Rules/System Regarding Vizard's Bankai and Mask

New System For Vizard’s Bankai And Mask:

1. Bankai will only be available to only captain level vizards. That is just the way it is.

2. Bankai will be available to captain level vizards however only a maximum of 2 Bankai abilities will be allowed to be started with. These Bankai abilities must be of a moderate level with nothing extremely powerful being accepted. (It is possible however for 1 powerful bankai ability instead of 2 moderate level ones.)

3. Vizards will also not be allowed to use any kido over number 40, this means no Bakudo over 40 and no Hadou over 40. This is to balance the fact that they have both Mask and Bankai.
Important note: The former captain of the 5th division/kido corps vizard will be given the choice to either have bankai or full use of Kido and it’s privileges. Also if you have bankai then you will not be allowed to have nor apply for in the future any custom kido.

4. Vizard masks will now have a limited amount of usage per battle. Now I hear you asking “why?!” and of course the real life reason is that we are trying to even out the races power ratio so we don’t have any one race becoming too powerful. But if you insist on an in character/universe reason then I could say something like; “It is to prevent the user being taken over by their inner hollow etc”

4b. A lieutenant level vizard mask will have a limit of 8 posts per battle, and a captain level lieutenant vizard mask will have a limit of 11 posts per battle. Once these posts are up then the mask can no longer be used in that battle/topic.

4c. As for using the mask and bankai together, it is possible however every time you use bankai and the mask together your mask’s post limit will drop by 3 posts automatically. For example:
Akari’s mask has a limit of 10 posts before she can no longer use it. She uses the mask for 2 posts before using a bankai ability as well. This means that she has used 2posts+3 posts(bankai) and now only has 5 posts left to her mask before she can no longer use it.

4d. If a character removes their vizard mask while they still have posts remaining on it. The remaining posts will stay valid until the mask is worn once more. So if Akari did the above actions and then removed the mask immediately, she would still have 5 posts left on it. Then later on if she put it on once more the 5 posts would count down once more.
