| "Please, please...ca..calm down. One at....a ti..time" The young 7th division seated officer had been attending to the Rukongai people's questions. A group had been sent to take the questions of the people and nothing more, they did not have authority to answer questions at this time, they had not been debriefed on the mission strategy. The group of Seated officers had split up to cover the Rukongai and take the questions of the people. Unfortunately the people of the Rukongai were both large in numbers and questions, and they demanded they get some answers....now. The small and timid 7th division female was being swarmed by angry, concerned, and irrately upset people wanting answers. She clutched the clipboard close to her chest and closed her eyes as she half expected to be trampled at any moment. "Where are our loved ones?!" "please, my husband disappeared.....please tell me what is going on" "i want my mummy" "where are my children?! please tell me where they are" So many voices ran throughout the air as people fought to have their voices heard, not only could the poor girl not understand their words properly she was terrified as the group pushed and shoved to get into the front of the group to be heard.
((OOC: The group is one of 4 7th division members, you will have to find and help all four successfully in order for the mission to be successful. But first helpt the poor girl xD lol i will be roleplaying as both the 7th division members and people of rukongai for this mission. ^^))

| Shuhei was walking through the Rukongai towards all the comotion he could hear and an extremely large and angry looking mob. He sighed to himself and carried on walking towards the mob. 'I cant believe i got stuck doing this. This isnt really my specialty, but i guess someones gotta do it.' He muttered under his breath as he began to approach the mob. It seemed that the people of Rukongai had figured out that people were missing, and were demanding answers. Of course, this was the 7th Divisions territory, and not really 9th Division business, but without a captain, Shuhei didnt have much choice but to help out with this mess, along with trying to keep the 7th Division up while a new captain, or at least lieutenant could take over. 'What a bother, maybe i shouldnt have suggested trying to take over temporairly for 7th.' It was true, he had decided to do it completely voluntarily.
However he had only muttered those words to try and convince himself otherwise. The true reason he was doing this, wasnt really for the Division, but because he knew the pain and fear these people were in. He had lost Komamura, and hated not knowing where he was or what had happenned to him. At least for these people, their minds could be set to rest a bit more easily than his own. Mainly because he knew they were gone, maybe for good. He had to stop himself from getting fustrated and upset again like he had the other day in the barracks. Right now he was on a job, and it wouldnt help if the people saw a captain in worse shape than them.
As he approached, he came up behind the girl and put a hand on her shoulder before saying in a loud clear voice, 'Alright then, we'll have some order around her, scaring someone isnt going to get you answers, so if we could just calm down and we'll do our best to answer your questions. Im 9th Division Captain Shuhei Hisagi, now, whats the problem here then?' He shot a quick glance to the girl and smiled slightly to try and reassure her before returning his eyes back to the crowd scanning over the faces, worried, angry and sad all present. He was going to have to lie, a lot, but he would have to to make sure that the people didnt freak out and start causing a lot more problems than they were currently.

| The young 7th division girl jumped slightly as she felt a hand rest upon her shoulder, as she looked up to see the smiling face of Shuhei she could have melted. Little did taicho-hisagi know but the young officer before him had quite the crush on him. The people responded to the sight of a captain and began to show some order within their ranks. An elderly man stepped forward and spoke first.
"Ahh young captain, we are sorry...many of the younger ones here are simply in dissarray. You see many of our loved ones have vaished, without a trace. We are worried and simply wish to hear some answers." A younger woman stepped forward shortly after the man had finished spoken and added her own words to the plead. "PLEASE!! tell me where my husband is, why has he disappeared?"
The young 7th division officer stood quietly as she tried not to become a screaming fangirl, if it wasn't for the large and upset crowd in front of her she would have had no hope.

