Mission: Missing agent #1 ((Investigation)) (lightning and kenshirou)

As the sounds of the Soul society faded away into the unfamiliar ones of the Human world. The pair had arrived in the town of Karakura, and found themselves in a large park like area with only the moonlight and street light to illuminate their way. Lightning had brought them to this are of town due to the last listed place in the reports sent back to the missing man's division, The El Proscrito bar. What reason did the shinigami have for investigating this human bar? That was not listed, nor was anything past the name of the bar and street location. Apparently it had been the last place the officer had visited, or at least the last place he had reported. It seemed that this place was as good as any to pick up his trail and investigate matters futher.

Lightning had not spoken yet, instead she took in her surroundings in detail before reaching her hand into the bag she kept attached to her thigh and waist. She rustled around for a moment before clasping her hand onto the small item that had fallen to the bottom of the bag with disuse. Removing her hand from the bag she looked at the small and intricate container that held her gigai, she had been sure that Kenshirou and herself bring one with them. It was true that most of the time shinigami did not use gigai on mission into the human world, but for this mission they had no other choice but to interact with humans. The officer had gone missing to long ago for them to pick up the residual reiatsu left behind, the phenomenon had ensured that the report of his disappearance was delalayed significantly.

Her mind flooding with memories as she looked upon her gigai Lightning shuddered slightly, how she hated to use this thing. Every time she had in the past she had a horrible time with humans. She acknowledged that she did stand out among the human females due to her unusual hair colour and style, her vivid eye colour and toned physique but surely that was not a reason for the reactions she had recieved. The females of the race seemed to murmur and whisper angry comments to one another while staring rather angrily at her, and the males seemed to behave in a very undignified manner. Remembering the last time she had come to the human world and assaulted a human male for making inappropriate contact with herself Lightning took note that she could not act that way again, she had to set a good example for Kenshirou. Perhaps the fact she was with a male would ease matters, it did seem to do so when she came with a male in the past....another thing she failed to understand about the human race, so strange.

Looking to Kenshirou Lightning realised that perhaps Kenshirou had the same problems, with his eye-patch he would stand out also amongst the others of the human race. "We will need to use our gigai so as to interact with those inside the bar up the street. It is the last reported place of the missing shinigami's."

The El Proscrito bar. The place that Lightning had led Kenshirou was a bar? Surely she knew he had somewhat of a drinking problem if provoked. Nonetheless, obviously this was the last place or has a connection to the shinigami at hand. Silence was heard throughout their trip and they both looked at their surroundings in order to catch a good glimpse and get to know the place before investigating any further. "A bar, Taicho? Is there anyone we could talk to for any further information on the case?
Kenshirou then noticed that Lightning was searching in her bag, later finding the small capsule which contained her gigai.

Kenshirou then retrieved his gigai from his bag around his waist. It was always a bother for shinigami to use these as it was hard to contain their spiritual energy and also move never mind how to interact with the other fellow humans. He looked at his Captain as she shuddered ever so slightly and spoke of using the gigai to investigate further. Kenshirou swallowed to clear his throat before swallowing the capsule. He thought of the times he previously used this in the human world, children would stare along with others but some would laugh at him. No man would laugh at him as he was a lot more temperamental back then as he used to hail from the eleventh squad. Nowadays, Kenshirou is quite the relaxed man as he had always wanted to be.

He looked at his Captain and smiled before swallowing the capsule. He appeared in his gigai with the same clothes he would wear in Soul Society as they were obviously different anyways. He stretched and cracked his neck in order to feel more comfortable within the stuffy gigai. With an expressive stretch began speaking to his Captain. "Taicho, it's your turn." He chuckled looking at her. He then put his hands behind his head and removed his eye-patch. He looked at his reflection at am empty shop window along the street, making sure the street had no witnesses, seeing his face fully he blinked countless times. There was nothing wrong with eye. He then looked at Lightning and smiled. "Suppose I should explain. I wear it in order to make fights a tad more difficult. My reflexes and sight are cut off a little to try and improve my reactions for the more difficult fights. A little training method of mine. The reason I keep it on is to act as if my eye is actually out of use, a sort of trump card if you will." Kenshirou smiled.

