Reitsu or solid matter can escape the seal. (techniques like turning into a fog and such wont work either) The seal however can easily be undone from without, The person within cannot pass the secondary outer ring to reach the outermost one, but someone without will obviously have no such problem. By scratching out even a small portion of the out ring, enough to cut its continuity, the entire seal will be ruined. The Seal’s effect will stop, freeing any one trapped within, though of course this can easily be repaired by repairing the cut in the design. (No other part of the design can be damaged once the seal is activated and powered by Reitsu) Obviously the sight of the design on the floor can dissuade cautious persons from stepping onto it, so, if this is meant as a trap, it will usually be hidden or obscured, such as under a carpet, a thin layer of dust or soil or any such method, these will not impede the seal in anyway. This seal can be made as small as 4 feet wide to hold a single person, or as large as thirty feet wide, to entrap an entire room. It’s power however is not affected by its size, as either way, it’s power will come from those trapped within. Also, the pattern is rather elaborate, usually taking a minimum of three posts to complete its of little use in combat, rather it is meant as a trap to protect an area or a way of containing a person or other for questioning or such. Name: 4 corner perimeter barrier seals Description: This is a Fuuinjutsu technique designed to put up a detection barrier over an area connected to the user who put it up. It involved placing 4 seals, usually a simple Kanji for North, South, East, West in their proper position in relations to each other, to form the four corners of a square spread out to up to 1 mile wide. Once these kanjis are put in place, which can be done through tags or carving or writing out the kanjis out onto proper surfaces the caster must make their way to the approximate center of the “Square” and form a set of 4 hand seals to finally activate the barrier. Once this is done, the caster becomes aware of all reitsu sources and signature within that zone, as well as their relative position within the zone. If asleep, the caster will immediately be awakened by a Reitsu source walking into the area, etc… This is perfect to set up if one wishes to sleep in enemy territory where danger might sneak up on them or such situations. If the caster leaves the square, than he must once more perform the hand signs to once again reactivate the detection barrier. Name:Megurushi Baku no Fuuin Description: A fuuinjutsu technique where, after placing a drop of blood in his palm and say the chant, he will be able to place an exploding seal on any surface he touches with said palm and blood. By performing the proper chant, the blood on his palm becomes infused with Reitsu. From this point once this blood is deposited on a surface (by Arakasi putting his palm down on it) this deposited blood will immediately and quickly slither around to form the Kanji 爆 (Bomb) and will try immediately, staining said surface with the Reitsu infused Kanji. From this point, Arakasi can detonate the seal at any time he wishes. Once a mark is made there is no limit on how long the seal will be good for before he detonates it. For a seal to be undone, if noticed on time, it’s a simple matter of infusing a second Reitsu into it to cancel out Arakasi’s own, but obviously this has to be done before he detonates it and will require a moment or so. The following is a list of Seals Arakasi can write using Shodo. 偵 - spy (D ranked application) this is a kanji that when placed upon a surface, can be used to sense through, meaning that though he might be miles away, he will be able to sense movement or Reitsu within a 30 feet radius of the seal. 印 - Mark (D ranked application) This kanji can be placed on any surface and upon forming the proper one handed hand sign, Arakasi will gain an awareness of the general location of the item tagged, thus allowing him to track it. 燃 - burn (C ranked application) This Kanji can be placed upon an item that will then burn any that touch it except for the one that wrote the Kanji and activated it. This can be placed on a door, a weapon, an important item, a book, etc. 爆 - Explode (C ranked application) This kanji, can be placed on any surface and, upon being touched or upon coming into contact with a foreign Reitsu , will explode with the same force that Moridin put into it, thus making for an effective trap. 債 - bond (C ranked application) This kanji when placed upon an individual, usually through a tag, will allow Arakasi to sense their physical and Reitsu condition, thus allowing him to sense when they are harmed or using their Reitsu . It also allows him to determine how much Reitsu they have remaining and the level of harm coming to them. He usually uses this with individuals is charged with protecting or with other charges, though this could be used on any one. All that is required to free one’s self from this bond is to remove the seal off of one’s self. 禁 - Prohibition (A ranked application) This kanji when placed upon a surface will create a protective barrier around said surface rendering it unbreachable. This can be placed upon a door, a wall, or any surface one wants to keep someone from penetrating through. The weakness of this barrier being the seal itself, the barrier created affects only the surface it is placed upon leaving the seal open to be removed thus negating the barrier unless if it concealed. 征 - subjugate (A ranked application) { this is a plot technique so only when he have orders to capture someone or in certain plot situations he will use this} This kanji when placed upon an individual, usually through a tag, will cause ghostly links of chains made of Reitsu to lash out and wrap themselves around the person the seal was placed on. Once they have wrapped themselves around the person, they will constrict until the person is completely immobilized. Furthermore, these chains emit a good portion of Reitsu into the victim’s body causing a disruption in their Reitsu keeping them from effectively molding Reitsu for any kind of techniques. to be noticed is that it drains the Reitsu/reiryoku from the one immobilized. Outside of combat i dont mind this ability, however inside of combat i can see several problems with it. 1. It shouldn't be able to be opened for more then the instant he opens it to redirect the attack. 2. i see you got rid of the teleporting him in battle, that makes me not dislike tis ability as much but i still feel it needs a longer cooldown, perhaps it should vary depending on the strenght of the attack it redirects? - Quote :

