First Meeting of The Noble Archers. [ALL QUINCIES MUST ATTEND!]

After learning that there were more Quincies popping up in Karakura, Moka had decided to call them all to a meeting to lay out the Laws of the Quincies, along with a chance for everyone to meet each other. She sent out the message to all of the Quincies she now knew of, giving them directions to the base hidden within Karakura Town. Moka stood alone in the base, awaiting the arrival of her fellow Spirit Archers as her grandfather called them. She was dressed in her casual attire. She wore a thin white button down blouse, the top two buttons left undone. Her quincy cross was visible due to the open buttons, the silver crucifix resting just in between her breasts. Her top was left untucked out of the skirt she was wearing. It was a navy blue school girl style skirt that reached about to her mid thighs. On her feet was a rather expensive looking pair of navi blue stiletto pumps. Her long magenta hair was tied back by a blue velvet ribbon, her jaw length bangs parted lightly to the left. Her soft seafoam green eyes watched the door closely, waiting for the others to arrive. She lightly sighed and wondered if she truly was up for the task of leading the race, then shook all doubt from her head after realizing that her mother wouldn't have wanted her to doubt herself. Moka was a great leader and she knew it. Now she was going to prove it. She was the only one capable of theading the race now. It was up to her to secure their safety, and if enforcing strict rules was the way to go, then so be it.

Shinji had recieved a rather interesting letter that didn't give much information except directions. Slowly he made his way through the streets looking at the piece of paper that had the directions on it. He would look up every now at intersections to make sure he was on the right route. Quietely he made his way through the streets making a left, then a right. The left and rights seemed to go all over the place and it seemed he was traveling in circles until it came to the final direction on the piece of paper.

"Go right and look down" it said, and that is exactly what Shinji did. He walked to the right and kept his head pointed down. Suddenly he came up to a dark stairway that seemed to lead somewhere dark. 'hm...' Shinji let out a small grunt of curiosity. Quietly he made his way down the strs until he came up to a meta door. his eyes looked at the piece of paper again

"Insert hand!" was the next direction. Shinji kinda scratched his head and looked around for something to place his hand in. Scanning the walls Shinji noticed a deep hole in the wall with what looked to be a hand scanner with in it. "This must be the place were I insert my hand" Shinji said as he scratched his head again looking at the paper. Slowly he placed his hand on the scanner. A thin light passed over his hand and a electronic voice replied "Hello Shinrei, Shinji". Suddenly after the electronic voice finished, Shinji heard a loud unlocking sound from the door. Shinji's head tilted as he moved in front of it and placed his hand on the door and pushed it open.

Moka's eyes widened slightly as the electronic locks on the base's door creaked and freed the door. She watched intently as it opened, noticing her first arrival. A young looking male was standing on the other side of the door. Moka's eyes caught his in a dead glare, hers then narrowing. This was the one she received reports of from her little birdies on the street. The one who had been associating with shinigamis and bounts. She, herself had a run in with a couplle shinigami, but she knew it wasn't the safest way to go. She had to make sure he understood the laws and in turn, abided by them. She gave him a serious look while pointing to the chairs lined up in front of where she stood. Sit, Shinji.. She had been too nice so far. She needed to stand up as a leader and take charge. Now was her time. All she had to do was await the others so she could begin.

Gwen sighed as she looked around the shadowy morgue. It was just her working today, as all of her assisstants were off helping those in ICU at the hospital directors orders. Gwen was left to tend to the dead for the rest of the day, and it was finally the end of her work shift. All of the corpses were covered with white sheets, small paper tags tied to each toe to identify who was who. There was only two corpses today. Gwen rolled her eyes at the one soul shouting loudly about what had happened, where was he, etc.

"Shut up." She grumbled, the man's annoying cries giving her a massive headache. He kneeled on the floor, his eyes peering just above the metal table his body was on and directly at Gwen. "Huh?" He mumbled. Gwen sighed again, looking at him in the most sympathetic way she could, and decided to just explain to the man what had happened. "You're...dead. And I can see you. So hush, before I end up leavi-Actually, I have some business to tend to....." Gwen said, bold and slow at first, then shifting to quick and distant during the last sentence.

