Window sill of the Future[open]

Night was just setting on the soul society when the blond captain stood up from his desk. Only moments before he had finished some paper that needed to sent to the 12th division. He still had some reports to get sorted out , but he deiced to hold out on that for today. After sighing slightly he took a seat on the window sill behind his desk. At the moment the blond had alot on his mind that was bugging him and confusing him. The first one always bothered him since the day it was caused. The other one was created more recently and it confused the hell out of him. To point where he didn't know what his heart was telling him anymore. A distraction seemed to now become another worry in his head. His mind seemed to overflow with thoughts of worry now a days even more than usual.

After sighing once more he leaned his head against wall behind him and closed his eyes.Letting his mind drift of for a while he began to dream.

" Taichou" the blond said to the sliver haired man as he started to walk away. " Gomen na Izuru Chan but, Im never comin back. But thanks for savin me." The fox faced man replied as he stopped walking for a moment. " But ..." the blond got as the taller man began walking into the distance again. The blond then fell to his knees and looked to the ground below him sadly. " Stop bothering your self with him Izuru Taichou" another voice said as it touched the blond captain's shoulder." I just can't . I cant believe i could't stop him again" the captain replied with his face still looking to the ground.

A moment later the blond captains eyes flickered open he look out the window. Sighing in annoyance he put his hand on the window and watched some rain come down. He then wondered if his dream would really happen.


[ooc: TIME: Set a day before rukia leaves for her current mission]

Three soft knocks on the door followed by a female voice, interrupted the silence of the rain. "I`m entering". The door was opened slightly, and the small figure of Rukia appeared. She had undergone some changes over the past few months. Her hair had grown down to her waist, and her body had matured a little, through not enough to even compare to Rangiku`s. She haden`t grown a single inch through. Despite the changes in appearance, her life as a shinigami had changed also. Her deeds during the attack of Aizen had been swirling around the soul society since the man was captured, making her quite known. She had recently been promoted to vice captain of the fifth division, and had been one of the powerful people not to disappear. Byakuya had not been so lucky through, and he was still among those that were missing.

"I`m sorry if i awoke you, but Sebastian taicho told me to hand in the paperwork for my mission..". Rukia turned her violet eyes on him, and noticed the tired eyes. Not commenting on it, she walked fully into the room, caring a small stack of papers. She was wearing Byakuya`s scarf in the same style he had, through it reached her ankles. A kuchiki hairpiece was tied into her left section of bangs. Despite the noticeable height difference, she did hold the same prideful aura like Byakuya, yet it was more welcoming. She wasen`t dripping on the floor, and her hair was dry, meaning she had avoided most of the rain.

Kira sighed as he watched the rain outside the window get heavier by the second. Under the rain drops he could faintly see many shinigami rushing to get in side. As there was a knock on the door his hand gently slid off the window with a small squeak. Even though a voice told him that they were coming in his bright eyes remain on the window. After blinking a couples times he heard footsteps entering into the office. Sighing to himself he look over in the direction of the door and saw Rukia. A girl that Reni and Momo and him went to the shinigami academy with. She was also a girl that he knew Renji cared about deeply , but was to scared to say the truth. Kira had that in common with him because, he sucked at expressing what he had to say. The only time he really got anything out was when he was drunk out of his mind. Of course then he kind of screamed it out in someones face like , Renji for example.

As the girl spoke about Sebastian Taichou wanting her to bring him paper for her mission he got from the window sill. After stretching very briefly he walked over to where the girl was standing. The blond knew he still had a large stack of paper he had to do on his desk already. But , he knew he had to accept the new paper work from the small framed brunette girl no matter what. If captains could refuse paperwork when ever they wanted to nothing would ever get done which would cause more problems. Sighing to himself at that thought he gently took the papers from the young looking shingami. " Thank You Rukia" he said in calm tone before looking over the top sheet briefly. Keeping silent he went over to his desk and put the stack with the other paper that needed to be done first." How have you been?" He said in the same tried tone figuring it was poitle to ask.