He then looked at himself one last time and thought that not that many people had pink hair in the human world, nor eye-patches. 'If the Captain might feel uncomfortable I might as well join her to help her cause a little' He thought. Kenshirou then placed the eye-patch back around his head and over his eye once again. "No point in stopping my training now eh?" He chuckled. He then waited for Lightning to use her gigai so that they could continue their mission.

"I do not know if anyone in the bar will be of use to us, however i think it is our best chance" Lightning watched as Kenshirou changed into his gigai and spoke of his reasons behind wearing the eye patch. A smirk crossed her lips as she realised that Kenshirou was still in his shinigami clothing. :Perhaps you should remove it after all Kenshirou, your clothing will stand out enough do you not think so?" Lightning had guessed that he was wearing his eye-patch as he figured her hair would be the equivelant and that they would both wear the shinigami clothing. This was incorrect however, yes lightning would have her pink hair however she would not be wearing the shinigami attire. As she swollowed her gigai lightning couldn't help but remember how much she hated the stomach aches they gave her. ((OOC: here is what she is wearing:

She looked to her lieutenant before beginning the walk down the street towards the bar they would be visiting.

Kenshirou listened to what Lightning had to say while he changed into his gigai. He then chuckled at the next words that escaped his Captains lips. "I'll be fine, besides, who wouldn't notice a man with an eye-patch AND a woman with pink hair. We will surely turn heads anyways, not just of my clothing." He smiled. Lightning then changed into her gigai which left Kenshirou speechless. She wore casual clothes, a top and jean shorts and boots. An average girl out on a night in the town. "Taicho!?" Kenshirou shouted at his disbelief that she was into this type of fashion. I suppose it helped her mobility in the long run, even if the gigai is already hard enough to run around in. Kenshirou then looked down at his own attire and thought that maybe he would stick out even more. Maybe more people will pay attention to his clothes before they even notice his eye-patch.

"Umm, maybe I should find something to wear..." Kenshirou said as he thought of the possible outcomes at the causes of his attire. Nonetheless, he could not keep them back from the mission. Maybe he should ask the owner at the bar they would be visiting. He already knows about Soul Society, so what harm could there be. He looked at Lightning once more before they moved on towards their next location.

The El Proscrito was normally a busy bar considering the time of the day it was. But today it seemed like everyone had gotten paid and got off of work early. For the bar was packed to say the least. Though one couldn’t blame not wanting to come to the bar for the owner of it had invited a rather famous singer for a private visit. And well that so called private visited ended up quickly when a customer came in and saw the famous singer. That person called another person, so forth and so forth. And within minutes the bar was packed.

Not like the owner of the bar minded that much. It just meant that more workers had to be called in and such. Though there wasn’t any complaints from the workers for they enjoyed working for the owner of the bar. He was nice and took in their personal feelings. But who was the owner you ask? His name was Damien and was known around time for his self-less deeds and his kindness to children. He was also known as the immortal Damien for he had owned this bar since it had open some hundred years ago and the owner appearance never changed one bit. Yes, he was well known to say the least.

One side of him that was rarely seen was the mean-streak that he had about him. It was this same mean streak that was about to show it’s ugly head. For amongst the chaos within the bar, there was a fight between two people who had drunken too much alcohol. Within moments the owner of the bar had grabbed both men by the collars and were carrying them out of his bar. Outside one could tell that these mens were small by no account and one may wondered how someone like Damien could lift and tossed them a good twenty yards without any trouble.

Damien didn’t tolerate any kind of fighting within his bar. It was bad for busy and others could get hurt from the senseless violence. After throwing the two men out, Damien had caught a glimpse of a male and female heading in his direction and just shrugged it off before entering back into “Today is going to be an interesting day indeed.” He said in a whisper going back to fitting some drinks.