This was because her mind remembered that odd letter she had recieved earlier, sent by....the leader of the Quincies. When Gwen first read the letter, she nearly went into shock. She had never met any other Quincies before, and just a few months after moving to karakura Town, she's contacted by the Quincy. It was either pure luck on Gwen's part that they found her, or they had known of Gwen since she moved into Karakura. She wasn't sure which one, but she would meet the Quincies at this meeting. Gwen glanced around the morgue briefly, washing her hands and grabbing her brown messenger bag before sprinting up the hospital stairwell.

She spotted the red EXIT sign to the cold outside break area, pushing the door open with full force. She looked around the area before beginning to sprint again towards the sidewalk, checking the sign on the road. "Good.....i'm closer then I thought I would be...." Gwen thought, very relieved. Gwen navigated her way through the streets, using the letter's directions as her guide. She also used her Hirenkyaku, to save time. Though the directions helped massively, the way the read was absolutely insane. It had so many alternating directions it made Gwen's head spin.

She stopped abruptly in what looked like a decent place, as the next direction simply stated 'turn to the right, and look down'. Gwen obeyed the command, and doing so led her to a very dark stairwell, leading down towards the unknown destination. She rummaged through her bag for a second, looking for her metal Zippo lighter that she bought while living in the Americas. She descended down tthe stiars while igniting the lighter, casting a soft orange glow in the small stairwell. Her foot nearly missed a step, but landed safely on the next, last step.

She grinned slightly as the stairs ended, coming to a metal door. 'Insert your hand.' it stated plainly. She looked around the metal door, raising the lighter to spaces around the door. "What....what hole dammit? Where-Oh. There it is." She thought, capping the lighter and sticking it back into her bag. Gwen reluctantly, slipped her hand onto the scanner like device, making sure her palm and fingers were flat against it. She blinked as a soft light flashed over her hand, and heard a rather detached voice speak. "Welcome, Ms.Iceni." It stated.

She huffed as the voice pronounced her name as 'Ikeni" when it was pronounced like "Iseni", yet she was still amazed on how the machine knew who she was. Gwen heard a small click as the metal door shifted, opening slightly. She pushed forward, walking into a room with two other people; a young man who looked like he was only in high school, and a pink haired women around her age. The blue haired Gwen was slightly surprised, her eyes lighting up with wonder and standing still. She blinked, escaping her stupor and taking a seat by the young man. Gwen had no idea what to say or do, but spoke anyways. "Uh...hello." Her voice unsteady.

Moka's eyes shifted towards the thick iron door as the locks creaked loose once again, the heavy door inching open before being pushed the rest of the way by a woman. Moka nodded to the female as she spoke a simple "hi" before taking a seat next to the male. The door slowly crept shut before closing completely with a loud, echoing bang. The locks clicked shut, sealing the three in. Moka's eyes fell onto the two sitting before her. She then began to speak in a stern tone, showing her authority. Welcome. My name is Moka Akashiya, and I am the current leader and President of the Quincies. I have called you here to settle a few ground rules among our depleated kind, as well as give everyone a chance to get to know everyone. My Secretary, Nathalie Harada, will be joining us shortly, so I'm going to begin by stating the Laws of The Quincy first since I've already gone over them with Ms. Harada.. Moka fell silent for a moment, pacing back and forth in front of the two like a military general speaking to the troops. She then stopped directly in front of Shinji, her seafoam tinted occuly smouldering beneath half closed lids. The first Law of the Quincies.....Never associate with the Shinigami. Any Quincy who associates with a Shinigami will face losing their rank..However...as I have crossed paths and associated with shinigami myself, consider the first offence a warning... If I discover that you have broken this law a second time, you will be stripped of your rank. Second Law...Always save the living before the dead. Third Law....Never unleash your final form, unless you are the verge of dying. When you lose your powers through the final form, don't expect help to regain them if you have associated with a Shinigami. The only way for a Quincy to regain their powers after using the final form is to first exhaust themselves both mentally and physically, then be hit exactly 19 mm to the right of their heart with a spirit arrow. After this, a pentacle-shaped scar will form on the point of impact, and their powers will be restored. However, it is forbidden to perform this as it may kill the host looking for their powers to be restored. Only Ms. Harada and I are capable and allowed to do this. Fourth Law...Never EVER reveal your bow or what you are to any human, or any enemy race. Doing so, and being caught, will result in losing your rank. If you are questioned about what you are, you will deny anything having to do with the Quincies. Only reveal your powers if you are facing combat. Our existance if facing extinction and we must preserve our race. Letting everyone in the world know that we're alive will only end in tragedy for us.. Fifth Law....Eliminate all hollows on sight. Don't wait for it to kill any living soul or devour the souls of the dead. We are the Monks of Destruction. It is our job and our heritage. We are the rightful hollow exterminators of this world. Any breeching of these rules will result in punishment and loss of rank. Is that understood? Moka was pacing again as she spoke clearly and rather harshly. She was determined to get her point across. Hopefully she had done just that.