| ((OOC: LOL at the officer XD))
Shuhei sighed as they pressed for more information, and it was obvious many were distraught much like the woman who had come forward. He wasnt going to enjoy the next part, but he would have to lie to their faces to try and keep them calm. The problem was trying to explain it all without causing even more panic, so the key would be too keep vague and not suggest anything about the problem the shinigami themseleves were in. He left the girls side and walked slightly in front of her to address the crowd directly, so he looked up at the woman and the old man who had come forward and spoke in a loud, clear and commanding voice, 'We are sorry, but right now, everything is confidential. We are on the track on the missing people and are seeing better results each day and we are sure that we are close to finding the source to their sudden dissappearances. Currently, we have the entire 12th Division working on a way to track them down quickly and efficiently. As i said earlier, the cause of this is confidential, but you can rest assured that we have taken precautions to make sure that it will never happen again, especially anytime soon.'
He took a short pause looking around. He could tell that for most this would unlikely be enough to calm them down emotionally, but it should put some at rest, and hopefully cause them to stop causing so much panic and trouble, at least for the time being. 'Also, im sorry to say but if you are friends or family to shinigami, your communication may be cut short as we will have to use every resource we have to sort this out as quickly as possible. Dont panic however as we will continue to uphold our duties here in Rukongai, we will just appear in smaller numbers. Rest assured, we will keep a vigilant watch on everyone we can, and inform you as soon as those missing have been brought back.' He glanced around again at the crowd before taking a slight back and position himself in front of the officer. If the crowd got angry or anything, he wanted to take the brunt of it, not this poor officer.

| ((OOC: i know right XD i thought i'd throw that in for a twist XD))
The crowd seemed to murmur between themselves for a moment before all turning back to face Shuhei, A middle aged man spoke first, "yes we understand that the gotei 13 is working hard to reclain the missing but why is it confidential." before a young lady interrupted and added her own pitch to the complaint. "Why the hell can't we know why they meant missing, you say it;s confidential, but why!! that isn't fair"

| ((OOC: lol thats fine, i know how u feel , and yea im sorry for the short post too but didnt have much free time 2day all work and no play makes shuhei grumpy and writers block :S )) Shuhei sighed and looked down to the floor. He knew this wasnt going to be easy, and that the crowd wouldnt be so easily calmed down either. So he took a deep breath, raised his head and began speaking to the crowd once more ' Look like i said, its confidential, to be honest with you only select Divisions have been chosen to deal with the specifics with what happened that nigth, and in truth, i'm not really sure what happened and havent been informed on the matter. I know this is causing a lot of stress for many of you, some more than others, but i cant reveal anything. Just try and put mine and the officers positions.' He waved back towards the young officer. ' I know your upset but we have to keep this information confidential for reasons, and if we dont know the information your asking for there isnt anything we can really do for you. I'm sorry that so many have gone missing, but like i said earlier, i assure you that we will bring them home safely.' He was starting to worry slightly, he wouldnt be able to come up with anything more specific than that or otherwise problems could begin to start, and that would be problematic to both him and the officer, let alone chaos would likely break out. The main problem was trying to give them something to hold onto without giving away the situation in the seireitei. | |

The crowd remained silent once more as they thought over Shuhei's words, then almost as if they shared some kind of creepy telepathy the crowd began to nod in unison. An elderly woman was the first to speak, "We are sorry, we didn't mean to scare you young one" the crowd then all followed in their apologies to the pair. "yeah we are sorry" "i just miss daddy, im sorry i was mean to you" "we apologise"
The young 7th division officer stepped forward in front of Shuhei and lossened her grip on the clipboard so that she might actually be able to write upon it once more. She nodded and smiled to Shuhei, well the best she could without blushing and falling to the ground in a giant blob of embarassment. "Thanks so much captain Hisagi' The girl fought her sudden case of the giggles she felt coming on to finish her sentence, "Could you keep an eye out for the others, no doubt they are having the same problems" She turned back to the crowd to hide her blush and spoke addressing them all. "Please if you could just give me the names of your missing, one at a time i will record them and report them for you"
The crowd listened and began to name the missing one by one as the young girl noted them down on her clipboard.