The effect would vary depending on the enemy, a stronger opponent would not feel it much while a weaker enemy might find it harder to move. Needs a longer cooldown - Quote :

Despite the fact i strongly dislike this ability.... x.x i will look past it and simply say it needs a larger cooldown. 3 for the 3 spheres at least and if he splits them the cooldown time should be raised accordingly. - Quote :

He first what looks like four psionic staffs this will set the area for this attack the bigger the area the more energy it cost of course the rays of psionic energy are as fast as lightning making them nearly impossible to dodge with speed of course kidou and such of a high level can block them atleast partially it depends on the enemies strength, and skill in kidou. the strenght of the bolt can be compared to the 88 hadou. Appearance: When you learned this tech: Using Rights: Arakasi personal tech Requirements/Preparations: Description: Arakasi have developed a technique able to detect everything around them him he release bursts of Reitsu/reiryoku to saturate the surroundings. This reitsu though subtle and barely perceptible will aid them in detecting anything and everything for some distance around them. By slightly intensifying that Reitsu/reiryoku emission, Arakasi is able to greatly increase his awareness of the surroundings. Anything passing through this Reitsu/reiryoku or disrupting it, such as an individual, a different reitsu, or projectile will cause a rather clear distortion within that Reitsu/reiryoku that Arakasi will be able to perceive clearly, therefore allowing him to detect even that which might be invisible to them otherwise. The disturbed Reitsu/reiryoku paints a rather clear picture of what is coming. This allows for Arakasi to make out the full silhouette of the individual or item coming towards him, or sense the intensity and strength of an intruding Reitsu/reiryoku. The energy used in this is minimal as it is done in small periodic bursts to keep the area saturated. Weakness: it only covers a 350 degree area making it very vulnerable to ranged attack if once opponent discover it. | There edited stuff removed added cooldowns id like to keep some more custom kidous though he is after all a kidou master removed some invenitons should be the amount u asked for and thoose aren't personal for him all can be taught them for example ill show all high ranked in second squad how to use them
also the psionic hole due to it costing as much reiryoku to transfer attack as it does for opponent to use it i dont think that the cooldown is to short can however add 1 more post to it if you tells me to
the spheres as explained in chatt its still the same strength only in a diffrent format so. but added cooldown as u wanted
ALSO i changed the name techniques to Abilities cuz i think its missleading the things written there are just knowledge and such he have like being a researcher and such | |

We have enough constantly released Zanpakuto already and your spiritual pressure isn't high enough (your is assumed immense, while having a constant release Zanpakuto is required to be vast). And a fused Zanpakuto is not allowed, so remove these facts please. Remove two of your techniques, as max is 3 techniques for shikai, before I look at your other techniques. - Quote :

Seireitei is not a playground, it is a military section to protect the king of souls. To say so, his entire history needs to be changed. He is supposed to go towards stealth, not Kidou and invention. He can't be a part of the Kidou Corps, as it belongs to the 5th Division and you belong to the 2nd Division and thus, the Omnitsukido. | |

| this char revolves around being a inventor scienticst and reasearcher and kidou master not my fault my reservation got fucked up >.<
but fixed the rest but keept him at the intelligence level and inventions since light approved on that before.. | |