Shinji pushed the door open to reveal a empty room with a single person in it. This person was a lovely looking pink haired women. A kind, soft, and caring smile was plastered on his face when she came in view. Although she was lovely looking, her tone of voice was anything but lovely towards Shinji. 'hm...?' Shinji was slightly confused on how her tone of voice was. Yet, he was never the type to really argue unless needed. Shinji slowly made his way into the room, and as he stepped a few feet away from the door, the door automatically closed and relocked itself.

Shinji's head slightly turned towards the door, and then back to the female sitting in the center of the room facing a line of chairs that were set up a couple feet from each other. "Well, hello to you too" Shinji said as he made his way over to the first available seat, which was any seat in the room. It seemed that Shinji and the female were the only ones in the room at this point in time. Shinji looked towards the female once again as he sat down with a warming smile.

"So... uh, whats this all about?" Shinji asked politely while sitting in his seat. A few minutes of silence took over the room before the lock on the door could be heard snapping back and then the door slowly opened revealing another female. Soul's head slightly turned towards the girl, but he didn't want to look like he was starring so he turned back forward. At this point he was slightly regretting that he didn't bring his book to read. The female walked over to a seat directly next to Shinji and greeted him with a slightly awkward tone.

"Oh, hello" Shinji replied with his usual warming smile. "I'm Shinji... Shinrei, Shinji" He said with a kind tone of voice, his eyes closing as he turned his head towards her. Silently he sat in his seat after he greeted her back with his hands laid on his lap and his legs crossed like any other man would have them Crossed. One ankle was resting on the knee of the opposite leg.

Suddenly after the girl sat down the pink haired women bagn to speak again, her tone the same as before. After she introduced herself she started to pace back and fourth until stopping directly in front of Shinji. Shinji looked up at the female as she spoke about not affiliating with shinigami. 'hm...?' Shinji had never met a shinigami from what his knowledge allows him to remember. Maybe she was speaking of future reference. Quietly Shinji continued to listen to the rest of the rules and what would happen if the rules were to be broken. When she finished, Shinji simply smiled and closed his eyes with a nod.

Gwen looked around the place, acknowlodging the pink haired woman's nod. The place was much brighter then it was outside, and a few more empty chairs sat next to Gwen and the young boy. She wondered, slightly worried, how many more Quincies there were in Karakura Town. Her deceased aunt had told her the tale of how the majority of Quincies died long ago, ranting about how the Shinigami had wiped most from existence. Gwen was unsure if it was true or not, but was beginning to feel as if there was a bit of truth to her dead aunt's saddening tale. And seeing as these two were the first Quincies she had ever seen, excluding her aunt, she wondered if Karakura, barren little Karakura, had the highest amount of Quincies in the entire world.

'Pfft, that's very unlikely Gwen...your talking about the entire world here.....there's bound to be more..." she thought to herself, trying to erase that negative thought with a positive self-rebuff. It didn't work very well, though it was to late for Gwen to ponder her pessimistic concerns, as her focus was snapped and redirected towards the woman. She sat quietly and respectively listened to the woman, Moka Akashiya, who Gwen had now learned was the leader, as she layed down the laws of their Quincy race. Gwen took a mental note, making sure to write this down somewhere when she got home. "No talkin' to the Shinigami; Save the living first; No Final Form, unless your about to die; Don't let other now what you are, unless you have to fight; Kill all Hollows". Gwen repeated mentally to herself.