| (OOC: thats not good enough lightning!! .... kidding and ur posts are fine, i can sympathise with u about the whole work thing ) He watched and waited as the crowd began to clam down, and eventually began to apologise. He gave a small smile when he noticed they weren't going to push for any more information, and he felt less tense as he had done while just waiting for their reply. He was surprised however at the officer, seeming almost eager to get back to attending the crowd, which was odd after they had just seemed to terrorise her. She looked up to him and gave him a quick smile before returning back to the crowd, saying something about the others. She was acting slightly odd, as if she was trying to hide her face, but she began to get to work with the crowd right away. He decided to shrug it off, he never really understood women. He turned to leave sensing for the others reiatsu and said to the officer ' Alright then, i'll leave the rest to you, but if you need help i'll try and make it back on time.' And with that he began walking off, through the streets of Rukongai. He was walking through the streets when up ahead he saw another crowd of people. As he was close to the reiatsu he had been sensing he guessed that another officer was around. The crowd looked a bit smaller than the last, so it might be easier to deal with, even though he was likely to be repeating what he had said to the earlier crowd. He began to walk up to the crowd, looking around for the officer and to see if there was an easier way to get to him, rather than through the crowd. (OOC: sorry its a bit short but wasnt sure whether i should have started with the next officer or not) | |

| ((OOC: that is fine xD don't worry about it, your posts are long enough ^^ especially for this mission in which i am not posting Very large myself xD i am too active i think....*looks at her post count* o.O))
In the midst of this particular crowd stood a young male officer of the 7th division, he was tall for his age and therefore seemed alot more intimidating then he actually was. Little did anyone in the crowd know he liked pink and had a love of stuffed animals.....actually i don't think anyone would have wanted to know. He may have been surounded but he was not as flustered or terrified as you would think, he had come from a LARGE family so these sort of things were normal at social events...or so he would tell anyone that asked. "Alright i need you all to please stop asking questions, i have told you that i am here to collect the names of those missing. I am not authorised to tell you anything"
The crowd was rather well behaved considering the circumstances, perhaps it was the man's size that stopped them from trying to demand things from him with force. "we don't care if your authorised or not, tell us what is going on!!" A female had stepped forward and taken the leadership role within the crowd, as she spoke the crowd gave her a flurry of agreement.

| As Shuhei got closer to the crowd he could distinguish 2 people, a tall shinigami, and a women, who had seemed to have taken over the crowd. This could turn out eassier than he had expected, with this group, Shuhei may only need to convince this one woman. but of course, if he couldnt convince her, the whole crowd would then back her up which could cause trouble. As he approached, some of the people towards the back of the crowd turned around and saw him approach. He didnt have time to mess with them so Shuhei pushed his way through the crowd towards the shinigami in the centre of the group. Once he had managed to get himself to the centre he walked to the side of the shinigami and, while ignoring the woman, addressed the rest of the crowd. 'I am Captain of the 9th Division, Shuhei Hisagi. I understand you are worried about your friends and family, and anxious to know whats going on, but I'm afraid its classified to civillians, now please just help us with giving the names of the missing so we can get on track finding them and bringing them home.'
he turned around at this point to face the woman who had taken on the role of leading the group. He wanted to see how she would take the arrival of a captain, along with the classified news. But he doubt it would be all that easy, going by the last group anyway, this would likely take a little longer. he then addressed the woman before she had a chance to reply back to him. 'I'm sorry, but this officer isnt authorised to answer your questions, and your not authorised to know the answers, so cant we just leave it at that and get these names down?'

| The woman stepped forward and looked into Shuhei's eyes as she furrowed her eyebrows. For a moment she remained silent as she simply stared him down.....until she finally stepped back and folded her arms in frustration letting out a pffffft as she did so. "This is ridiculous for all we know this is some sort of failed experiment that you guys caused!!!" The crowd began to mumble amongst themselves as they thought over her wild accusation before looking back to Shuhei her an answer like a herd of sheep their drover.
The 7th division officer stood rather dumbfounded , he had not expected Shuhei to arrive seemingly out of nowhere and he definately didn't expect a captain.