Kenshirou's reaction to Lightning's gigai had her wondering if perhaps the fashion she was wearing was no longer in style. Nevertheless she had nothing else to wear it would have to do. As the pair approached the bar a man exited the building and seemed to be ejecting two men from the bar. Figuring they must have started trouble for the establishment Lightning paid no attention to their plight of being thrown out. They must have deserved it or noone in their right mind would kick out a paying customer. With her hands in her pockets Lightning looked to Kenshirou as they rapidly approached the building's doors. "The owner of the bar is a man named Damien. We should seek him out, no point in talking to unnecessary people"

As Lightning and Kenshirou approached the bar they seen a man escort two other men out into the street. Typical of a bar really. Lightning then looked at Kenshirou as they approached the doors to the building. She mentioned that they were looking for a man named 'Damien'. When they arrived, Kenshirou walked in first hearing the many noises which was heard faintly outside. It was quite busy as the staff seemed to be walking back and fourth cleaning up after people and refreshing their pints of lager. Some people became quiet and looked at Kenshirou as he entered, with his weird outfit and eye-patch who wouldn't look? He looked at Lightning and spoke. "Maybe you should talk to the staff to find him. I'll have a look around." Knowing fine rightly that looking around meant that he would have a drink and try to get any information on Damien from the locals.

He let his Captain at a short distance away from each other and scouted around for men. Picking a fight wouldn't be necessary so he tried to find anyone that looked remotely nice.

The locals within the bar protected the owner as if he was a diamond. Never would they give up any information about their Damien, for he had provided the community with a stable place to hang out. Not only for the adults but for the kids as well for they usually come by here to do their school work in which Damien help as much as he could. If anything the two that was searching for the bar owner would get just the basics, that he was good with kids. He loves everybody, etc. They would get the picture of a man who is loved and cherished by all within the community with not a blemish of negative in his history.

A sudden clap was heard coming from the bar counter as everything went silent within the bar. “Too my fellow friends and family. I thank you for coming here on this special occasion. I have known most of your from the time you were a child. I done watch you all gave birth to your children and so forth. And never have any of you swayed from this wonderful bar of ours. Yes, I said ours. For It is not mine but the communities, for without you this bar is nothing. Cheers for a more good years upon us and let no evil every threaten what is now peaceful.” The main said, as the bar went into an upward.

Putting began to shout “Damien, Damien, Damien!” in responds to the man’s words. The man eyes fell upon the one male who had just entered the bar and was now looking around. “And to those who are just visiting, I wish you all welcome wishes. But if anyone dares to start a fight, they will have to deal with me...which well...wouldn’t be polite.” He said, throwing back his head and downing the shot. Moving from around the counter, another hired drink mixer took his place.

It was time to make his normal rounds, going around the bar talking and mingling with people. He would come up to up to the female who had entered in with the odd looking male and spoke in a calm voice. “You seem new here, care for a drink?” He asked with a smile. He wasn’t flirting the female in no way shape or form, he was just being friendly. It was at that moment that the female would feel something run into her, a small child no older then six ran towards him.

“Alice, tell the lady you sorry.” Damien said, picking up the child in his arms, in which she wrapped her arms around his neck, hugging him. Most likely the child had manage to slip pass the eyes of those who were looking after them, in the child’s room. It’s a normal thing to happen and it wasn’t a problem for him. For he loved kids.

As the speech progressed, Kenshirou's eyes were fixed upon the speaker who just so happened to be the person they were looking for. A man who stood on the bar counter, quite dramatic in Kenshirou's eyes. As the bar remained silent while the Damien spoke they all listened to what he had to say before ending up in an uproar. Kenshirou looked around to find everyone chanting the man's name. Kenshirou then looked at his Captain who was focusing on the man on the counter and a look of slight shock when the mans name was chanted. The mission was going well at this rate. Damien then spoke directly to the newcomers which obviously included himself and his Captain. No fights or they would have to deal with the man himself, brave words indeed.