She had no problem with any of the rules, as she thought they were pretty fair and proper. Gwen noticed the pink haired woman seemed like a decent leader, strict, determined. She smiled politely, despite the women's harsh and serious tone."Perfectly understood." Was all Gwen said, her voice clear and somewhat satisfied. She looked back to the boy, hearing his name was Shinji, and decided to introduce herself. "I'm Gwen Iceni." She murmured, still very polite. Her awkward, nervous dispostion had seemingly subsided, and she felt a bit more comfortable. Gwen sighed, once again looking around the place.

Moka let out a soft sigh of relief as the two complied to the Law without protest or argument. Things were getting off to a good start. She plopped down in one of the chairs, her expression changing from one of a strict ruler to that of a kind friend. She smiled towards the two. Good, good. Now that the really important stuff is out of the way, why don't we get to know each other better to pass the time until Ms. Harada arrives? Tell me a bit about yourselves? Oh! And The rank you wish to be assigned. That's something I must know to make it official. Moka's disposition had made a complete turn from how she was previously. She was kinder, friendlier. She just needed to put on her "Boss Face" for the recital of the Law. Her comrades needed to know how serious the Law is, so she had to be serious. But now is a time to relax and get to know each other. Let's start with you, Shinji. Tell us more about yourself, and what rank you desire. Her attention turned towards Shinji, who was to the right of her. She sat directly at his left, her body turned sideways in the chair. She crossed her right leg over the left, tucking her foot behind her left ankle. Her hands rested in her lap, her seafoam occuli now locked on the young man.

The doors to the room parted and a young boy walked through, he was a tough looking boy with tattoo's and blue hair. This was Ataris Juan, A man that has had his eye on the Stealth squad captain position for a year now. He knew he was late and had interrupted, but he needed to wait until she stopped reciting the Law. So he sat down and took a mental note of each with a quick glance, then resting his eye's on the ceiling. Around his neck was a pir of large headphones, and he was wearing a normal black tee-shirt and jeans.

"Gwen Iceni" the girl said introducing her self. Gwen was a beautiful name, but her last name was slightly hard to pronounce correctly. Shinji continued to sit quietly and Moka let out a deep sigh before sitting down. When she sat down her tone changed from serious to friendly and inviting. She now wanted everybody to get to know each other better. She also wanted to know what rank each quincy wanted with in the room. Shinji had a very high spiritual presence, but at the moment his reiatsu was very low at the moment, which would cause most to think he was no stronger then an unseated shinigami.

'hm... what rank do I want? that's a tough one' Shinji thought as he sat quietly in his seat. Suddenly, he heard Moka speak to him and he turned his head towards her. She wanted to start with him? was it because Shinji was the first person to arrive? maybe, but the reason behind him going first was unknown. Shinji gave a warm smile towards Moka "Well, My name is Shinrei, Shinji... um... I'm 17 and somewhat still go to school. I kinda already finished my acedamic work a year ago. I'm just waiting for my senior year to get over with before I get my diploma." Shinji said speaking about his school life. "As for what rank I should be, well that's a hard choice... um.. being captain of Kyoujou sounds pleasing" He said closing his eyes and finished with his part of the 'getting to know each other' process.

Gwen yawned, waiting for the woman to talk again but was surprised when she sat down on a chair, her strict demeanor practically disappearing. In it's place was a very friendly smile, and was somewhat an unexpected surprise for Gwen. Though it was a very welcome surprise, as even though strict was good, friendly was even better in Gwen's opinion. She noted the other boy in the room who sat down in one of the chairs, not remembering the door opening. Gwen was too caught up in the rules and such to notice the door.

