New Technique Application

Name: Double Headed Snake Ceremony
Appearance: His sword forms into two swords , and metal snakes with their mouths open replaces the blades.

One of the snakes is white and the other is black. Black smoke floats around Gin that came be used as a doorway for the snakes brothers.
When you learned this tech: lighting said i didnt have to make a training thread

Duration: 5
Using Rights: when ever he wants as long as he 's not extremely low on spirtural pressure.

Requirements/Preparations: he needs to release alot of spirtual pressure and put some his blood on his own blade.

Bankai Ability 1:

Description: He sends both snake brothers out from the metal snake heads on the swords. The snakes act like blades and can cut pretty much anything. They can strech as far as the enemy is away from him as long as its not a extreme distance like on the other side of town. and travel at speed of 50-90 mph. He can draw them back as quick as he let them free..

Weakness: Hits anything in their path ,so they might take out a building or even a comrade.
Preparation time: 1
Duration: 1 post each time they are released after his retracts them back
Cooldown: 3 for a longer length and two for a shorter length.

Since this is basically just the beginning of his bankai, i normally only allow people (like saki or yachiru) to have 1 ability for the time being and the others have to be trained for and earned over time. Makes sense that way, after all when they get their bankai they dont get all three abilities at once

So if you dont mind then could you choose one?

^^, only other things i see is the distance it can travel @_@ please lower that ^^ After all not even Gin's (whose could grow) could go that far. Also, the cooldown needs to be raised to be about 2-3 (3 for a longish length and 2 for a shorter one)

i dont know how big a mile is compared to a kilometer but i think that 2-4 is still bloody huge rofl is a battleground even that big?

better i made it a little more vaugue istead of an exact measurement.

alright, just so i know the snakes shoot out and then retract right? or can they move around while extended because if so then we might need to look at balancing it a bit more since that means the snakes would be bending and following and whatnot.

If they are simply shot out and then retracted i give you my 1/3 otherwise however we need to look at it more.

Yeah kinda like his shikai but , at a higher scale.

i have approved this and added it to your application. Normally it would take 3 approvals by staff but i wanted to move it along since we are short on staff atm.