Damien then drank a shot in honor of the fellow men drinking in his pub. Kenshirou noticed his Captain approach the man began walking towards him also. At that point children were running wild around the bar. A highly frowned upon rule in any bar is that of which certain age limits within a bar. How on earth did his man get away with it with the authorities? Maybe he had close connections with the law? The man offered a drink to Lightning which she had declined after a child ran into her. Kenshirou then stood back and ordered a drink as she seemed to have this under control. He approached the bar and ordered a line of shots for himself while still remaining aware of the conversation his Captain and this man were having. Lightning referred to Kenshirou as his friend which made him giggle and turn around to start off his first shot.

Before he knew it the shots were gone and another round was on its way. "This is way better than the drinks we have at home!" He said to the female bartender. She leaned on the bar counter and replied, "Oh really? Where are you from stranger?" Kenshirou looked around to see if she was talking to another being, but wasn't. The conversation then escalated further but Kenshirou kept focusing on the conversation between his Captain and Damien.

If anyone had paid any attention they would notice that the only child that was within the main part of the bar, was Alice who was in great care. Since she had her arms around the bar owners neck. Damien knew that the young girl probably wouldn’t let go, even if she was asked to. Speaking of the other children the bar is more then what it seems. For besides the main part there was two separate parts; one for the young children which contain the things that every child wanted. While another room was for older teenagers and had everything they so desire. Usually they stay out of the main hall doing this time, but it seems Alice wasn’t having it for she had clung to the bar owner.

Damien looked at the female who had asked him to put down the young girl and such. Without saying a word he began to walk towards one end of the bar “If you want to talk your friend better come along. Some of my people ain’t fond of newcomers.” Was all Damien said. Coming up to a another door, he opened it up and looked at Alice “Promise me you will be good? After I deal with them, I will play with you okay?” He said. The young girl just simply nodded within the man’s shoulder, before releasing her grip.

Placing the child down, she would room back into the play section that was made especially for them. Toys were litter inside of the room, while those who were suppose to be watching all the children were either walking around or playing with some of the children. The man wave at Alice before shutting the door “Come I have a feeling why you is here.” He said moving behind the counter.

Leaning over he whispers something into the female bartender’s ear, the words were unaudible to most ears. But whatever he said the female bartender just nodded. Going through the opening that connected to a storage area, he would make sure both of them were following him. Coming to a wall a sigh escaped his lips, as for a split second the female and the other man would feel a reaistu coming from Damien, but it disappeared as quickly as it came.

But when it did become detectable, the wall that was standing in front of him shifted. The giant slab moved opening up a bigger room that had the comforts of life. Leaning against the wall he looked at the female “Let me guess....the disappearance?” Was all he said before waiting for the female to answer his question or at least explain the reason on they needed to talk to him.

Meanwhile in the bar; If Kenshirou didn’t follow Lightning he would found out that the bartender wouldn’t give him another drink or anything. It’s unknown what Damien had said to bartender that caused her not to wanting to serve the man.

As Damien mentioned that the people of his bar were not fond of newcomers Lightning’s gaze flicked over to check on Kenshirou, had he been insinuating that they were in come kind of danger? Lightning dismissed it as she noticed that he had taken a seat at the bar and ordered drinks. Lightning wasn’t sure she liked that very much, on one hand he was ordering alcohol on a mission but on the other hand he was blending in with the humans. Lightning followed after Damien as he lead her and the young girl to a door where the young girl released her grip and Damien closed the door behind him. Lightning was surprised to hear that Damien thought he knew why she and Kenshirou had come to visit him, just how much did this man know of the disappearance?

She followed him as he walked behind the bar’s counter and spoke to his bartender, she wasn’t sure how the ‘regulars’ as he called them would like the fact a newcomer was behind the bar. She received a few glares and stares coming her way from patrons as they started to whisper amongst themselves. Lightning ignored them and threw a glance towards Kenshirou whom sat on the other side of the counter, it was a glance to say “follow”. As they walked through an opening that lead to what she figured was a kind of storage area for the bar’s stock. It was as they approached a wall that Lightning felt a spiritual pressure emanate from Damien but it disappeared as quickly as it appeared. Now Lightning was even more suspicious of this man, this man that seemed to know all too much about them and their world.