Though this entrance sparked another thought about the Quincy minority, wondering once again if anymore of the Quincy race would show up. Her attention shifted to the others as the woman mentioned that everyone could tell a bit about theirselves, along with requesting the rank they would like. Gwen thought for a few seconds, wondering if they had something to suit medical talents. Though Gwen avoided that option, as most of her medical talents had faded over the months she was in Karakura due to her working in a morgue and tending to the dead, rather then working in somewhere like the Emergency Room and helping the living.

There was one other rank she desired, something that would greatly fit her knowledge and inventive spirit. But she decided to mention this after she spoke of herself. Gwen listened respectively to the young boy speak, noting that he was indeed only in high school, smiling as he mentioned he was mostly finished with the academics section along with hearing the rank he requested. Gwen cleared her throat, beginning to talk. "I'm Gwen, and i'm 22 years old. I work at the hospital, and was raised traveling around the world." Gwen said with a small, slightly nervous smile.

She was normally decent at introducing herself, but meeting people that were the same race as her own was very enthralling, and though she wouldn't admit it, sort of nerve wracking. Gwen took a deep breath of air, preparing to request her rank. "Well, I would really like the rank of Sairentisuto Captain." Gwen murmured softly, a small smile on her face. She was unsure if she would be allowed captain rank, but she was mostly sure that such a rank would fit her. Her hands rested calmly on her lap, waiting for the others to speak.

Moka noticed a late arrival appear soon after she finished reciting the Law. Her right eye twitched in annoyance. He missed the Law. That was going to cost him. She watched the late male sit, but she simply ignored him and went on listening to the other two punctual Quincies speak about themselves and tell what ranks they wanted. Moka smiled and listened intently, then nodded slightly. Alright then....Offensive Team Captain for Shinji-kun, and Scientist Team Captain for Gwen-san... Sounds good to me! Congrats to you two punctual folks. Your ranks are granted. Gwen, your rank will be quite important. You're in charge of inventing useful things that we as a race can use to our advantage. I trust you'll be able to handle that job. She gave the two a kind smile. Now for a little about me. My name, as I said earlier, is Moka Akashiya. I'm Twenty-one years old and I run a bar here in Karakura called Blue Heaven. I'm also a blood relative of the well known Ishida family. She paused there, unable to think of anything else to say about herself. She shrugged and turned towards the late arrival. You now... since you were late, your punishment is.....um....hmm....I can't think of a good one, so you get a warning. Next time, be on time! Now...introduce yourself and state what rank you want. Her tone became a bit more stern with Ataris due to her annoyance with those who weren't punctual. She lounged in her chair, awaiting the male's reply.

Nathalie couldn't really believe this yet. She had found out that not only were there more Quincies like herself around, but they were actually here. In Karakura. Practically in front of her nose. And the best part was, she was working for the Leader at a bar! Who would have guessed.. oh dear. And now she was lost. She had been summoned to a meeting of some sort, probably some gathering to see who were actually in the area and who weren't. And perhaps also to give people the chance of getting to know each other. And that made her feel a bit more nervous, but what was the most nerv wrecking thing at the moment was the fact that she was probably done running in circles at the same spot for good 20 minutes. The tall, young looking female had stopped walking in a calm and respectful way, and was now running while glancing down at the watch on her wrist before glancing to the sides in frantic search of the building she was supposed to be already at. Finally, she managed to come to a halt, as she recognized a building in front of her to be the right one. Or so she at least hoped.

Nath stepped closer and saw a some sort of a scanner device which she placed her hand upon. A small beep was heard before a monotone voice stated her name. "Welcome, Nathalie Harada." Interesting.. Even as the door slid open, Nath knocked lightly on it, mostly out of politeness, before slowly stepping inside and looking around. The door slid shut behind her. Oh shit.. I'm probably the last one to arrive. With a small and very nervous smile, the raven black haired girl slipped further inside the room. In a hurried bow, she started talking. "I'm very sorry for being late. I got lost on the way, since I'm not yet used to this town." Well things weren't going to get really better by making excuses, so shaking her head a bit while still bowing down, she added a bit more of a personal information. "I'm Nathalie Harada, but most just call me Nath, it's nice to meet you all." The whole time she had been talking, her voice hadn't gone up to any high tones, but rather remained a bit soothing although there had been a hint of small nervous trembling. Now raising herself up again, she brushed a strand of her long hair behind her ear while allowing herself a small glance over those that were already there. It was a relief to see more females, and with a quick glance she also looked at the males but in a much more hurried way. Let's find a seat shall we? A small smile was cast at the only person she knew in there, Moka, but Nathalie halfway expected her to start scolding her any minute now for being late. What a great first meeting.. I totally blew this one up. Taking a seat at the first chair she spotted, Nath couldn't help but feel that the air was already a bit tense.