| ((OOC: so sorry i took ages to reply to this but last week i was quite busy and then thursday and friday i was not feeling that great but here it is at last ...))
Shuhei watched as the woman approached him and tried to stare him down. He simply stood there and stood his ground, staring straight back at her with a calm relaxed expression on his face. As she stood back with the crowd it seemed that the officer wasn'tquite sure what was going on and it looked like he would have to deal with this himself. At whihc point he almost laughed at the ridiculous idea of this being some sort of failed experiment. But he caught himself in time, before even a smile crossed his lips, in case she would blow that out of proportion as well, which seemed highly likely. He took a quick breath and got ready to reply to the woman's comments. 'I assure you this is no experiment on the Gotei 13's behalf. We would never allow an experiment to get this out of hand or to affect any of those who live within the soul society!.'
He took a short pause looking around. Sadly it looked that although some may be easily convinced, they would still follow this woman as their leader in this debate, which would cause problems, depending on how easily she could be persuaded. 'And anyway, currently I cant tell you all the details but those in our science Division are currently testing some new decives to help track down those who have gone missing more quickly. But to be able to track those who have gone, we'll need to know about their details, and thats where you come in. We're just trying to help you all find your loved ones again.' He directed the last part of this towards the woman in charge of the group. Maybe he could make a connection with her, if not then this whole thing could take a while to sort out properly.

Yes, she had been rude and obnoxious but it was all out of love. Deep down she knew that it wasn't the Gotei 13's fault but she had to blame someone, anyone...it was either that or herself. "I'm so sorry" The woman burst into tears and was comforted by an elderly couple near her..perhaps her parents? either way she was being comforted by those that cared for her, her anger diminished and she resigned to the fact taht she simply couldn't know what had happened.....noone knew. The elderly man comforting the sobbing woman spoke, he was taking over the crowd now..perhaps he should have from the beginning. "How about we give these young men the information they need to get the search going" The crowd seemed to react positively to the elders suggestion and began to pass around the paper they were asked to write names onto. It seemed as if this crowd was going to cooperate from now on.

| Shuhei relaxed once he saw the woman back down, but was slightly disheartened by the sight of the crying woman, but at least he had been able to get the crowd to cooperate. He turned back to the officer and nodded to him in approval and said 'Good job keeping them calm untill i got here, you should be able to deal with it from here.' And with that he turned back to the woman and the edlerly couple. He went up to the old man and said 'I'm sorry about this whole situation, but im afraid its all confidential. I hope she'll be ok and im sorry for those who have gone missing, we really are doing everything we can we help them.' And with that he put a hand on the old mans shoulder, gave a small smile and turned to leave. 'Im sorry officer but ive got a few others i need to help.'
After that he turned and slowly walked through the small crowd a easterly direction. As he passed through he nodded to some of the people and made a few apologies. At least the crowd now seemed more reasonable and were now coopertaing. Shame that elderly couple couldnt have taken the lead since the beginning of the situation. 'Why is everyone making so much of a mess out of this when they could just cooperate and make things go a lot smoother.' He thought to himself. He sighed as he exited the crowd and walked onwards again. He had been wandering for a few minutes when he noticed he had nearly reached another crowd. He couldnt tell whether there was an officer there or not so he went to investigate. At least this whole mess was nearly over, for now at least.