A wall in front of the three began to shift and Lightning’s eyebrow was raised, she definitely hadn’t expected a secret door. But what was even more surprising was what the room contained, it was a quite luxurious looking room with all the comforts of life that someone could want. “First of all, how is it you know of the disappearance?” Lightning wanted to know whom it was she was talking to, and not just his name but the man behind the name.

Kenshirou finished his second round of shots before noticing that the man and his Captain began to move. Kenshirou wiped his mouth gently with his hand. He paid little attention to anything else except to the man leading the way behind the bar who then he spoke to the woman who was serving Kenshirou. Many people watched Lightning as she made her way behind Damien which then she looked at Kenshirou in such a fashion to tell him to follow. In Kenshirou's mind it would probably be safer if he stayed behind to keep an eye on things, but on the other hand he had to obey his Captain's orders. He removed himself from the bar counter and followed Lightning calmly, not looking at any of the 'regulars'.

He followed them into an opening, there he looked at his surroundings as they progressed. Kenshirou then felt a slight spiritual presence for a brief moment. It came from Damien. Kenshirou then began to look behind him every now and then to see if they were being followed as this man seemed to be more 'special' than other humans. Of course, he did know about Soul Society after all.

A wall then shifted which took his attention, he looked at his Captain and then Damien once again, remaining calm. It appeared to be a luxurious room, nice, cozy and spacious at the same time. Kenshirou entered behind the two and leaned against the wall by the door and folded his arms as if he was some sort of bouncer. Damien mentioned the disappearances which raised Kenshirou's eyebrow. He remained silent before Lightning began asking questions about the disappearance, it was then that Kenshirou and Lightning could begin analyzing what Damien was like and hopefully the full story of why shinigami have been missing and returning with no memory.

A smile came across the young man’s face, as his hazel eyes shifted towards the man leaning against the wall. His eyes shifted back towards the female in front of him as she questioned how he knew about the disappearance. Licking his lips slightly, before turning his back on the female and moving over to a counter. “What is your names? You know mine but yet two complete strangers who ain’t from around here is wanting to know the knowledge I process?” He asked, pouring himself a glass of icy water. Damien was never the one who like to get straight down to business, not till he had a formal introduction.

Over five hundred years of history flashed through the man’s mind, as he remembers his past before coming here. A servant of evil, now a servant of good ain’t life interesting. Placing his lips to the glass, he took a small drink from it before smiling softly “Fine, I will tell you what I know. But lets play a game with it shall we? I give you a piece of information in return you each give me information about either yourselves personally or anything about you. Are you game? I hope you are for it’s about to start; I was around with the disappearance had happened. You ain’t the first to come here searching for information. In fact the last one who came, they didn’t stick around for long. Fact number one; At the time of the disappearance there was a some new guy in town. Never seen him before...one thing for certain he wasn’t shinigami or arrancar. Fact number two; I saw him moments before the disappearance and moments after, since then. Haven’t seen the fellow. Now give me information about you.”

Damien wasn’t known for doing this kind of conversation, though during his evil times he did it a lot. Giving information only to receive information about those who he is dealing with. Often time the user over-extends with their information and usually that is when Damien starts telling lies. In order to gain his trust one must know the game as well as he did. Tell the person only as much as needed and nothing more. Never give out anything that could haunt you later on. Now Damien wondered if the two can play this game.

As Damien walked towards a counter he made his position apparent to both her and Kenshirou, he also wanted to know of them as they sought to learn of him. “I am Lightning” She knew that the man might not believe that was her name and in truth it was not, well not her birth name anyway.. But it was all he would know, it was all nearly anyone knew. As he spoke once more Lightning began to become annoyed, he wanted to play a game? This situation was no game. Not only that but the information he gave was vague, so a new person was in town…. That was not uncommon in the human world. And the fact he saw him around before and after the shinigami went missing also did not tell them much, was he deliberately with holding the valuable parts of the information such as description etc?