Quietly, Shinji continued to sit in place while the attention moved to Gwen. She seemed to have an interesting job being a medical personal. Though, hearing that she has only worked with the dead since she came to Karakura was displeasing. Though, Shinji wasn't one to talk on that subject, and he was highly interested in her choice of rank. 'So she wants to be the inventor for the quincy...huh? interesting' Shinji thought as he looked at her as she spoke.

He had noticed that another male had entered the room, but he didn't seem like the talkative type. All he did was come in and sit down, without a simple apology for being late. Shinji's attention was grabbed by the door once again unlocking, and being pushed open to reveal another beautiful female. 'Wow, I didn't expect so many cute girls to be quincy... I feel like the only male here' Shinji thought as his eyes followed the girl. She bowed and apologized to Moka for being late, which was very respectable in Shinji's opinion.

Shinji smiled at her as she bowed and greeted everybody in the room. "Nice to meet you Nath, my name is Shinrei, Shinji" He said after she finished talking, and gave her a proper greeting. after greeting Nath, Shinji turned towards Moka "So, um... how long is this meeting going to last?" Shinji said looking at his watch. "I'm in no rush or anything, but I have to be home by seven for dinner." He added at the end, before waiting for a reply.

Gwen sat quietly as the woman spoke again, looking around the room once in a while. Looking around an area was a small pesky habit that Gwen had. It would usually show whenever Gwen was being quiet or was a bit tired. In this case, it was a combintion of both. She nodded as she heard that her job was very important, as Gwen expected it to be. She grinned slightly as Moka stated that Gwen would be able to handle her tasks, letting her inner confidence shine. Gwen continued to listen to the woman as she shared a bit about herself.

The only Quincy who didn't share anything was the other male. He seemed to be more reclusive and taciturn than the other two Quincies. She didn't mind it though. Gwen was too busy thinking about her new job, along with her new allies. Gwen began to chuckle quietly as Moka reprimanded the other man for his tardiness. Though she silented herself before the others could take notice, as she didn't want to appear rude. She sighed again, jumping when she heard the door click unexpectedly.

Gwen's eyes focused on the figure as it stepped in, revealing another Quincy female. A small half smile popped up on Gwen's face as the woman introduced herself as Nathalie, whom Gwen remembered was Akashiya-san's secretary. "Looks like everyone's here..." Gwen thought, her mind brightning at the Quincy group. Looks like Gwen had somewhere to belong and decided to introduce herself. "Nice to meet you, i"m Gwen." She murmured in a friendly tone. Gwen returned to her quiet nature after introducing herself.

Moka was growing rather annoyed with Ataris' silence. She then throught of the perfect position for him. She sighed and waved her hand as if dismissing Ataris. Stealth Squad captain is perfect for you....at least you keep your trap shut... She huffed and turned back towards the others, not paying Ataris any mind. She was about to address the other two again when she heard the base door lock click open, the massive iron door now creaking as someone else entered. Moka rose to her feet and smiled when she noticed that it was Nathalie. She was the first other Quincy she met in this place and Moka felt a sort of sisterly bond with the woman. She chuckled a bit and greeted Nathalie with a friendly hug while she was apologizing. Nath! I'm glad you finally made it. No need to apologize, I understand. I already knew you were going to be a bit late, so you're in no trouble at all. Moka released the hug and let Nath introduce herself and sit down. Moka's attention then turned to Shinji as he asked when the meeting was going to end. Moka blinked and glanced at her watch. It was only four in the evening. Surely it doesn't take you three hours to get home, Shinji. Unless your Hirenkyaku is incredibly slow. She spoke jokingly while sitting back down, her hands resting on her lap. She then forgot of something that she forgot to mention during the reading of the Quincy Law. Oh! I forgot to mention. If you are ever questioned about being a Quincy, you are to deny it altogether. As you can tell...our numbers are greatly depleated....the last thing we need is for word to get out about our existance. You CANNOT let others, be it human or otherwise, know of our existance.... Is that clear? Moka's tone had returned to its stern side, but with a hint of worry. She was afraid that, if they weren't careful, that they would end up extinct. Her mind then trailed off as she sat in silence for a moment. Her throughts had drifted to the possibility of reproducing, but the only two male Quincies were underage. She blushed and shook her head, dismissing the thought quickly before turning back towards the others with a kind smile.