| ((OOC: phew another day of work done >.< and yey only 2 more officers to help ^^ haha then you will have completed a mission woot ^^))
A pair of young officers stood side by side as they were being surrounded by flocking civilians. The young woman held the notepad and pen as she tried to keep up with the number of names that were being yelled at her and the young man tried to keep order as she recorded the names. In truth they were not doing to bad a job in keeping order and getting names, cooperation was the key and little did anyone know but these two were close......very close. "Alright everyone slow down, Nicki can't write the names down if they all mash together" The young man spoke in a calm yet authoritive voice as he tried to slow the crowd down as they began to speak at once. The young girl (Nicki) felt her cheeks blush as she looked up to her companions face, she could have sighed as she thought to herself that he looked so hot when being authoritive. Perhaps she should tell him that later...after all they were going out.
He looked to her and waved his hand in front of her dazed face "Nicki?....are you feeling o.k? have you been in the sun too long?" Her concerned and worried boyfriend furrowed his eyebrows as he waited for her reply. "Oh yeah, i'm fine" She immediately tried to bury her face into the notepad as she jotted down a name that someone yelled to her, if she wasn't embarassed before she definately was now. Unfortunately the crowd rapidly began to fight over who was speaking once more....the young couple began to wonder if they would ever get them to be orderly.

| ((OOC: yay nearly done, i feel so special )) As Shuhei got closer to the crowd he noticed 2 officers in the midst of it all. Although they had been able to keep the crowd calm to a degree, it seemed they were having problems trying to get all the names down in an orderly fashion. But at least the half the job was done so Shuhei was pleased that they had managed to get the crowd to cooperate with them at least. But as he got closer it seemed apparrant that he wasnt going to get throught the crowd very easily, or in fact get noticed very easily either. So he stepped back slightly, took a deep breath, and shouted at the top of his voice ' That'll be enough!! We'll have some order around here right now!!' At that point he seemed to get noticed by the crowd, who fell silent for the time being anyway. ' Thank, now please let me through, i have to reach our officers here.' He said in a more normal relaxed tone as he walked through the crowd. He finally managed to get through the crowd to the officers who were taking the names down for this crowd. Looking at the girl and her notepad it seems there had been quite a lot of names been taken down already. ' Sorry about that, the crowd seemed to be getting slightly out of control, i had to step in or someone might have ended up getting trampled.' Thats when he noticed who the 2 officers were. He hadnt met them before but working with the 7th Division uite a lot he had heard of them. ' So, your the 2 lovebirds of the 7th Division huh? Well you did a good job i guess, better than some of the other officers, but I'll see what i can do to help out.' He nodded to them quickly and turned back to the crowd. They seemed to have calmed down slightly, but chances were they could just get riled up again anytime soon. ' Alright then, whats with all this shouting? Personally i find your making too much noise, if we could just calm down and get these names down it would go a lot smoother, dont you think?' He was scanning across the crowd while speaking, trying to see if there was another leader in the group but by the looks of things it was just an ordinary mob. | |

The young girl blushed furiously at Shuhei's comment about being the love birds of the 7th division, oh how she wished she was an ostrich....she would loved to bury her head in the ground right about then. Her partner smiled sheepishly but quickly tried to stop as he saw how angry she was becoming with him for it. She wanted to kill him...well not literally but at least hurt him severely. One time she allowed him to convince her to make-out in a public place while it was deserted.....well it was supposed to have been. Unfortunately for her they were spotted and now had become the resident love birds.....it had better not have been his plan all along. She threw the clipboard to him along with the pen, she wasn't taking names anymore...she was too angry. Sensing the fact she was ready to beat him senseless if he refused the male officer rapidly prepared to take down names.
This crowd had no real leader, just as it seemed as if this group would bow to the captain's authority and behave making it easy for the three Shinigami's a young girl pushed her way through the densely packed crowd. She stood no higher than the knee on most of those she manouvered through and stood clinging onto a teddy bear as she looked at Shuhei almost scared to talk.

