Rita and Sebastian

Welcome to Rita and Sebastian.

Rita blinked as she awoke. Her eyes were blurred for a second before they focused in on her surroundings. She stood up, stumbling for a few steps. Her eyes glanced back at where she was napping. A bench? Why the hell was she napping there? Rita took in more about her environment, noting the trees and people walking around, chatting happily. She blinked for a few seconds, catching on. She had been napping in the middle of Karakura Town, again. She of course was an Arrancar, the Octava espada in fact, so it's not like anything would sneak up and kill her. But still, she was confused. Her last memory was falling asleep.

She brushed the brown leaves from her hair and outfit, but her hand knocked a Post-it note from her arm. It had obviously been stuck there, hopefully with a hint at why she was here. Her eyes went wide and her jaw dropped as she read it. "Hello, Rita-san. If you have recieved this note, this means that you have been signed up for the 1st annual Valentine's Day Blind Date event! Congratulations, your date has been picked at random. As for the whereabouts of your hopefully pleasant evening, you will be attending a small carnival in Karakura Town. Have fun!!" Was what the note read. No names were signed to it, leading Rita to believe who would do such a crime to her. Rita began to sniffle slightly, she wasn't even prepared for a date.

Though, she actually did look rather stunning as she was. Her Arrancar outfit was typically black and white, though she had changed it up a bit in the last few days. Rita wore mainly white capri pants that ended just under her knees. The capri pants also had black cuffs on them, along with black stitching on the sides. She wore a tight but long blouse that ended a inch or two under her hips. It had two vertical black stripes against a mainly white cloth, with a horizontal black stripe across it. The blouse was sleeveless too. Rita had exposed Mask Fragments, two short cuffs on her upper arm, two identical rings on her index fingers, and two star shaped Fragments on her temples.

Her eyes were a deep, soft brown. Rita's hair was a light yellow blonde, and shoulder length. It was slightly wavy with very much volume to it. Rita continued to think about the note. A carnival event was to be her date spot, so she'd just look around for a festive area. She soon found it, as something that big wasn't hard to find. Quickly half-sprinting and half-jogging, Rita made her way towards the gates. There were tons of fun rides, silly games, and food booths. She smiled slightly, as it looked a bit enjoyable. Now all she had to do was wait for her date, though she was unsure how he would find her. Rita leaned agaisnt the wall, wondering if she should purchase some cotton candy, or a soda while waiting.

The eyes of the fifth division captain, blinked franticly, trying to make sense of what they were seeing. Sebastian stared into a mirror, he had awoke in a vacant apartment, and had little to no idea what was going on. As the young captain stared into the reflective glass, he let out a sigh and blew a bit of his hair away from his face. What he saw next made him a bit confused, stuck to his head was a bright yellow post it note, with writing on it. Sebastian tried to read the note but was unsuccessful, since the writing was backwards in the glass. He pulled the note from his forehead and began to read it.

Congratulations, Sebastian. You have been selected to participate in the first ever, Valentine's Day Blind Date event!
Your date has been selected at random, and a meeting place has been picked out as well. Your date will be waiting at the Karakura town carnival.

Sebastian read the message over and over again, trying to make sense of it. Eventually he figured he would be late if he took any longer. The captain was faced with a new problem however, he had no clothes. He looked around the room, and found a closet, he opened it up and found a rather nice set of clothes. He wasted little time in getting dressed. By the time Sebastian left the small apartment, he was wearing a black t-shirt, a pair of light gray jeans held up by a black leather belt, that had a comet as a belt buckle. Sebastian also had a pair of brown boots on and last but not least, a royal blue hoody on. His hair was the same as always, messy.

The captain stepped out onto the streets side walk and looked around, wondering just where the hell the carnival was at. He decided to do the smart thing and follow a few people, eventually he was led to the carnival, the smell of popcorn and farm animals filled the air, not always a good combination but, the carnival was lively and seemed like a good place to have a date. Sebastian’s mind was still on why he was here in the first place, but he changes his thoughts around, and dedicated his attention to finding his mystery date, where ever she was at.

Sebastian’s head was on a swivel and looking at everyone that appeared, he figured it would be best if he asked a few of the girls passing by, but none of them seemed to be the one he was looking for. *just my luck* the captain thought. Finally there was one girl left standing at the front entrance of the carnival *how did I over look her?* he thought to himself as he looked at a rather attractive girl off to the side. She looked to be about 18 and was dressed in all white, with black trim. Sebastian looked the girl over, she was pretty. “that’s gotta be her….sweet!” he said before finally approaching the girl.

“you waiting for someone?” he asked politely with a smile.

Rita decided to buy something while she was waiting, though she was a bit early. She skipped over to a vender, before stopping half way there. Did she even have any money? She would be so pissed if they decided to just throw in the middle of Karakura, with just a note about this date. Rita reluctantly stuck her hand in one of her open zipper pockets. To her surprise, Rita's thin fingers brushed against some money. Her hand quickly clenched it and raised her palm up to her face, intending to count what was there. She blinked, quietly whispering each amount of money that she added it up. There was over 50 dollars here. How did they even get this much money? After all, it's not like Arrancar normally had any use for the various currency of Humans.

Rita sighed and shook her head, approaching the vender, handing over 3 bucks for a bottle of soda and a blue lollipop. She thought the price was a bit high, it was just a soda and candy. It didn't bother her too much though. She quickly twisted the gray cap, smiling at the crisp pop of the soda. Rita took a swig as she made her way back to the gates, leaning against is oncemore. Rita unwrapped the lollipop, tossing the wrapper in a nearby trash can. She stuck it in her mouth. savoring the sweet blue raspberry flavor. Rita then kicked off one of her black and white checkered sandals, placing her foot on the ground. She rapidly raised it from the ground, wincing as she slipped her foot back into the sandal. The ground was hot as hell. Thankfully, a nice cool breeze would blow by nearly every 30 seconds.

Suddenly, she heard a voice behind her. Rita turned around, her blonde hair in small pigtails. She was met with a polite smile belonging to a rather attractive man, who looked right around 21. He was wearing a black shirt, and gray jeans held up by a black leather belt. She noticed the man was also wearing brown boots, and a blue hood. His hair seemed a bit messy, but he was still pretty cute. Rita grinned at the man as he asked if she was waiting for someone. She had no idea that her Hollow Hole on her wrist, along with the bold 8 tattoo on her wrist, were very noticeable. Most people didn't notice them though. Her mask fragments were also pretty visible. "Yeah actually, i'm waiting for a blind date......you wouldn't happen to be him, would you?" Rita asked the cute guy.

It was hard for Sebastian to notice much about the girl he was staring at, her eyes for some reason, commanded the captain’s attention. Finally hearing the young girls reply, Sebastian nodded his head “it appears that I am.” he said, once again smiling after the words left his mouth. Sebastian’s attention finally drifted to the girls mask fragments that sat on her face, he arched a brow, as he continued to get a better look at her. The captain saw that girl also had a hollow hole.

Either Sebastian was ok with this or he was just o lazy to care, be he just sort of shrugged off the fact that his date, was an arrancar, she was cute, and so far she didnt seem to have the urge to kill him, that was always a good sign. Instead of fusing about something trivial, he kindly bowed “how terribly rude of me. My name is Sebastian Sharpe.”