“I am not in the mood to play a game, this is a matter of importance but I can see that you are not one to care. We will not play this game" Turning around Lightning began the walk back the bar, she and Kenshirou would track him down themselves.

As Damien spoke it seemed that all he wanted was to play a game. Little information in exchange for information about Lightning and Kenshirou. This was a serious matter and could not be 'played' with. Lightning responded but Kenshirou did not. The information was quite vague indeed and could be distant from the truth. A new person in town? Certainly not an answer worth giving information for. Although this did stick in the back of Kenshirou's mind. There could be a possibility that this new person could be worth seeking for someone to be singled out like this.

Without any warning, Lightning changed her tone and attitude towards Damien. Games were not apart of the mission. Lightning spoke the truth before taking her leave, Kenshirou shortly behind her. They made their way past the crowd with the intoxicating air. Children in a place like this, what are people thinking these days? The same child as before ran into Kenshirou this time but immediately ran on afterwards paying no attention, almost as if he wasn't there. They made there way outside, there, Kenshirou turned to Lightning and asked, "Where do we go now, Taicho? Any other plans or leads?"

((OOC: sorry its short but I am working on something atm xD and yey it took me a long time but I thought of a way to continue the mission :p))

To say that Lightning was aggravated by the so called informant’s behaviour would have been an understatement, a missing shinigami was no laughing matter and playing games was not an option. Many eyes were on the pair as they left the bar, none were nice glares. Perhaps they thought that since Damien had not accompanied them back that they had done something to him, either way Lightning knew that staying around was not an option. Walking briskly to the front door Lightning was pleased that no one tried to halt their exit, it would not have been a very wise choice at that current moment in time. Stepping outside once again back onto the streets Lightning didn’t stop her brisk pace as she continued down the street back towards the park they first appeared in.

“I know of no other leads, this place was the only one that he ever mentioned in his reports or notes that was of interest.” Lightning’s mind was running a mile a minute as she thought over the files she had read and the little information that Damien had given them. A name came to mind, but would this person aid them in anyway? She wasn’t sure but options were not something they had many available at the current time. Stopping her walk Lightning turned back to face Kenshirou, “There is another name that I remember, it may be nothing but it may be something. We will need to lose these gigai however for now, I believe them to be human.” Lightning was hoping that this person may be able to lead them to something or somewhere where a trace of the missing Shinigami remained.

As Lightning continued walking down the street Kenshirou walked alongside her. He could only think about what other solutions there were. Otherwise, this was a mission with no ending. Kenshirou was curious to how the disappearance occurred which was his only motivation. The same reason most likely for Lightning. Not before long they arrived at the park they first appeared in where Lightning announced that she had no other leads apart from the 'El Proscrito' bar. Kenshirou's mind flooded with questions, where to go? Who to talk to? But no way to get the answer. The stars became luminous in the night sky with clear skies of blue as deep as the ocean. Kenshirou could do nothing but gaze at the stars, one of his many past times while he thought.

Kenshirou then faced Lightning and noticed a sort of expression on her face. She was thinking also. She finally faced Kenshirou as he awaited an answer. She exclaimed that she knew of another name. Another contact. A human. All that passed through Kneshirou's mind was that shinigami were not supposed to interact with humans but he was his Captains lieutenant. He would forsake her. She then suggested that they should lose their gigai for the time being. Kenshirou nodded and did so swallowing a pill. His faux body fell to the ground yet Kenshirou remained standing. He looked at his captain and spoke, "Lead the way, Taicho."