The hug from Moka had been a bit surprising, but very welcomed. It was warming for Nath's heart the sisterly bond which seemed to have started to grow between her and the Leader of the Quincies. She nodded towards the boy who introduced himself as Shinrei, or Shinji, before she did the same towards the girl who had introduced herself as Gwen. They both seemed friendly.. and would probably prove to be worthy getting to know. But there was also another boy who was just sitting there in silence. Nath glanced towards him, wondering if there was something wrong, before her attention got pulled towards Moka whom started to speak again. It appeared that Shinji was feeling a bit worried about getting home on time, making Nath wonder if he lived a great deal of distance away, while she also wondered just how old he was. Probably a bit younger than she and Moka were. Moka kept talking after having teased Shinji a bit, and Nath reminded herself of asking later on what she had missed. It was important to have the laws clear, or else she might get in trouble. "Naturally we wont say anything about that." Her low voice was firm, as she also worried a bit about how few of the Quincy there were. Surely there must be more somewhere .. but it's not like it's easy tracking them all down. Well she was already surprised that there were now, counting with her, five Quincies in this room. She had never really expected to meet anyone of her own kind in the first place.

She couldn't help but notice a slight blush in Moka's cheeks, something that made Nath wonder just what had gone through the other girl's mind. Oh.. did I miss also what ranks people are getting? Damn.. Well surely Moka wouldn't really mind telling her that after the meeting. It would be rude to interrupt now with questions just because Nath had run a bit late, so she kept silent about it for now.

Shinji continued his quiet behavior. He didn't have much of anything further to speak on, and when Moka joked about his Hirenkyaku. She called him slow because he asked how long this meeting was going to last? that's a little self centered down you think. Shinji didn't speak on the subject and simply snickered on it. Oddly he found the humor in what she said. Shinji slightly opened his eyes to look at Moka. He could help but smile and admire her beauty.

Suddenly his train of thought broke when the door to the outside unlocked and opened once again. Shinji looked back with a rather annoyed look on his face as he looked back at the guy that had entered the room. Shinji mustered up a smile and turned his head back towards Moka "Is there any bathrooms close by?" Shinji asked politely.

Gwen sat still in the small chair though her body was relaxed. She was a bit nervous earlier but now that she had met the others it didn't seem as big of a deal. They were a pretty pleasant group, as she expected. She yawned, her feet scuffling against the dark floor. Gwen sat back up in her chair as Moka told the silent guy what rank he would get, revealing it to be Stealth Captain due to his rather reclusive behaviour. Fits him well, as Gwen didn't even know the guy's name. Oh well, it's not like anyone could force the guy to talk.

Gwen sat up in her chair, making a small attempt at looking professional or whatever. She jumped slightly as the cell phone in her pocket vibrated. Gwen quickly removed it from her pocket, seeing it was a text from Kio, one of her morgue assistants. "Hey wanna go get lunch? I'm off of ICU duties, and the hospital director guy said we could return to our usual areas. So, yeah, lunch sounds fun, right?" The text said, Gwen mentally reading every word in Kio's shy, hyper voice. It did sound nice, but she couldn't leave.

The meeting was too important for her to just bolt out for lunch. "Sorry, i'm a bit busy. Talk to ya later." She texted back, switching the phone's alert system from vibrate to silent. Gwen jammed the phone back in her pocket just as Moka released the woman named Nathalie from a friendly hug. She raised an eyebrow before remembering that the both of them had met prior to the Quincy meeting.

