Miyu and Tamashi

Welcome to Miyu and Tamashi's area!!

Tamashi was getting prepared for a valentines date, having entered into a blind date service thing for the occasion. He had to get his gigai ready, as he had managed to be paired with a human. He sighed, as he walked to one of the gates to the human world. As soon as he stepped foot in the world of the living he entered his gigai and stretched, making sure everything was working.

Once he was satisfied he began to head off to the restaurant he was supposed to meet his date at. He looked down at himself, checking out what his gigai had on. He wore nothing truly fancy, a white dress shirt, black jacket, jeans and sneakers. He shrugged, hoping he was not under dressed for his date with... whoever.

Tamashi arrived at the restaurant and leaned against the wall outside, hoping to catch his date before they entered, so that they could enter together. Though the problem with that was he probably wouldn't recognize his date. He sighed and waited, hopefully she wouldn't be too much longer.

Miyu was put on a date with someone. She did not know how it happened but she was walking to the place now where she was supposed to meet him. She was wearing a short light blue dress. Miyu was really excited about the whole dating thing but her thoughts about it where not really realistic. The things she was thinking of looked like they had come out of an fantasy story. When she was coming closer to the restaurant she began to walk slower. She looked around for a boy around her age who was supposed to be her date. She saw someone leaning against the wall. Miyu wondered if he maybe was the one. She walked some closer smiling a little "uhm.. are you waiting here for someone?" she asked. Looking around again if she saw someone else around her age.

Tamashi noticed a girl approaching and he smiled, she was wearing a lite blue dress, and seemed to be looking for someone. In fact she actually asked him if he was waiting for somebody. He pushed himself off of the wall and walked over to the girl. "Uhm, Yes actually. I was set up on a blind date for Valentines day, and I don't know where the girl I'm supposed to meet is. You wouldn't happen to be her would you?"

Tamashi looked over the girl, she looked quite pretty, and he smiled. He might end up enjoying his night, having actually decided to do this. He continued to smile at the girl, wondering if she was the girl he was supposed to meet.

Miyu looked at the boy "your my date?" she mumbled really soft and smiled at him. "you should stop waiting for her than because she has arrived" she said and giggled. She hold out her hand "Im Miyu Yokune, Nice to meet you" she said to him still having a smile on her face. Hopefully this evening was going to be wonderful. So far it looked good and her date seemed really nice, not a scary guy.

Tamashi heard her mumble something to herself, but he didn't comment, only slightly tilted his head to the left. When she did again speak out loud she confirmed that she was indeed his date for the evening. When she held out her hand to him for introductions he took it in his own, and bent down, kissing the back of her hand lightly. "Tamashi Karitori, a pleasure to meet you."

Tamashi released her hand, only to retake it as he lead her towards the entrance to the restaurant. "Shall we go in then?" He asked, a light smile plastered to his face.

Miyu smiled as she boy told her name but then kissed her hand. She blushed an giggled lightly. He seemed to be a gentlemen, just like she hoped. She nodded and followed him inside the restaurant. The restaurant was looking really nice inside and everywhere you saw happy couples sitting on their table eating. They walked to a table and Miyu sat down on the opposite of Tamashi. They where sitting next to the window. Miyu looked outside and saw that the night was starting to fall. It began to get dark outside and the sky was turning a red/orange color from the sun that was disappearing from the horizon. Miyu was not sure what to talk about with this boy. She did not know anything about hem other than his name. "Do you live around here?" She asked and looked at him, waiting for an answer.

Tamashi smiled and escorted Miyu into the restaurant. He smiled and took his seat across from Miyu. Tamashi examined Miyu more closely as she looked out the window, the dusk light casting a warm low over her features, and he found it made her look stunning. His smiled faltered as she asked him if he lived nearby. He had to come up with something quick. "No, I live out of town, how about you? Do you live around here?" He asked back to her, trying to keep the conversation off of himself.

Miyu still smiled. Today she was in a really good mood. Valantine's day always made her feel really happy. She looked at Tamashi with a curios look in her eyes. "yeah i live around here, not far from this restaurant exactly. So where are from then? why do you come all the way here only for a date?" she asked wondering about who this boy was. A waitress came up to them giving them a menu. Miyu said a thank you and began looking at the menu, thinking of hat she should get.

Tamashi continued to smile, because this was shaping up to be an excellent night, and he was extremely excited. He listened to Miyu's voice as she spoke, and smiled more. His smile faltered for less than a second, before he forced it back up, almost visibly sweating. "I live just outside of town, so it wasn't that far to go. Besides, it was the gentlemanly thing to do." He said, smiling still, trying to figure out how to keep the conversation off of him, because obviously he couldn't tell Miyu anything about himself, it would mean big trouble when he got back.

Just then the waitress came up with a pair of menu's and he nodded his thanks, flashing her a kind smile. The waitress smiled back as she went on. Tamashi turned his attention to the menu, and frowned slightly scanning the selections. He looked up a Miyu, smiling again. "So what are you going to get?"

Miyu smiled and looked at the menu again getting a frustrated look on her face. "AH! there is so much to chose about. i cant decide... maybe this... or..that.. arghh i don't know" she said in a sad tone while she let out a sigh. Sh was not good at deciding on what to choose. Everything sounded good to take. She looked back at Tamashi and giggled a little. That must have been weird for him to see.... Again she smiled at him "What are you going to take?" she asked and waited for him to speak. Miyu thought this boy looked cute but sadly he didn't live in this town. So there was not much of a chance she would see him again. She hated to say goodbye to people and if she could she would not meet those people who she would never see again in her life.

Tamashi scanned the menu and scowled, nothing on it popping out at him. He set it aside for now and smiled. "It's not as if we need to order right now, we can sit and talk a bit first right?" He asked, smiling. He had no idea what to talk about, but he would find something. "So Miyu, what do you do? I mean, do you go to school around here, or are you out of school working?" He asked, trying to start up a conversation.

Miyu smiled. "ah.. yeah your right, lets talk a little first then" she said and giggled a little. "hmm.. well.. i'm still in school and in my free time i work at a flower shop." she told him and took a look over the menu again. Then she looked back at Tamashi "and what about you?" she asked while playing with a lock of her hair. Normally she didn't really like to date unknown people but this time she did like it.

Tamashi smiled at Miyu and chuckled when she giggled. "Wow, a flower shop, that sounds like it would be fun." He said, picturing spending a day surrounded by flowers. He absentmindedly scratched at his scars as he thought about this.

Tamashi was suddednly snapped back to earth when Miyu asked what he did. He opened his mouth to speak, but snapped it shut, he had been about to say something that would compromise the soul society, and he would be punished if he had let such a slip go. He cleared his throat and replied. "Well, I'm not in school, I just do some odd errands now and then for some people in town. I've been almost everywhere in Karakura." None of what he had said was a lie, but then again it wasn't the full truth. He sighed a bit, not really knowing what to talk about any more.

Tamashi was then hit by a great idea. "Whats it like at the flower shop? Are you busy there, do you get very many customers? Whats your boss like?" He asked, his questions coming out in a rush, eager to try to get the conversation off of himself. He chuckled after wards.