Nodding as Lightning ditched her own gigai she was beginning to feel uneasy about the mission they were on, Damien had given her a most uneasy feeling. There was something about him and that momentary burst of spiritual energy that had her suspecting of him, she would have to raise the issue with the Captain Commander upon return to the Seireitei. She had deemed it necessary to leave their gigai so as not to be seen or detected by the human girl they would be visiting, it was not allowed to have shinigami interacting with humans whom should not know of the Soul Society. This way the pair could follow the girl and see if she lead them to anything of interest, or search her location for any clues or traces of his whereabouts without risking revealing themselves to her.

“If I remember correctly the female’s residence is nearby the bar, it should not take long to get there. Hopefully she will point us in the right direction without even knowing it.” Flash stepping away Lightning knew that her lieutenant could follow, she would not go her fastest for risk of possibly losing him. She became impressed with his speed and skill as the pair made their way towards the location that the young woman would be located. As they reached the house that the girl was to be staying Lightning began to sense something rather odd, she couldn’t quite put her finger on what it was though. There was a spiritual pressure that was higher then it should have been coming from inside the rather quaint home. Furrowing her eyebrows Lightning started to walk around the building, she was searching for some way of gaining entry. Smiling as she noticed an open window Lighting shook her head, “What is it with humans and leaving their windows open”

Kenshirou looked around for any civilians nearby as Lightning ditched her gigai. He then looked at her and wondered what she was thinking. Could it have been the same thing Kenshirou was thinking? How this mission was going nowhere slowly but surely? Or maybe it was meeting this human girl? Lightning could be in serious trouble with Soul Society if they ever found out about this. Maybe they would be lighter with her as she is Captain rank and had no other option? Kenshirou sighed. His brain never usually got to rest since becoming Vice-Captain. He missed the old days of laying on the rooftops of Sereitei. Kenshirou then adjusted his eye-patch and tightened his headband before Lightning had spoke. She mentioned that the girl had a residence nearby, not far from the bar actually.

Kenshirou then flash stepped instantly after Lightning had done so leaving the gigai behind in the night. He was almost right behind the entire way to the home of this particular girl Lightning spoke of. As they approached the home Kenshirou had noticed another spiritual pressure from inside the house. He turned to Lightning who had an expression that could have possibly said the same thing. Kenshirou then watched as Lightning circled the house for an opening, he then appeared on the roof to keep looking out for any suspicious activity in the area. As he monitored the area Lightning spoke once more, "What is it with humans and leaving their windows open?" Kenshirou chuckled as he seen the smile on her face. He appeared beside her in front of the open window. He turned around to see a beautiful night with bright moon surrounded in stars. The window was for the view.

"You sound like this isn't the first time you've encountered a situation like this, eh, Taicho?" Kenshirou chuckled. Kenshirou peeked his head through the window to make sure the coast was clear, but the spiritual force had him thinking that something wasn't quite normal in this household. Without even knowing Kenshirou let himself in, even though he wouldn't normally even think of doing that. It was a nice place. Very tidy and lovely furniture. Kenshirou just couldn't seem to get the reiatsu off his mind though, he needed to find out what it was. He looked at his Taicho outside the window who looked at him. That was when he realized he was already in. "Ummm..C'mon in?" Kenshirou said trying to make a wise crack about the situation.

Miyu was about going to her room to sleep. She had just come back home from visiting a friend of her. She let out a sigh feeling tired of the long day. she had been at her friends house to long and forgot about the time. It was already night, how could she not have noticed it was getting this late. Miyu put off her shoes and walked into the living room. She had not put on the light yes. Her eyes had already get used to the dark. She somehow had a weird feeling something was going to happen this night. She had no idea what it was but she was gonna find out soon. Miyu let out a yawn and was about to walk to the kitchen to get something to eat but stopped walking as she heard someone talk. It sounded like a male but she could not hear what he was saying. Miyu felt panic rise inside of her. Maybe someone was breaking into her house to steal stuff or something.