Gwen kept looking around, wondering how big this place was and if they were underground or something, seeing as Gwen noticed her phone had no bars in this place. She ignored the text and whether Kio recieved her reply, choosing to focus on Moka's joke about Aroshi's Hirenkyaku. She chuckled quietly, and unlike when she chuckled at the guy when Moka reprimanded him, this one was clearly audible. It came to a clear stop as Moka turned on the boss face. The reciting of another Quincy rule followed, and Gwen nodded.

"Perfectly understood Akashiya-san." Gwen murmured. She didn't normally use honorifics but she did so anyways. Her eyes peered at the door, going as wide as the moon when another QUincy walked through the door. "My my....just when ya think there's no more...." She thought, grinning slightly. Out of the corner of her eye she noted Aroshi's disdainful look at the poor late guy. She decided to be the first to greet the nervous guy. "Hello there!" She called out, still grinning. Gwen once again relaxed in her chair, wondering what was next in this meeting's agenda.

Moka's attention was once again captured by the large door of the base creaking open. She couldn't believe it, but yet another Quincy had appeared. She began to wonder if she had everything all wrong. She noticed the boy's nervous tone, assuming he was afraid of being punished for being late. Moka was about to greet him when Gwen beat her to the punch. She chuckled and waited for Gwen's greeting to end before she spoke. Oh calm down and come sit! Why don't you introduce yourself to the others here so we can get to know you! Oh! I'm Moka. I'm the Leader of our fine race. Your President, so to speak. She smiled sweetly, though her expression quickly turned to one of annoyance as she heard yet another one of Shinji's comments. He now asked if there was a bathroom in the base. If it wasn't one thing, it was another. She lightly sighed and turned to Shinji. Look, if you're so anxious to leave our little gathering, then just go already...you're trying my patience... Moka turned her attention back towards the others, unsure of anything that needed to be addressed in this meeting. In fact...all of you are free to go now. All except our new comer and Nathalie. I need to go over what you two missed with you. So if you don't mind staying a little longer, then I ask that you please remain after the others leave. Now, our meetings will be held once a month. See you all next month! With that, she dismissed everyone except Nathalie and Gabriel, pleased that she found other Quincies here in Karakura.

Ataris was annoyed at everyone new who entered, especially the President. Who snapped at him before he even got a chance to speak since people interrupted before he could even start. Moka's comments further annoying him, but he got the position he wished for so he simply stood still. His annoyance pent up. He was not annoyed at the people who came in themselves, but at the predicament their appearances made. He just sat there. After the latest person apologized he perked up and spoke loudly and clearly, " Ataris Juan. Born in America raised in Venice Italy and owner of the largest library in Karakura. " His voice carried a Italian accent with an American twist.

Nath squirmed a bit around as there seemed to be some annoyance in the air, especially around the seemingly quiet guy along with Moka being rather impatient towards Shinji. Oh, good. So I will now get to know what was going on before I came in. She smiled a bit, while glancing at the girl named Gwen. Seemed to be someone that would be worthy of befriending in the future, and she also found her name to be quite to the liking. When the boy named Ataris finally spoke, she listened closely to his accent. Italian was a beautiful language and hearing the mixed up accent was certainly something good for her ears. She offered him also a small smile in recognision, before turning her attention to Moka. She wanted to wait with asking anything until everyone else had left the room, so that if there were any questions left to be asked then it would be time for that. The newcomer she would be spending some time with now along with Moka hadn't revealed his name yet, or so she thought. But as the rest of the people, he didn't seem to be posing any major threat. And besides, she had Moka in there also. What was there possibly to be concerned about? I have so many things to think about .. and talk with my friend about. She had to hold back a bit to not check her phone and see if there were any missed calls. She knew that her friend back in the USA was just as thrilled about all these things as she herself was.

[I'm calling this meeting over since those who are to post next are essentially inactive. Gwen and Ataris lose their ranks due to inactivity. Gwen is demoted to Lieutenant of her squal and ataris is now replaced by Gabriel. Take care now, bye bye then ^^]