Shuhei heard something being thrown behind him just as he was about to address the crowd once again, so he turned around and glared at the 2 officers before walking up to them and saying in a quiet tone so that the crowd wouldnt hear. 'Look you 2, we dont have time to be messing around, sort this out in your own time, we've got business to do! Now just go round the crowd and try and get all the names down already!' He had wanted to go easy on these 2 seeming as they had managed to keep the crowd relatively under control before but now it was just getting silly and they had to be sorted out. So he turned back to the crowd expecting them to get back on with their work.
He was about to talk to the crowd once more when he noticed someone trying to get through to the front. eventually a young girl got through but when she arrived she seemed to just stand there, almost afraid to do anything. Shuhei decided to kneel down in front of the girl and asked. 'Hello there young girl, whats your name then?' He tried to put his friendliest face on for her, smiling slightly. He knew he wasnt the friendliest looking person in the world, and the scars and tattoos could be intimidating, but he just hoped it wouldnt scare off the girl too much, if it did he would just have to get the other officers to deal with it.

The young officers soon behaved after being scolded by a captain, however the young girl couldn't hide the vein bulging on her forehead as she tried not to slap the heck out of her boyfriend. The young girl seemed to have the attention of the entire crowd as she stood timidly in front of them all. She didn't cower as Shuhei crouched before her, no she was braver than that...besides her teddy would protect her. She went to open her mouth a couple of times before she finally spoke to the man before her.

| As soon as he heard what the little girl had said, his heart began to sink. This poor little girl, what was he meant to tell her? How was he going to explain to her about her father? This could cause a lot of problems if this got out of hand. If this little girl started crying, or anything else for that matter could send the crowd out of control. So he took a quick, deep breath, looked the girl in the eyes and said. 'I'm afriad your daddy isn't here right now, and he may not be back for a little while, but don't you worry! We've got lots of shinigami out looking for him and everyone else right now ok? Have you got anyone else to look after you for the moment before daddy comes home?' He was hoping she would stay calm and listen to him.

| ((OOC: haah i stumped you yey :p))
"Tara!!! Tara!! Where are you!!??" A woman started pushing through the crowd in search of her daughter. Her arms wrapped around the young girl as she croushed on one knee behind her young daughter. She looked up at Shuhei apologetically before speaking once more. "I'm sorry, she just doesn'e seem to understand that her father isn't here. And she seems to see through any lies i try to tell her" She stood once again as she picked her daughter up in her arms. "i want to know where daddy went mummy" The young girl pleaded with her mother for a straight answer this time. Sighing the woman bowed gently to Shuhei before walking off with her daughter " know sweety we can talk about it over lunch o.k"
The young male officer reached out and touched Shuhei's shoulder gently to get his attention for a moment. "ah taicho it seems we have all the names"

| ((OOC: nooooooo!!! damn those meddling kids!!!))
Shuhei nodded to the woman as she arrived and took her daughter away as he stood back up, watching them pass through the crowd. He felt sad, sadder than he had before. These poor people had all lost close friends and family, and were all trying to find some way to deal with it. But the younger ones where going to hav some of the hardest times if their parents had gone missing. Which meant that they would all have to work just that little bit harder to ty and bring all these people back to their families. And Komamura would be among them, that he swore. 'Im going to find you, but first, I'm going to have to help these people first. I know thats the way you would want it, Sajin.' He thought ilently to himself. He was lost in thought slightly when he felt a tap on his shoulder.
It was the male officer of the two who had taken care of the crowd. It seems that they had managed to collect the rest of the names from the crowd. 'Good job there officer, you too.' He nodded towards the female officer, before turning to the crowd and saying 'Thank you for your cooperation. We are finished up here so you may return to your homes or carry on with your daily plans, we will work hard to try and find those who have gone missing.' He turned back to the male officer and addressed him 'Good work getting the names down. Now I've already dealt with two other officers, anyone else out here that needs any help? If not then i should be getting back to my office.'

| Shuhei nodded. 'Alright then, glad i could be of help. Anyway, i should be heading back. Good luck to both of you, and try to keep the Division going ok?' He smiled and nodded to the two of them before using shunpo to get back to his barracks and office quickly. He had a lot of paperwork again today, and the quicker he could get it down the better.