Miyu walked slowly to the kitchen trying to not make a sound. What was she gonna do now? What if it was some evil scary man. She walked into the kitchen seeing someone stand there. Looking with big eyes at the man she saw he was at least not old and scary looking. She was about to say something but it would not get out of her mouth. When she looked better she saw he had an shinigami uniform on. What was an shinigami doing in her house? Then she saw a female standing outside also wearing a shinigami uniform but not a normal one. She was a captain. Miyu had totally forgotten that she left her window open. She panicked as she wondered why they where here. Maybe they came to punish her for meeting Riamu. Miyu did not know their rules and did not know what they did to people who had met an shinigami. She pointed a finger at the male who was inside of her home. "Why are you here" she asked. You could her by her voice she was scared. She hoped they where at the wrong place and where not going to do anything bad to her.

Lightning shrugged as Kenshirou asked her if she had seen this situation before, it was indeed something she had noticed occurred frequently in the human world despite the high crime rate. As Kenshirou poked his head inside to check if the coast was clear he reminded her of a scared child peeking to see for danger. She raised an eyebrow as he let himself in without any thought, as he turned around to face her it seemed he realised what it was he had done as he joked about the situation. Shaking her head in a sort of way as to say ‘silly’ Lightning was about to enter the room as well when a young woman entered the room and began to stare at them wide eyed. Fear was in her voice as she spoke to the pair with her finger pointing at Kenshirou, How was it that the girl could see them?! This girl was supposed to be a normal human with not special powers, and yet she could see them? Realising that the missing shinigami had been hiding things from the Soul Society Lightning became rather frustrated. Lightning jumped through the window and stood next to her lieutenant as she spoke to the girl.

“It appears you can see us Miyu. I am not sure why that is but I am curious as to know what you think we are?” Lightning knew that Kenshirou would be panicking as they interacted with a human, but this was not their fault. The report had said that she was a normal human, and therefore without their gigai they should have been undetectable to her. They had to be careful not to give her anymore information about the Soul society then she already knew, hence Lightning’s question.

Kenshirou watched as Lightning entered but her eyes were focused elsewhere. He followed the direction of her eyes to see a girl standing pointing at him. "Why are you here?" were the words that came faintly from the girls mouth. Kenshirou looked back in shock, his mouth slightly hanging open. She could see him? How? The spiritual pressure seemed to be coming from the human that stood before Kenshirou and his Captain. Lightning appeared next to Kenshirou looking at the girl, “It appears you can see us Miyu. I am not sure why that is but I am curious as to know what you think we are?” she said.

Kenshirou looked at his Captain then back at the human. He seen a hint of fear in the girl's eyes. He thought he could lighten the mood up or at least make the girl feel a little more comfortable. He calmly put his hands behind his head and let out a sigh."Don't worry we aren't here to cause any trouble." Kenshirou said sincerely. He was slightly on edge at the fact that they were interacting with a human which could lead to many consequences, but what Soul Society didn't know, couldn't hurt them on this occasion. Kenshriou then looked around to get a good image of the house. "Nice place you got here." was the ice-breaker that Kenshirou could only think of the time.

Miyu lowered her hand that was pointing at the shinigami's. They didn't seem to have come here for the reason Miyu was thinking. She looked at the female shinigami listening to what she had to say. "your a shinigami right?" she said like she was not sure if she was right. Her eyes moved to the pirate looking man as she heard him talk. He was wearing an eye patch making miyu think of pirate's. His words made her calm down a little. She blinked a little not knowing what to do. She had not met a lot of shinigami's and from what she had seen and heard they did not seem nice. Those two didn't look like bad person's but looks didn't always tell the truth.

"may i ask why you are sneaking around in my house? i thought shinigami's weren't allowed to talk with humans." She said not really showing any emotion on her face. Miyu was not happy at all and that could be seen by her face. There had to be something they wanted from her, why else would they be here. She did not like it and kept standing on the the same place. If they would come closer she would walk backwards. Shinigami's only brought trouble to her. She knew they protected everyone from the hollow's but that was really the only thing they could do right. Miyu felt her legs shake a little. Scared of what they wanted from her. Also because she was really weak and they where so much stronger than her. she could do nothing against them. But they where not going to anything to her, she hoped.
